They are Mostly focused on bulk orders. On request, they have taken my order as dine in. After taking the order, they said they don't have all ingredients and Alternatives are provided. I am ok with all adjustments. But I was disappointed on saying seasoning not there, only chilli flakes given. More over temperature is high, so need to change the dine in to take away. They are not accepting credit card as swiping machine not working and also not accepting any gift coupons. Payment options are only UPI or cash. All in all not a great service, but pizza is tasty.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:36 and got it delivered after 45 min of the estimated time of 9:06 pm and I got the pizza like the below shared pic, it was cheese burst firstly late delivery , secondly no toppings and they gave me only one chilli flakes and oregano packets each. A pathetic service . When I called the restaurant the reason they told was so many deliveries as it's Wednesday .. when I enquired when was the dispatch they said 10 minutes post ordered,which is wrong I got msg of dispatch at 9:06 and my house is just 10 minutes and still they lied .and when I asked the delivery guy he saying I coming directly to my place for delivery and he took only 7-10 minutes. I asked for compensation and pizza hut said sorry nothing else.

Pizzas are tasty but the restaurant is really crowded on a Friday during lunch time. So going early helps. They don't have enough staff for getting all orders at once. So they bring whatever is ready. They also forgot the order and got the wrong pizza. They changed it though. The soup, salad and pastas are amazing. The pizzas are decent. The masala lemonade is yummy. Good place to celebrate birthdays for children. Meal for four comes to 400 per head for two medium size pizzas, beverages, soup, potato wedges and a veg roll like dish.

The Attitude of Staff is Pathetic, when i asked can the voucher be applied, they were not even listening first and simply denied saying other payments are applicable but not voucher. Did not accepted Sodexo as well when i visited with my brother. Pathetic, very poor customer service and rude way of talking. Will never visit again.

The attitude of staff is pathetic they do not care about customers when I asked my order no one is giving attention I called more then 5/6 times if the restaurants is busy I understand but restaurants is not busy at all….they just ignoring us…. Note: staff should be train properly

This place on the LG level in park square mall is okay okay. The main issue is the space and good thing is the pizzas taste it serves. Don't expect any service here. It's a kind of small outlet only which can handle max 15 people properly sitting wise. The best thing I liked which is the food and food only. So not complaining much. ज़्यादा

Went to celebrate my Anniversary. As the name goes they are best in Pizza. They have a great ambience n great staff. Very warm n cordial behaviour from the staff. Pizzas were awesome. Only drawback is the service time is very slow. We had to wait for long to get one pizza served. Otherwise had an awesome experience.

The delivery was real quick and our server Mr.Arijith was so helpfull and guided us through their variety of pizzas.

Pizza hut park square mall is sub-par. The restaurant is seriously understaffed with 3 people managing the whole place. They take 15 minutes to take the order, and another 15-20 to get you the pizza. I still give it a 3 star because despite the service, the hot served pizzas are great in taste.

Pizza tastes as per their standard. Well designed interior with Good space with party hall. But need improvement in maintenance like keeping the rest room clean and keep the sofas dust free.
