I like the mixed pita and always get it from Boustan restaurants and it’s generally a generous portion, until i passed by this one and the guy there was putting very small amounts of everything even the salade, the pita ended up as skinny as a snickers bar although it was around 11pm when it wasn’t busy at all and it’s supposed to be 8$.. i honestly just got out once i saw him rolled it. Edit: I contacted the manager of the restaurant and he informed me that they opened recently and apparently the guy that served me was being formed and the next time I ordered a mixed assiette it was well prepared and a good portion and the meat tasted really good so I changed the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you and keep up the good work

One of the best and most delicious restaurants in Montreal Excellent in its dishes and very clean The people who work there are nice and friendly and they always make you feel like you are part of their family not like a stranger and they do the best food for you The way to present the sandwich and the dishes is elegant and distinctive And they open until dawn They meet your needs at any time They are very generous You should really taste it All the best guys And there is a person named Muhammad, he is a generous and kind person and he made our dishes very special Treat us kindly

We are weekly customers, specifically for the vegan plate which is usually pretty good. However this time I had my husband pass by to pick up a plate for me, and the server filled it all up with rice potato and a little bit of coleslaw. Comparing with previous orders where we are used to being asked if we wanted something else, instead of all rice. And we usually ask for some Fattouch, and tabouleh. It's a very poor plate as we had it today for $20, and unsatisfying. When we called the branch, the manager wasn't much helpful to our complaint. I hope we can rectify this visit, thank you.

Really sketchy business behaviour. I ordered on Skipthedish a 4$ sauce a l’ail appetizer and received a 1 oz container. I’ve been ordering from them for a while and always had this item added to my cart so I know its not supposed to be a 1 oz sauce. When I tried calling them, the line stayed busy for 30 min and I gave up trying to reach them. This only prove that they knew a call would be coming and decided to hold the line busy. For that, you lost a loyal customer and got a 1 star review. So much for trying to save 4$ woaw

Nothing especially wrong with the place. I walked in, the girl serving was polite and worked well. Asked if I needed napkins, utensils, all with a smile. The place isn't really decorated and is plain but not dirty. The food is good, not the best but honestly for the price it's fine. This isn't a raving review but I am not disappointed. It's good but missing the little extra touch of seasoning to be great.

I ordered two chicken plates and got scraps! They served me with old chicken on both my plates. It was like i was biting into burnt wood. I love boustan food but this is the worst experience ever. Can’t believe that the standards of food quality has dropped so low that neither the employees care about what are they serving nor the franchise is keeping a good check. Really disappointed.

First time to this boustan and it will be my last i went and ordered with my father from boustan took our plates and sit on the other side everything was good. Until we finished and accidentally left our plates on the table and left ….the guy from the other store run after us outside the store to tell us to come back and clean our table !!! Not professional

This is the worst Shawarma place I’ve ever had,and visited , I’m not going to lie but the workers there are very nice ,so I bought 2 mix plates and the chicken was raw the meat was tasteless, and salty potatoes as well . I would not recommend at all . Boustan downtown on Saint Catherine , that’s the best one ever. I paid $35 for nothing , what a wast of money :(

The Delivery was not accurate. They forgot about Pita. I'll check their service next time but I'm not not totally satisfied this time although it's very appreciated by my surroundings.

I grew up on boustan, I love boustan but this location is below standards.. Dry meat, cold potatoes, ingredients are not fresh which is the whole. Point of eating Lebanese food, the freshness! Garlic sauce was sour. Felt like puking after.waste of money

I’m a frequent customer and usually, always happy. I just ordered a side of potatoes and rice and had it delivered with Uber (so it gets really expensive). The potatoes were so dry!! Clearly not fresh. How disappointing. The rice was good though.

Outstanding and passionate staff! The food was good, but there was an honest mistake done with my order, and they went above and beyond to fix it. They were kind and respectful, and even compensated us during these hard times without power.

Had their chicken shwarma wrap with the trio (diced fried potatoes with garlic sauce). Vegetables are very fresh and chicken very good as well. Price is also very reasonable. Their hot sauce (optional) is good and strong as well.

Went to the store with friends on last weekend. Very delicious foods and foods were severed fresh & warm . Employees were very professional in their service . Highly recommend people who want to taste real Mediterranean foods

I've been going there for 3 years because they had the best chicken pita. What made them stand out was the longer cooking on the grill which made the sauce and the rest of the ingredient really come together.
