I've been regular customer of this outlet of boustan but I'm not gonna order or buy food from here anymore. Recently, I ordered something using Uber & after placing order I realised it got beef in it and I only eat chicken. I called them 4 time but no one picked up the call. I ended up driving to the restaurant despite the fact I chose delivery from Uber just cuz I don't wanted the food to waste. The moment I went there they said sorry your food is ready and the special off was just for chicken n beef mix. I requested them can u please make new one since I'm allergic to red meat. All they said is no we can't & order again if you want anything. C'mon you not gonna waste food anyway since people are coming back to back so you can use the one that u made already since it's on special and in demand, moreover there were more than 5 people on the store & only 2 were working and they said we busy that's why we didn't pick up the call while 3 of them were just talking n chilling. What kind of service is that? I even requested that If I'll cancel order right now, I won't recieve any refund so at least give me something but no all they said was either take what we already made or order something new. I ended up canceling order, loosing my money, time, gas just to get nothing from the store. What kind of service is that again? I'm surely never ever gonna order from this outlet cuz of their ridiculous service. I wish there was option to give zero stars.

This place left me "hangry" after having eaten. The pita sandwich has become so tiny you'd need two to be full. Big sign to the right that says "order here" but after having someone pass me in line i am told to disregard the sign as orders are taken on the left. Why God. Its like a&w or mcdonalds at this point. jack up the prices, throw the quality down the toilet; they're too ubiquitous for anyone to care it seems. Much better places to eat lebanese food in the city. Shawarmaz and basha to name a few. I dont mind higher prices if the food is good. Boustans is garbage.

what used to be a great local restaurant ran by kind staff making great food on Crescent is now just overpriced, manufactured garbage made by minimum wage employees with bad attitudes. everything about it feels mass produced and inauthentic; quality has dropped significantly over the years while prices have skyrocketed. heartbreaking to see a Montreal institution fall so far from grace.

We had a pita and it was really good. We really enjoyed it. The staff was also friendly until we ordered a poutine. The fries were not cooked enough. Like the outside was crunchy but the inside was just raw. We told the lady that the fries were not good enough and they put it in the microwave and gave it back to us. When we went back to tell her it still was not cooked inside, she just said that all of their fries are like that anyways. So we ended just throwing the whole thing away. Really disappointed with that

Wow, the meat here is so delicious. Ordered mixed plate and tried new sauce there a little hot. The serving size is perfect for me. Potatos are not greasy at all and so crunchy I liked that. Really liked how chicken shawarma was prepared, the service is good here aswell. Thank you so much for the experience. Definetely will come back and order again.

Boustan has realllly come up with the number of sauces, drinks and vegan options they have. For a quick lunch for late night snack this place never disappoints. I have never been to a shawarma restaurant with such a range of vegan options and to that I am extremely grateful to Boustan!

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating to some requests for our children’s meals. Overall though, we found the food was not as tasty as others restaurants we enjoyed in Montreal. We didn’t enjoy the salads being served in the same bowl as the hot items as we found the salads got heated up.

Im editing my review since the owner has responded. I really want him to know that the food was really really good. Both the chicken and the beef were tasty and moist. The rice was perfectly done and so were the potatoes. Other Taouk joints are miles away from the quality this restaurant offers. Merci ❤️

Boustan NOTRE DAME..... Delicious food!!!!! Better service by better staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The dining area is clean and tidy. If you want to taste this type of food this is the best place to come.

Really disappointed with this Boustans. This used to be my go to place and lately it has not been the same. I had a pita with only coleslaw, two turnips (cut very small now), zero tomatoes, barely any sauce. This has happened twice now. Seems like food rationing

Ordered a poutine with chicken. I got no sauce, a bunch of green flakes all over my poutine Paid extra 5$ for chicken and got some dry chicken with fat on it. Worst Boustan.

It’s not the first time i feel the same kind of stomach sickness from eating at boustan. They let the chicken hang out for too long, and here I am once again burping and wanting to throw up. It’s always just at the edge, and now I can tell
