Went in today with a smaller apetite than usual and requested a kids menu... I understand that this may only be available for kids however I did not appreciate the employee straight up lying to my face saying they did not have cookies for the combo. I then asked for the meal without the combo and to be charged the same price and the employee fumbled to tell me No.. I then proceeded to place an order through uber eats and magically the cookies are in stock and its clearly available.. It is not complicated to tell customers its simply available for kids rather than making me waste my time and effort and cutting 30% of your sales in fees to uber. Please dont insult my intelligence and be straight with your customers, we are much more understanding to the truth than to lies.

These guys know how to make it right. Easy to pick & choose your favourite ingredients.

The restaurant is delicious and the owner and staff are very welcoming. I am a beginner in English, so some words ca n’t understand their specific meanings, but they will patiently tell me what I can choose to meet my food needs within a reasonable range. Thank you so much and hope that their restaurant will have more friends to choose from because it is really delicious! !! !! !! !! !! So ～ if you have tried many other meals, here are some options to offer you different and fresh food! The venue space is also clean, tidy and comfortable! The point is: it tastes really great! !! !! !! Saying the temperature and feeling of food in English is:everything in the time !

Food was okay nothing more, chicken was good but potatoes were dry and didnt taste so great... the coleslaw portion was very small... good thing I ask for onions otherwise it would be so small... Overall for 17$ including taxes... I feel I have been ripped, the size of the plate was so small .. I felt cheated, I usually go to Adonis and get more for less, the plate here was very small, I was able to finish the whole plate while usually I have left overs for later.. I wanted to try something different today... but no more Boustan at this area for me

The food is boustan. It's tasty. I eat here often. However, in starting to question of I will continue because this location is almost always UNDERSTAFFED. The one staff present does their best, but when there is only ONE person for a dinner rush, taking orders and payment and then having to make everything too, obviously the quality and consistency is going to take a hit... I actually feel guilty going here when there's only one person working during rush hour. It's not right to treat your staff like this while the owners are benefiting from understaffing their business.

One of the worst Boustans in the franchise. The taste was so bad. The chicken pita was not properly made. It was not even heated enough. The cloe slaw is flavorless. The experience was really bad. Update: I’m really amazed that this location has been able to keep there food so consistently bad over the years. Definitely the worst in the franchise consistently. There wrap was not properly wrapped, not properly heated, and it fall apart every single time. Really amazing. Unbelievable. Way to go. P.S.: why there is almost no one in the franchise knows how their GC works?

The worst food I’ve ever had i just bout food from this location food was supper cold and not fresh i’m a big fan of boustan but this really disappointed i still have food took 2 bites and ready disposed cuz what i got today you can’t even give to animals I’m positive that it was left over from past days cuz it’s starting getting bitter potatoes are burnt whole food is tasteless I couldn’t even think about taking 3rd bite really really really disappointed

Ordered delivery through their website online. I recieved it when they said it would arrive, but it was missing my potatoes, the pita for my boyfriend's plate and they sent a small box with an individual baklava instead of the big box. When I called I was told the manager would call me back and that delivery was no longer available. It was 7:45pm and they close at 10pm. To date I still haven't been contacted by the manager and the same sort of thing happened awhile back last time I ordered through their website (Specifically the Spheretech location).

This place has the absolute worst service of any food establishment I have been to in Montreal. Once you give your order, they don't follow through, so the check out gal has no clue what you ordered. She over-charged, then they had a hard time figuring out how to give a credit. They are to unorganized, and screw up orders. I was even missing the shawarma from my carryout. The falafel were dry, and they microwaved them to keep them hot. Fast food Middle Eastern is a bad idea I guess,and I wont be back.

I ordered a Beef Shawarma plate, which came to less than $18 after taxes. Good portions and the food was very fresh. Often times at other stores, when I get a pita with my plate, the pita is often stale, but I was pleasantly surprised that the pita was very soft and fresh. I enjoyed my meal! :D It was quite busy even at 1pm. There was a long line, but they worked quickly to serve everyone in a timely manner.

I have eaten shawarmas at more than a dozen joints in 4 different countries and Boustan at Saint Laurent's shawarma was the worst. Yeah sure their shawarma may be on average a dollar cheaper but that is compensated by the fact that their's is the smallest shawarma you will ever come across. Not to mention that they skimp on chicken/beef as well. Last but not the least they have got the worst customer service. Avoid at all cost!

