The bartender with glasses is SO RUDE to everyone. All the time. Get a different job you stuck-up nasty girl. The female staff they hire for bar are always like that to customers. It doesn’t leave a good taste in people’s mouths. Security are nowhere to be seen and absolutely useless when you need them. I’ve seen so many people get jumped inside reds and none of them broken up by security. If you get spiked you get thrown into the gutter out of the side door, instead of an ambulance called.

They let the staff treat you however they want. I had never met or known the VIP girl and the girl with coloured hair and glasses before. I was on a night out when they provoked, targeted and attacked me. To then just be banned when I was the one left with bruises and swollen face. The staff will treat you poorly and then just ban you. It’s not a safe venue at all.

This place is way over hyped. It is very small and cramped. Drinks are overpriced. Music is way too loud. Venue smells awful. Owner has a questionable reputation. Security can be unnecessarily heavy handed with young patrons. This place really has very little going for it unless you are pinging hard and want to stare at the light up dance floor.

Music choice Is pretty decent, keeps me moving. The venue itself is quite small and often becomes overcrowded and smells bad. Personally I'd spend my $20 on entry at a larger venue. Drinks are reasonably priced. If you can get in while it is free. It's 100% worth it. Gotta experience reds at least once!

Prick bouncers, generic edm tunes, claustrophobic layout, charged up loose units galore, and multiple fights every night. Basically, you'll want to be on something to even try to enjoy this place. Bad vibes all around. You're better off cooking your brain on drugs elsewhere.

I went to a party and asked only for tap water. There was an Asian guy serving, he saw me and he just refused to serve!! I wasn’t even asking for alcohol… very very disappointing to be in the queue and get a “no” for water whiteout any reason.

This venue turned away a group of deaf patrons, mocking and abusing them, calling them "too stupid" to come into their "VIP venue". Spending your money here is supporting discrimination and endorsing their disgusting behavior. Shame on them.

Great scenery for the voyeristic persons, elegant decor. Extraordinary live musicians with exceptional ambiance, I would go as far to say I would host a christening here. Recommended for any person with good taste and a developed palatte.

Was walking past outside as was literally attacked by the owner, he tried to grab our drinks and say because it’s his property he could. Take them thankfully he was a 5’5 weak man and us teenage girls could easily take our drinks back

If you were brought up in a gutter then this place will feel like home. Along with the arrogant rude staff and security, this place has no ventilation so be prepared to smell fresh and stale vomit mixed with feet all night.

Went to the 20th birthday party, terrible experience. Staff refused to give me tap water, twice! That's 100% unacceptable. Should report the Asian looking dude but this 1 star will hopefully do the work!!!

I hired the venue out and all the security and bar staff at the palace, hidden pour, and Reds square. are absolutely golden would definitely work with them again, highly recommended. again …

The place is awful, sticky floors, homophobic and ridiculously expensive drinks and I enjoy loud music but it goes over the top. Never going there again.

Horrible and overcrowded. Floors are sticky and there is no where near enough ventilation inside. Just a sweaty club filled with teenagers on pills.

You call that a nightclub!!! My bathroom at home is bigger then this place, drinks were sooo expensive too. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!

Awful security, was grabbed very aggressively and thrown out by one despite doing nothing wrong. No wonder this place is rated so poorly

Entry fee is quite expensive, the floor is really sticky and gross, and the music is pretty average

the security team at Reds and the palace are awesome they will look after you, they are the best

Full of under-aged people, has been for ages. And it honestly smells bad too.
