We were visiting Montreal for a few days and craving Meditteranean food, we found this place on Google maps and decided to give it a try after seeing the great reviews. Upon arriving, we were greeted graciously and they were very communicative about the wait time for food! The food came out before we knew it and let me say that the food looks just as amazing as the photos. All the ingredients taste fresh and high quality, the reviews are true! You have to try the lemonade, it's very refreshing and has a bit of a floral taste which is something I've never had in a lemonade before - it is so appetizing :) Had the carnivore and the omnivore, the chicken has a lovely crust and is very tender inside, you can taste the marinade right to the centre! The beef kafta is very juicy and well seasoned aswell. The two sauces go so well with the meat and the lentil rice is very pleasant. We absolutely loved the food, coming from Toronto our expectations were high for Mediterranean food but the folks at Omnivore St Denis hit it out of the park! Very reasonable prices and there's so many nice little touches to their plates. I would give it a 10/10, the atmosphere is very warm, you can feel that they love to serve good and hearty food. It is perfect to comfort you on a cold evening. I will keep this place in mind the next time I come to Montreal! Thank you so much for making our first day in Montreal so pleasant ♡

I've been here a few times and this place never fails to impress me with their foods and the way they season everything (salad, meats). Chicken omnivore: chicken is sooo nicely seasonjed with spices that I don't usually eat but that I assume is lebanese. Each piece is juicy and tender and pairs very well with each element on the dish. The fattoush salad (greens with pita chips) dressing contains a lot of citrus so because I had a cut on my lip it was painful but I didnt care, but beware :) the rice is simple but well seasoned, the hummus perfect and the garlic sauce is so intense in garlic i love it. Carnivore dish: The spicy hummus has a good kick to it, just enough to feel it but you can stil enjoy its flavor. I've never tried this type of spiciness before so it's a must try. The chicken sticks are balls of chicken, not chicken pieces and is seasoned differently than the chunks of chicken that I got. You have to try yourself to see the difference, but it's delicious! This restaurant has a 2nd floor terrase so you are far away from the crowds on the street and you have a very nice view onto the busy Saint-Denis. Good service, all you can eat pita until you finish your hummus, highly recommend this place.

My work decided to step away from pizza for a lunch time gathering and I could not have been happier since they ordered pretty bad pizza. They went with Omnivore and it was great. We had options of chicken, beef and chicken or vegetarian. Everyone was quite pleased as it tasted great and it is not much more expensive than pizza. I have been to their restaurant on Mackay street and this one is the same level of quality and taste. All the meals came in cardboard containers which is also great. I think they use plastic cutlery still but hopefully that is also on the way out.

This is such a flavor experience! I had the Djaj sandwich with potatoes and the homemade lemonade, and I honestly feel like I could eat that for the rest of my life. The chicken was flavorful and moist, the pickles were a delightful crunch and a lovely level of tanginess. My partner had the Arez sandwich, and that had some nicely smoky roasted vegetables. The Fatouche salad was crispy and delicious, I was worried it might be too sweet with the pomegranate vinagarette, but it was really well balanced. The lemonade was refreshing and had a slight herbal quality. The service was very quick and pleasant. All in all, highly recommend!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The food is delicious. The service even more amazing. We had our car stolen the day before and the staff offered to pay for our drinks. They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault. It did make our day a little brighter. Montreal is still a beautiful place. The people cares as shown by the people working here. Thank you! ♥️

This restaurant is a must try and particularly at this location as the terrace provided an excellent lookout point for the local Saint-Denis flora and fauna. Of note: the kitchen was open air and notably immaculate, making Gordon Ramsay proud one salad at a time. Staff was friendly and I had to scan my bill as the price seemed too low for the quantity of food received. Also very flavourful but wouldn’t advise before a mountain run. Lessons learned for next time.

Found a hair & rock in my food! Picked up yesterday and immediately found a hair when opening the plate. It happens. As I was eating I bit into something hard - A ROCK. This is completely unacceptable, and not to mention extremely dangerous. Luckily I did not break a tooth or ingest the rock but my tooth was sore all night. I have ordered from Omnivore for the past 2 years but they have lost a customer. I cannot order from them and wonder if I will find another rock in my plate.

My second time here and it was even better than the first. I ordered a carnivore platter and it was delicious, despite having a very full house my food came out fast and my waiter was kind with a really good sense of humour, the terrasse is also above street level which is nice for watching the stuff that goes on below as it's a pretty lively street.

An absolute MUST if you visit the Latin District of Montreal!! Omnivore combines classic Lebanese flavours with modern sensibilities (lemonade is so fresh! ) We ordered the Diaj and the Be Cuba. Great food, the fatouch dressing is nice. The spicy potatoes are very well seasoned with the toum. The chicken sandwich was ok, could have a little more char on meat for flavour but still very good. Lemonade is good and has a little hint of orange blossom water in it.

The food is absolutely delicious, I like getting the herbivore plate where you can choose between 1 to 5 of their salads or mezzas. Delish, fresh, easy peasy. The only thing is that it's a bit pricy.

Great food, but it was so hot that we almost decided to leave while waiting for the food. The doors were closed, the air conditioner was on, but it was not making any difference. The customers and staff were sweating. The owners should invest in a new AC. We wouldn't be back unless that happens

Great food! Pretty much all the wraps are good here (would stay away from the ones with peanut butter), and the side salads are large and affordable. Great fattoush :) Not wheel chair accessible, there is a steep staircase (exterior) to climb to get in to the second story.

The BEST Lebanese food I've had! Ordered 2 carnivore platters which came with 3 skewers of either chicken or beef, salad, rice with lentils, garlic sauce, hummus, babaganoush, and pita bread. Everything was so tasty and delicious. You order your food and then you can either take it to go or eat in. Will definitely be back!

Picked up takeout on a Friday night. My sister got the Djaj wrap and i the carnivore plate with beef. Both were excellent. The humus is great, fattoush fresh and well balanced, and a lentil rice is a unique take. Great and friendly service in store. Forgot to take pics as we were too busy enjoying! Will be back here! Amazing price for soo much food, took home a bunch of their little potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed their bombay sandwich, with just a bit of heat and juicy chicken. Lemonade was simple, but tasty. Service was quick and efficient, always smiling and very helpful. Will be back for more soon!!! :)

Cozy restaurant with great food. We ordered the carnivore platter, the pita sandwich (must try) and the potatoes. Everything was delicious. The baklava and the maamoul ended our meal perfectly. The server was very busy and yet courteous and warm. Will definitely return.

MUST TRY This location was a little bit tricky to find. My friend and I actually accidentally knocked on a guy's apartment, thinking it was the entrance to the resto... Aside from that, the food is absolutely amazing. Very flavorful and the portions are hugeeeeeeee.

This is a good Lebanese restaurant. I like the Kafta kabab, ( Carnivore dish ) . Also they have a Lebanese beer, it’s has nothing special but it’s good to try. And the decoration was beautiful as well.