I am a frequent customer at this outlet and have dined at many other Boustan outlets. This particular location distinguishes itself with exceptional quality, service, and consistent excellence. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences here. Update: I've noticed a recent decrease in the portion size during my last few visits, and I'm not sure why.

Boustan was delicious back when it was the original owner. The franchises tend to be of far lower quality. This location is very unimpressive. The sandwich was quite disappointing. Charred, on the outside (good) yet somehow cold on the inside. It just seemed to be lacking flavor. It's cool having more dining options in the area, but I don't think I'll ever end up coming back here.

Whoever is working there tonight is disgusting. I asked for a mixed pita with garlic hummus and hot sauce. The whole packaging was red and when i tried to grab the pita it all fell apart as it was swimming in hot sauce and nothing else as instructions. The meat was stale and overcooked. I use to eat boustans 2 times a week This is the final.

Highly priced compared to the Quality, Quantity and service offered. They even charge 0.75 cents for an extra small pita. I spent $21.00 including taxes, tips and extra pita for a beef plate and I was still hungry after finishing it. I don't re-order in this restaurant anymore and I do not recommend it to anybody who wants to eat good.

It was my first time here and I was amazed by how big and delicious this bowl is!! I shared this with my husband and both of us were full! The place is clean, but somehow small. They have average prices. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer :)

Staff members are nice and polite. However as a pick up order it should be ready when customer arrives. They started preparing the order after I arrived and it wasn't seen when it was placed online. Brorchette was full of salad and they should ask customers if they are okay with different salads. I may give them another visit

I would give Zero Star to this branch if I could, portions are tooooo way small, plate is almost potato, the girls even did not put the dressing on the salad. When we complained about our plate, they guy in the back was so rude and impolite! Boustan need to look into this branch quality !!!!! Really disappointing ….

this was the best shawarma meal i’ve ever had in my life. the vegan platter was so reminiscent of meat that it actually scared me. once i realized it was in fact vegan, i was in awe. amazing. i wish i lived here so i could eat it everyday. thank you boustan.

Raj was awesome. I lost my daughter’s shoe six months ago and he kept it in his tip box asking other employees to not throw it away hoping that I will come back and I got it back today. He recognized me 6 months later. What a guy! Unfortunately we threw away the other shoe :( Shawarma is great as usual! :)

I was there few days back and I really enjoyed a lot. The variety of food is good, the prices are affordable, the venue is clean and the service is excellent from greeting till taking the order. I recommend it for business lunch & Family dinner. I recommend it to everyone. For utensils I will be back soon

I love Boustan and I'm happy there's one in my neighborhood now. However, please tell your staff to remove or change gloves if they are going to handle the sandwich and the money. It was my 2nd visit there. Both times, hands (with and without gloves) touched money then touched my sandwich. Unacceptable!

We went around 9pm and were served by Lily. She was very patient and kind with us as we ordered around 6 items and completed our order in a quick and efficient manner! We only spent around 10-15 minutes in the store. The food was very well made unlike some other Boustan stores I have ordered from!

I have to remove one star as this location does not seem to have all the salad varieties as other Boustan locations. This being said it beats hands down Amir or Basha... Staff is polite, location clean. Good for a quick meal beau, bon, pas cher. If the had more salad choices I would rate 5 stars.

Owner and staff are super welcoming. friendly atmosphere BUT iv see the owner scratch his balls on countless occasions and use the same hands to make food for clientele without gloves or proper sanitization Call me crazy but i would like my food prepared with workers that use gloves.

I went to this Boustan after a long day at work. And was welcomed by Lily who prepared 4 meals and did everything by herself with amazing speed. Superb service, give this girl a raise, very hard to find people that work this good and have a passion to serve people professionally

The service staff is awesome and the food is great. I highly recommend you place your order online through their website (they have special deals only available there) and then pick it up. Their food is way better than that other Shish taouk place that begins with A.

Walked in for three orders of takeout and it took less than eight minutes to walk out. Got there before lunch time so it was perfect timing. We are at the office and it was fresh, tasty, and a good amount. Definitely recommend this place for takeout.

This place is average. Food quality is meh. I didn’t find the poutine that great compared to many other restaurants. They use the same number for labeling different items on the menu which can be confusing. The other thing that bothers me,

Plate was half empty paid 21$! 1 potato half onion 1 scoop garlic 1 scoop chicken... got ripped!
