Interesting atmosphere, many characters around, appealing hussle bussle vibes, variety of shops, generally can catch some sort of entertainment in one way or another if it's public entertainment or people watching.

Again, it seems a bit pointless rating a shopping plaza. Even when the architecture or design is different, the shops within still reflect the vanilla-essence of retailing.

Love this spot as there were so many private owned shops and quality things and items to look at. Enjoyed window shopping here.
