This place is very close by to my house but still the service is appalingly slow. Ordered at 11 am for a 1230 pm delivery, app says would be delivered between 1230 and 1245 pm. Received an SMS at 1210 pm that pizza was despatched but at 1255 pm still hadn't arrived - Bangalore traffic is bad but Arekere signal is not so bad that it takes 40 mts for 500 mts. In between, the app status says Food has arrived when I have proof that it hasn't (no one has entered our apartment and MyGate can prove it) Calling the call center is useless as they register a complaint saying local shop will call but no call yet. Used to love Pizza Hut but this kind of service sucks. They have the audacity to charge 35 Rs as Restaurant handling charges for this nonsense as well. Classic example of HOW TO LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMER Update 1: The manager of the store got involved and promised to resolve it. It seems they had prepared the order and given it to a Dunzo driver who has stolen the order and switched off his phone ...They didn't even have order details so shared details again. Promised to deliver it in 15 mts. 23 mts later something was delivered - ONE item was missing. I have sent them back to pick it up. This is the world's greatest case study of pathetic service. They should make a documentary of it.

I have been to many Pizzahut restaurants in India and Indonesia. But this was the first time, that I visited the Pizzahut in Bannerghatta Road. I am very disappointed with the experience that I had today. I ordered "Meal for 2" option and chose Veggie Lover Pizza. It tasted so bad, that it seemed like they were reusing the leftover vegetables from previous week/month. It tasted very wierd and bad. We could not even complete it. I can't believe that you are serving stale food to customers who pay for the food. The hygiene level in the restaurant was bad too. I am so disappointed with the experience and suggest people to try some other restaurants instead.

One of the worst place to order from. They severely lack the quality in both making and delivery. They do not have sufficient delivery guys and continue to struggle. They took more than an hour to deliver my pizzas at a distance of 3.2kms. When recieved, the pizzas were cold, bone dry and absolutely tasteless wch ended up in my dustbin. Domino's saved the evening by delivering fresh hot pizzas within 17 mins. Pizza Hut shd seriously look into such continued failure which has hurt their overall reputation for over a decade. Avoid!

Order number 10024148 placed at 20:47 on May 29 I have still not received my order while i am writing this review at 22:30. It was so late that my kids have to sleep without food tonight. Before writing this review I checked the other reviews I am quite shoked that majority of the customers have had the same issue in the past and a brand like Pizza Hut has not taken any effort to resolve this issue. I have also tweeted on the same. Kindly don't message me back saying sorry and the same standard message as it looks like you guys are not sorry about it and not improving. I need refund of the amount with compensation for the torture faced

I once went here with family. Ordered the 799 combo. Was fairly good but we had to wait a lot. Today I booked 249 combo from their app .First of all, i dint get any confirmation on booking. The delivery was late and the delivery guy didn't have change. The pizza crust was so thick and the toppings were so few that too in the tiny centre leaving the surrounding, just mere baked break cheese. Despite of complaining about all this, no action was taken. Never go to this place or book from here, you wil be unsatisfied

Typical thick crusted affair of pizzas. Better sauce and toppings could improve the taste a long way. Veg appetizers are limited. Garlic bread is pretty dry. Jalapeno poppers are good but 4 in a plate is not worth it. Beverages and soups are off the menu due to Covid. Earlier, these were a highlight and complemented and completed a meal well.

We had ordered cheesy comfort pasta we found a fly in that. They gave the replacement but the quality servers in the beginning was not the same for the replaced one there was no cheese at all when it was replaced and also the quantity was not the same.

Beware when you are ordering from Pizza-Hut they are cheater and I can guarantee I have proof once you order they will cancel your order with technical issue and they will hold your amount 2-3 days to return. And it is not first time its 5-6 times think how they are making money and it is very big fraud to make money.

As usual like any other pizza Hut store, they have many pizza options but not so great. Even garlic bread had many times the edges thick.

To be honest Pizza Hut delivers the best quality pizzas but this outlet on Bannerghatta Road has severe issues with maintaining the same quality. They make you wait a lot and deliver semi-cooked pizzas which are taste really bad.In my opinion this place spoils your mood

Located on main road with parking for two wheeler. Car parking is kind of jugad. Washroom is ok. Food: we feel that food taste wasn't that great as compared to other outlets.

Dominos / mojo pizza is far better than Pizza Hut pizzas they don’t have after delivery feedback on pizzas whether it’s good or not and bad thing without offers you can’t run any pizza store

Small outlet for dine in, couldn't get to try the momo pizza as it wasn't available in the store but others were good.

Good staff. I guess pizza hut should take care of the premises since the washroom were not cleaned nor was having water. Apart from this everything was good.
