"The shop list on google as well as on their door a closing time, yet when I came in an hour before closing time , they said they can’t heat my sandwich in the oven anymore since they cleaned and closed it already!! Either change your closing time to a more realistic time where your equipment is still working or keep equipment working until the listed closing time"
"If I could give it a ZERO rating I would"

The shop list on google as well as on their door a closing time, yet when I came in an hour before closing time , they said they can’t heat my sandwich in the oven anymore since they cleaned and closed it already!! Either change your closing time to a more realistic time where your equipment is still working or keep equipment working until the listed closing time. In the end the manager said he would heat the sandwich in the oven of the inside kitchen. But the sandwich was not warm enough in the end (felt like it was heated in a microwave ) I will change the star review for this if things change .
If I could give it a ZERO rating I would. I walked in and asked when the terrace would open and a woman told me she would have someone come out and unchain the seats. I waited outside on the bench for 20 mins and went back in to follow up. A very large loud woman screamed across the restaurant when we asked if someone would come out soon. She screamed NO nobody is coming out. We are busy. She yelled at another employee who asked and then at me. From one end of the restaurant to the door where I was standing.
Very nice lunch spot. Salads are fresh, well seasoned and very tasty. Sandwiches are varied for both bread and fillings however I found mine a little on the dry side but nothing a little mayo couldn’t fix. Desserts are heavenly. Breads are amazing

Was the second person to order with 4 behind the couter, waited 5 mins thenbI guess a customer they know walked in 2 of them greet him and don't even bother to take my order. I felt great walking out saved 60 dollars on a place that has no class. Hope this will encourage customers to no spend on a place that gives no respect to good business.

Overall experience: good, nice alternative to Starbucks as a local coffee shop with quality pastries and sandwiches The good: Great tasting and fresh pastries cooked fresh daily, only bakery that also serve sandwiches in the immediate area. The bad: pretty expensive for what they give in terms of portions. Would I return? Yes
Amazing cake selections at this bakery! Love the tiramisu, chocolate mousse and the Christmas chocolate reindeer cake is to die for! I think their hot chocolate could have been sweeter.

We ordered a 6 person [Mille-feuille en gateau] as written on the receipt and they gave us the wrong order. Ruined our annual Christmas + Birthday cake. Do not order from this store unless you want to get the wrong order.

WAS my fav place for almond croissants but the last 2 times they are overbaked, almost no almonds on top and cutted in 2 pieces just placed on each other, instead of one whole croissant . I never take coffee there, it's too fried doesn't have a real fresh coffee taste. …
Great selection of bread and pastry. Highly recommend Maple croissant, very sweet, better sharing with your other significant! The lady who helped us was very friendly. We also had chees croissant but i preferred the Maple croissant. It's a must-try!
Everything is so good here, and you just want to get everything, but alas, you have to leave some for others.

Amazing pastries and breads. Great coffee. Friendly service. Fun place to grab a snack and hang out. Plenty of seats. Not the least expensive place out there, but a good value considering the freshness and quality of food.
Nice ambiance and service as other première moisson; it’s nice that they give out samples. The cake was nicely packed!
We loved the cakes, and lately we only go get the birthday cakes from PM. Will try other pastries as well soon.
Bought two pastries totalling $11. They were only okay, nothing special, and super expensive.
