I was really hungry & craving for pizza hut pizzas. So I decided to visit the nearest/decent outlet. On reaching here firstly we had to wait for like 10 minutes for the table. There were few more people waiting & as the seats got vacant they took it. On requesting the manager that we came here first he then took some action to give us seats. The management is VERY BAD. Even after we sat, no water or menu was provided. We had to keep them asking. Even after the order was served we didn't get plates for eating - such bad service. With this kind of service I would never visit this outlet surely again. But that moment I was hungry & had to eat so I decided to stay & just have food. Coming to the food - We order Cheese Garlic Bread & Meal For Two. The cheese garlic bread was amazing as always. Round & filled with Cheese. Super soft & crunchy on the edges. Meal for two included a medium sized pan pizza, Garlic Bread sticks & potato wedges. I tried the new Spiced chicken meatball pizza which tasted really good but the there were hardly any meatballs on the pizza. It was like each slice just had one meatball which was very disappointing. It's topped with onions, capsicum & meatballs. Overall I would say this outlet failed to serve it's customer. Bad management, bad timings, slow service & not so serious staff. I'm giving 3-Stars only because of the food. Food was good but it would be better if the service was good enough too.

I ordered online on the Pizza Hut Website (website for nostalgia factor), the confirmation came that the order was placed at 7 pm with estimated delivery time of 7:30 pm, at 7:25 the tracker with the mail invoice showed that the food has arrived but had not arrived, at 7:30 I went to my gate security to see if the food was given at the entrance but it was not there, i waited another 15 minutes before calling the store. the employee that answered said he would check and get back to me on my order but never called back, later my dad called the store at 8 pm for the same reason but even he got the same reply, it was almost 8:15 when the food arrived. now to the food: I ordered 2 veg exotica, one pasta, a cheese margherita, a cheese garlic bread and normal garlic bread sticks, the food itself was cold and and honestly sort of a struggle to eat, the pasta lacked flavour, the only thing decently edible when things arrived was the garlic bread. This experience put a damper to all my past good memories that i had with this place. Two stars only for the Garlic Breads.

Don't tell me you lost your pizza appetite in this lockdown. Well, to regain that I ordered two Veg Pizzas from Pizza Hut with a BOGO (Buy one Get one Free) Offer. I ordered Medium Veggie Supreme and Tandoori Paneer. Veggie Supreme - loaded with Veg toppings, onions, olives, corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, Red paprika and Capsicum along with Cheese. Little bit on spicy side but in a good way, doesn't taste bland at all. Tandoori Paneer - Loaded with Onions, Tomatoes and Tandoori Paneer. Paneer was soft and properly immersed in spices. Best part it was topped up in perfect quantity. My favourite among the two. Delivery boy took all precautions wearing gloves and masks, following all precautions and did contact less delivery which is commendable. Home delivery service is pretty fast and provided with enough no of seasonings, chilli flakes and Ketch up as well. Kudos to them for delivering happiness in the form of pizza in such depressing times.

Ordering in this restaurant takes forever, I really don't have a clue whether the staff is actually paid well or not here, and their service makes me think that latter is the case. Entered this restaurant before a month, sat at a messy and shabby table with leftovers from a previous customer. Waited there forever ( Almost 15 minutes) and no one ever showed up atleast to clean up the mess. We left the restaurant that time. Yesterday went there again as it is the nearest Pizza Hit to our place and we were really hungry. Thank God the tables were 'almost' clean but yeah, no one came to take the order for almost 20minutes. We called out to a waiter and he was telling someone will come and we had to go to another place after that. It's just because I was with a friend is the reason why I didnt leave the restaurant at first place. Never going to this restaurant again.

That's 1 star because the pizza wasn't bad. We came here because my daughter wanted to have their pizza after a very very long time of not having it anywhere. We always eat at another favorite Italian place. We ordered a medium double cheese pizza which costs 259 before tax as per menu. But then after ordering, the waiter comes back and tells us that the same pizza costs 439!?!! What a price increase! I enumerated other pizza places serving the same size or even bigger for a much lesser price! And the waiter's reasoning is that Pizza Hut's pizzas are better than others! More than a 100 rupees more for being better? In what way are you better??! We were the only customers but their pizza took a longer time to come than expected. If not for my kids and the pizza already in the oven I would have cancelled and walked away. Never again.

This place is never worth going. I literally asked for 3 pizzas and I got them in 5 minutes. How do you cook that fast I bet it was frozen or already prepared and then served hot. I also ordered some potato wedges, they were frozen and then fried. Obviously every other restaurant does that, but they fry them properly. The wedges were cold in the middle. When asked for a replacement, I was given some after 20 minutes. Not only the food, the ambience was also not as expected. The waitress took a lot of time to bring just a glass of water. The tables present were really wobbly. The water fell all over my shirt and pants when I kept my hands over the table. How in the world can someone keep such furniture.

