Do not order from this Dominos. It takes them nearly 1:30 - 2 hours to deliver the order, their contact information is wrong so you won’t be able to contact them, and they’d mark every order as delivered after 20 minutes even though the orders are not delivered. I’ve experienced this multiple times while ordering from the same place. Their delivery executives are not helpful either, they’d fight with you and not accept their fault for late deliveries. This place should be shut down !! I’ll try my best to report this as a fraud restaurant using multiple ids so dominos shut them down. Don’t order from this place!

It was 10 in the night we were hungry walked in to this store and take away 2 medium piza ....it was a disaster quality is so bad, taste was not good, cheese didn't melt properly finally I had to throw it didn't have patience to order another order and wait ..... When I raised complain some calls and talk to me like doing charity i will make another order free.... very un professional ..... This is not Domino's attitude.... Understand the situation and accept the problem before reacting to complaint....

Repeated issues with deliveries from this restaurant. This time the order was placed through Zomato and estimated delivery time given was 45 mins due to slight rain. The rain stopped but delivery happened after 90 mins. There was no way to restaurant as the numbers registered are fake !!! Absolutely pathetic experience

Ambience is good! They have to improve in customer interactions and crowd management. Pizza was delicious and tasty but more waiting time May be because of peak hour. We felt like it’s better to get home delivery than visiting the place though we stay near to this outlet.

Domino's is the best joint for pizza. However this joint isn't upto those standards. It's not had either. But they can definitely improve in their serving time and by increasing the quality of the food they serve. Pizzas are good but they're less cheesy as compared to other branches. Garlic bread is also dry at times. Please look into these matters.

Satisfied with the service they were good & it has merged restroom for both women and men and they has only one , so it takes a bit time to take restroom and not able to wash hands , want to just use tissues after eating. Parking facility is a bit tough in front of Domino's but it has a road at side which is convenient to park …

The food and quality was good no doubt about it. Ambiance was renovated in modern style, so nice ambiance. The staffs working their use to talk among themselves very loud, it was little uncomfortable and disturbing. Staffs need to have more professional ethics and behaviour skills.

Size of the food you get is this...this branch is the worst... have complained so many times no action taken... always happens on delivery. The other branches provide right portion. No issues with other branches. They don't maintain the regulated portion size mentioned or ruled by dominoes. In a hurry they mess up your food.

Yesterday I ordered through Domino's app I have ordered 4 pizza 1 chocolate mousse But instead of chocolate mousse I received choco lava cake And I have received my order little late but that I can understand because that time it was raining.

Had a very bad experience from a billing guy. He made me wait for 45 mins for the order which I placed 30 mins before arrival. If any authority from Domino's is seeing this, please let them know about customer delight and time value.

Customer team is very late, they took 30 mins to take one order ,as they are busy with online orders, and to give the order ready they take more time than before. Suggest not to sit and eat here.and i have cancelled my order also , but till now i didn't get the money back .

This place is absolutely pathetic to dine since there is none to clean the tables. Better you can take online delivery .

Better than other pizza joints - love the garlic bread sticks and dip, which not all other places have and that are as goodYet another very good outlet of dominos serving tasty and delicious pizzas. Staff is courteous with quick service.

Worst Domino's Pizza branch, they take a lot of time to prepare your order and they render very poor service . After being here I don't feel like going to any Domino's store ....plz choose another one better don't go here. …

The Domino's Outlet in Bagalkunte, Dasarahalli is quite busy and obviously serves to its maintained Standards. It is generally crowded by Students and quick biters. The delivery of this outlet is also satisfactory.

Delivery time was not as expected! Ambience is good & clean. Need to improve in communication with customers. Our attendant was busy over the phone while talking the order. Pls have customer first approach.

Cool concept of an open kitchen. Was nice watching our pizza being made. Tables are not very clean though so would recommend take away instead of dine in ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

The important thing is, they prepare the Veg food and Non Veg food in the same kitchen. Other than that, it's really Good place to hung out.

The pizza's were ok..not great. But the main draw back is the air blower at the entrance..it makes so much sound, , … ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

Nice place but the workers need to use gloves while making the pizza and face mask
