Probably one of the worst Domino's Outlet in Bangalore. Have visited multiple dominos outlet across Bangalore , but probably this was the worst outlet ever due to the below reasons: 1) Had to wait for long before I could place a order , although there were multiple standing there had to wait for one specific person to come and take the order. The person taking the order was also not knowledgeable as she was asking me the price of all items mentioned on the menu. :/ 2) Card machine not working properly , had to again wait for the card machine to work. And finally order was placed. The lady informed me i would get a message once the order was ready. 3) After placing the order went up to the first floor to have a seat and found that all the tables were dirty not even one table was clean and neat. Had to go down and request them to clean the table. 4)*Deleted* 5) After few minutes , got a text message saying order was ready. I went to collect the same upon going down I was informed that the order is not ready and had to wait till it was ready (not sure why I got the message saying the order was ready :( . ) 6) Could see that only pizza was ready and the garlic bread was not ready yet. The pizza was kept in open without it being covered. Naturally when I got the order, the pizza was extremely cold. 7) Finally got the order and went up to the table and was about to start eating , only to find that there was extremely less cheese on of the pizza . Pizza not cooked properly ( can share photos if needed) . Garlic bread also not cooked properly. Absolutely disappointed with Dominos for not maintaining the same recipes across it outlets. Please maintain the same recipe across. Was a big fan of Dominos until today. :| . Request the management to look into it on priority.

The best pizza we ever had in Domino's!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I liked dining here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. I had the best pizza of my life at that time. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about this pizza has still not changed. Prices are reasonable and anyone can go. I always love to go to Domino's whenever I am starving to have pizza. For me....... Pizza means Domino's and Domino's means pizza.....I never go to any other restaurants because I love pizza in Domino's only

The lady at the counter messed up my order. Added a dish i didn’t want and once i pointed out, it was too late. No reimbursement!!! Paid for something i didn’t order or need. Asked for room temp drink specifically. I was given ice cold! I was told they will serve the food but again had to get my own food. Why the confusion !!! The peri peri dishes here are a big JOKE!! It’s either chili powder or plain tomato ketchup being passed off as peri peri powder and sauce…. LOL Ugg! Never coming back to this place!

Worst Domino's I've visited. As soon as we got the message that our order is ready, we went to get it, but they told its not ready, we waited another 30 mins and then they're telling that they've given our ordered pizza to someone else and they don't even know for whom. It' is a basic knowledge to check receipt before handing over the food, even local food stalls don't do this. Simply wasted 1 hour in their store. Our whole evening got ruined because of their silky mistake.

The order taking system is pathetic here. Wanted to have dessert, but no dessert. Wanted to have Paratha pizza, but that was also not available. There were no thin crust pizza. Worst maintained dominos restaurant in Kengeri. The tables are not kept clean after someone eat and go out of restaurant. No water in the rest room. We had to use drinking water for which we paid. Ultimate disaster in this restaurant

Very bad service order number DPI66469 3-Jun. They took 40 mins to serve. May be they are having good orders.. they never cared about dine.we waited for 40 min. After talking to them don't feel like eating also.

I have gone for dine in on 3 different occasions but everytime their response was "Sir we are only taking online orders but not the dine in orders" I still wonder what is the additional burden they experience in serving the pizza rather than a delivery.

This place is ideal only for those groups who have years and years of chat stocked to talk because you will have to wait for a long long time once you have ordered your pizza. This is the only issue that i have about this place. It's always crowded. Mostly you will only get regular size pizzas, medium size pizza is very rarely available.

I have been there twice. Ambience is good. Service is also pretty good. Tried their pizza mania golden corn and choco lava cake both were tasty.

It's one of okish Domino's, where you find lot of variety of pizzas. Space allocation n seating arrangements are average.. Supporting staff is not so helpful,a one time hangout place with family and friends. Needs a better make-over in order to compete with other big brand chains

I visited this place again and worst experience I ever had! The front office doesn't know how to take order n what to ask. The taco is one of my favourites in dominos but here prepared worst. The crst pizza is not worth for 50 rs. I never ever visit this place again

We tried their Non Veg Supreme, Classic Stuffed Garlic Bread and Veg Extravaganza. The overall taste was good but found the crust of pizza a bit hard due to few extra minutes in oven. Also, the toppings were less compared to what we have received earlier.

We had ordered regular veg paradise cheese burst pizza. We were expecting pizza to be filled with full of cheese. Cheese was there in nominal amount as like regular one. Didn't like it.

Initial impressions weren't that great. I had to call them to take the order. Further we were expected pay extra for the ketchup. Pizza was good but I didn't like the garlic bread that much. And all the COVID related measures are taken.

Good ambience. Awesome place to hangout with friends or family. Interiors are good which greatly helps the photo addict's. Has some very delicious combinations of pizzas and Domino's lovers will enjoy this place a lot.

Customer services very poor.. they are very rude with customers.they didn't treat nicely. Very disappoinment with offers also.its not first time.its third time.

Since KS Town street has massive development happening, Domino's made a place in it. Good place to have a weekend or corporate snacs.

Less seating arrangements and need to train the employees who are taking the orders. They have no idea of any offers and combos.

Very Bad Service! Asking for ₹100 extra as delivery charge. And when I said no.. they cancelled the order.

One of the worst worst outlet . Very unprofessional n arrogant staff . Irresponsible . Worst n irritating experience.

My favourite place to go for a quick bite. Love how fresh and tasty the pizzas are, better than most pizzerias.

Items were very tasty. Money isn't waste. Staff members were very well behaved and very cooperative.