One of the horrible place after placing the order they made us for the order it's fine but they did not even Clean the table we told them to clean even then they did not respond and then after the order came they even did not give the plates i went and asked the person who is in the counter but he told plate r getting washed ok y the hell he gave the order with out the plates we should eat like that's only ha please pizza hut who is responsible for this branch look after u r staff they r making bad impression on the company please look after them we like pizza hut still we don't want to lose u guys

Doesnt even deserves a star actually....haven’t seen such pathetic service in my life....it was a weekend of 8th june and there was literally one person managing the whole front desk and 3-4 guys managing the kitchen....it was full and plus takeaways was also pouring....people were super upset but these guys were paying no heed.....I literally stormed out of the restaurant within 5 mins after looking at the state....this has not happened for the first time and looks like pizza hut is least bothered about the customers and only after profits....needs serious attension.

No advance booking is required. You can walk in and get the seat most of the time. They provide on-table service, home delivery as well as take away service. Currently ( as of 27th Dec ) they were offering 50% discount on take away orders. In addition to tables they have a party hall which is open for birthday party and small gatherings. You will get most of the varieties which are available in other outlets of Pizza-Hut. My pick of the place was Chicken Exotic an Tikka pizza. Staff is courteous and friendly and they support all the modes of payment.

Ordered 2 pizzas with toppings and Got pizza without toppings. Called multiple times customer care and no resolution or call came up from the delivering outlet. bad and very much ignorant with dealing customer. Wanted to taste from this outlet after a long time but now I have already Switched to Domino's back again. Recommending to all my known people to Domino's Pizza and not pizza hutt bc.

1. One needs to request multiple times and wait for about 10 minutes for water to be served. 2. Most of the items on menu aren't available unless you complain to the manager about it. 3. Unlimited pizza choices are half of what's originally promoted by pizzahut and eventually the pizza choice gets reduced to 1. But again you can complain to the manager about it and he'll offer you more than 1 choice to select from. PS: I have visited this branch twice and on both the instances it's been the same experience for me.

In times like these ordering outside might worry a lot of people. But Pizza Hut is doing a really good job by following the precautions provided by WHO. They have ensured contact less delivery and also contact less takeaway. The delivery guy was wearing gloves and a mask and maintained social distancing. They have an exciting offer such as the buy one get one offer even in times like these. From what I saw it’s safe to order from here. Had a good experience overall. And really satisfied.

Pathetic Service - they say the delivery will happen in 30 mins... after 40 mins of order placing. they call and ask for location despite of providing the correct address during the order. Who serves hot lemonade?? These people have very inexperienced staff. Single person handling the whole kitchen, single person taking orders. Same person attending deliveries as well. When I order an appetizer and pizza, they serve pizza first and then appetizer. When I order lemonade, they serve it made off Hot water. Need to ask everything twice or thrice including seasonings, ketchup, water and everything else. This Pizza hut is nothing like it was 4-5 years ago. Please improve!!

We were 2 and ordered unlimited pizza (P) and garlic bread (GB) on Friday evening. We received our first set of P and GB. When we asked for GB again the staff said we have to order it along with P. When I told why should I order P and waste it for GB, they said that's how the offer works. While paying the bill when I raised it with the manager he said staff are not aware of the offer T&C's. And the best part is the crust is double the size of a normal pizza.

Had been to Pizza Hut Kammanahalli today with my family. *The place is extremely dirty, including the tables, sitting and the washroom was the filthiest of them all. * I Used to be a regular to this outlet almost 15 years ago. It is very sad to see the state it is in now * The quality of food was way below par. Dry pizzas and the garlic bread was tasteless. Sapphire Foods India should disenfranchise this outlet . * The staff were friendly enough.

In all 4 customers had service issues today. The dinning space is very less. This results in a bad ambiance. Food quality is very poor. To add on to all these, the service was very poor. Staff needs to be trained on customer service. Also management need to check on the order to delivery time. All the while I was waiting for our order, there were 4 Zomato orders dispatched. Best pizzas once upon a time, it's no more the same. Gone are those days of Pizza Hut. It has lost its credibility in maintaining standards. I had a very bad experience of eating pizza with Pizza hut and had to go through extreme stomach ache, diarrhea and food poisoning. I don't know if they will look into this. I remember the smell of the stale tomatoes. Never will I ever come again and nor will I suggest others to go there.

Horrible service!!! Had to wait for half an hour and called twice b4 order was taken. And another half an hour for a mojito to be brought to the table. 3 sets of people who came after us were served b4 us. Eventually we just walked out... Highly inefficient. I had paid 943 and got the code from little app, pizza hut guys say that,the code is not working since last 2 weeks, this is only valid from Monday to Thursday, little app says all 7 days. language and the conduct of the staff at Pizza Hut is as very harsh, landed up paying 2000/- bill on Sunday, I though the code could be claimed, they say no can’t be claimed on weekends. End users like us have to suffer.

