The experience that I had at Raymour and Flanagan was memorable. Anna made the mattress selection experience painless and fun at the same time. Her knowledge of her inventory is impressive along with bells whistles and warranties. I was told I was to receive a 25 dollar gift card for trying all the beds. She was sweet enough to send me instructions on how to redeem said card. I am thrilled with my purchase and the financing portion of the sale was seamless. All of my questions were answered and I left assured that delivery and removal would be white glove and instructive. I was also assured that if I had any problems in the future as to product or service that Anna’s door would always be open at the showroom and that she was only a phone call away. What excellent customer service I received by Lori. She helped me pick out just what I needed and I am so very happy. She was friendly, professional and most knowledgeable. I learned that the Northern Blvd. location is a team. I was assisted by Mohammed and Marina in Customer Care and even met the Showroom Manager Anthony who made sure I was a satisfied customer. Each person helped to make the shopping experience a complete success. I was so satisfied that I contacted Lori again and made another furniture purchase. That is truly the sign of great customer service! Adore the Broadway Power Recliner - it is attractive, well-made and so comfy. Love the Granthom TV Console - it goes perfectly with my other furniture.