Visited on 02/24/2019, Went with my family and faced very bad experience. Ordered 3 starters and 2 Pizzas... But i got Pizza's first and starters later.... Potato wedges are half backed and frozen.. Onion toppings smelled raw... And most importantly No Water Service in Rest Room so they couldn't allow to use it for my little daughter... Think twice before going with your family and especially ladies...

I Will never recommend this place to any one, pathetic service. for a pizza made me wait more than half an hour. I am extremely unhappy will never visit this outlet or Pizza hut ever. The person who took order Dhanjay @9.17pm he said 15mins. if u have promised a client deadline try to deliver it on time. When asked to cancel the order, he disappeared and some one gave my order @10.05pm. Really unhappy.

I had placed an order with HRBR Pizza hut, the pizza arrived cold after 1.5 hours. Even to register a complain, nobody answered the call, then following three calls to Pizza hut customer care, the manager finally called back 2.5 hours later, to tell he will initiate the refund. It's been a week, there's no update on the refund, and the manager no longer picks up the call. Very bad service.

If you bookonline pizza via pizzahut website, option of cash on delivery is available however Bangalore Kalyan nagar storeperson will call u and will ask to pay online first and then deliver. If you say no or query for cod they will misbehave with you. It happened couple of times with us and following up with helpline is waste as they will say we are inquiring the incident.

Expected it to be like the_pizza_hutt taste. It is nothing as such. Pizzas taste like bread, god knows what kind of mozzarella it was. The pizza sauce is just red in color which has no taste. Garlic bread which was supposed to be yummiest in pizza huts tasted like ****. My cheat day got ruined as I chose this place. The staff isn't professional. Higher management must pay attention.

Pathetic service. I placed an order for delivery. 20 kind was the time given. More than an hour and it was not delivered. When I called back the reason given was that they had the wingw number. Which I think is a lie. If they couldn't reach me. Then they should have dropped a text or contacted the order taking number and informed the same. Will never order from this place again

The worst pizza hut i have ever visited. I ordered Pepper crunch pizza, but they brought different pizza to the table. The handwash didnt have water and the overall cleanliness was very poor. All the staff were trainees and didn't know what how to manage the restaurant. There was some error in billing too, where i had to pay extra for no reason. Overall very bad experience.

The worst service ever experienced yesterday. Firstly if you chose value combos, they smartly tell you that they don't have that. Where as if you order same food through split menu (which costs higher), they get it easily. Very cheap tactics. Secondly their cashless swiping machines don't work. Thirdly their staffs are impolite and not prompt. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Had been for dinner at about 9pm and were told that service is unavailable … this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this … same thing has happened in multiple branches of the chain … especially in Frazer Town branch. Just like me, do you too like super cheesy pizzas? Well then pizza hut surely has the perfect solution. Order in hot and fresh pizzas from Pizza hut without a hassle and also avail BOGO and contactless deliveries on medium pizzas . My favorite is the chicken pepperoni pizza, it's loaded with pepperoni slices and the cheese pull is magnificent

Pizza was much better as compared to other outlets of pizza hut. We went out on Friday so we got unlimited Friday pizza option for Rs 249. One can have unlimited pizzas and garlic bread for this price. Surely recommended. Place does get congested during nights, so it's better to go well in advance. Drinks options are good too. Recommended.

Very poor taste, Looks like they have forgotten totally about maintaining the quality. Restaurant was so very dirty.. Atleast 1 inch of dirt was sitting on those tables, not cleaned since ages. Overall very bad experience. Decided not to step in ever. Absolute This was the experience I had in HBR Layout pizza hut restaurant.

Hate this kalyanagar branch. We ordered alfredo pasta and ot was worst. There was no creamy texture and it was total mess . Pizza weren't great either. Dominoes serve better pizzas comparatively even though I wouldn't prefer domino's either. Pls dont go here. Plus it takes ages to get your order done. Highly NOT recommended

Today, I was here with my family and had a worst experience with staff Ghousia.. She does not know anything about offers available on pizzas, she completely messed up my order and also spoke rudely.. Pizza hut always has the best food, but better service and proper social distancing would help customers to revist the place.

Kamanahalli store is offset. Ambience is alright. Space is Ok both upstairs and downstairs. Men's washroom is not better than public toilet. I Wud say they are better maintained. No water in the flush. Order was taken late and served later. When pizza came they were not piping hot... Not at all wow experience..

apart from the pizza taste staff was very bad, and very rude. atleast one server who is at the billing is very rude when we asked about the order status, he rudely replied he knows the order and will give us when its ready. atleast pizza hut should teach the staff how to talk to their customers some courtesy.

Dominos nearby does better. They keep misplacing orders. Although they provide a new pizza to accommodate for the inconvenience, most of the delivery guys who come with the replacement carry an attitude. They have now replaced their delivery guys with roadrunr staff so that takes care of some of the problems.

Never go during offers / any birthday packages. It's very disappointing and there's no cleanness. Staff cannot manage / handle the people/kids it's too much of noise. And the pizza contains too much of soda which causes trouble to your stomach. Very poor experience. The a/c doesn't work good as well.

Today I have been to kammanahalli pizzahut. They take lot of time to delivery pizzas. The staff is not professional .. they fight argue themselfs. That's why items delivered late. Please take immediate action to delivery pizzas faster. Nice thing is quality of food is very nice. Thanks pizza hut.

Average service. Had to wait for 10 minutes for the bill. Low on staff probably. Came here on a Sunday afternoon. The pizza was okay. Had a cheese max personal non veg pizza. The cheese wasn't as per the pictures or as per my expectations. I guess they have it better done in the medium pizzas.

This place is bit odd for me. They have huge dining space, with two floors as sitting capacity. But, they are only utilizing ground floor for dining and top floor only for occasions like bday or personal events. With only 3 service persons, I don't know how they are managing during peak hours.

Went on a Saturday evening. One would think restaurants pay most attention on a weekend evening. However this pizza hut was a mess when we entered. None of the tables were cleared, no one attending to tables. We walked out without eating, which is a bummer because we really like their Pizzas.

Very poor service. Even after reminding twice for the dip, they didn't serve till the end. Refused to include our GST# in the computerized bill, in spite of informing the same, at the time of ordering. Even though one fourth capacity is not even filled, service was very poor.

Love the place it's located, quiet nice ambience, only thing that worries is, veggies on the pizza was raw, it should be cooked a little. Little expensive. Service was nice. My 2 year kid enjoyed roaming the place inside, he messed the place. Overall it's good one.

Informed customer care to use sodexo, he mentioned that he would inform branch. pizza was delivered after 50 minutes and delivery boy says i cannot accept anycard. it should be informed in advance. Branch phone number is also not updated. not a pleasant experience

They took so much time to prepare the item and after reaching home only.. I noticed I got paneer pizza instead of chicken pizza(double sausage), also gave veg pasta instead of non veg.

I've given calculative ratings. I felt customer is not always right as pizza hut claims from decades, I felt the atmosphere was not friendly, made me nervous. I wanted to cancel an order but the staff refused with out any valid reason. Felt like humiliated.

The pizza of pizza hut is not upto the mark. Dominos goes way better. Also post 10 o clock you cannot sit and dine there. It is only take away. Hence my experience was not good. Also the dippings that they give with garlic bread sticks are too sticky.

Pizza's were very delicious. Restaurant was upkeep. I went there on Friday, there was an offer going i.e Rs 299/- ( unlimited non-veg pizza ), but u can choose only two of pizza's from the menu. Apart from that staff was not good, service was delayed.

The AVR base, hrbr layout 3 block pizza hut, has good staff but there are only few small size table(very mush congested) and one (6 seat table), if there is a huge crowd coming, we were asked to move and sit with others, very uncomfortable..

There is no thermal check or even hand sanitizer kept here at the entrance, I also noticed that the kitchen was unhygienic, Pizza Hut is an established brand which comes with a certain level of arrangement/cleanliness even in their kitchen.

We ordered online from this store and the pizza was not at all hot and dry. We asked for replacement and went for store to pick up but got the same pizza just reheated. We ll never visit this store again. Domino's near by is far far better.

Despite the freshness and good taste of the pizza, some of the deliveries were delayed for unknown reason or trifling reasons and the pizza was almost cold upon arrival at my address. You kept a tired senior citizen waiting. What a shame.

Lazy people coz no other coustomers in shop then too they take time 40mins to give pizza. This is second time , they people won't change, if u went in empty stomach that's it u will die in hunger

Reasonable place for small birthday parties. They did decorations (just ballons) and organized two games for birthday party. Overall slightly congested place but okay for once in a while visit.

As pathetic as it can get. Went second time to this place as to my no suprise the service was as good as zero. If non management gave money pizza hut would have been on the billionaries list.

No rushes on weekdays. Upside no one will be sitting. Pizza is costlier though meal for 1 &2 available. Average 800 rupees for 2 people. Taste is average. Restroom available in first floor.

It was good... But the garlic bread we did not get it that day they were kind enough to give us a credit note we went the next day and they didn't taste that good... So other wise it's nice

You will be lucky if you get the menu. Staff fighting with each other. I wish them all the best. Had to walk out as no one bothered to take an order in a less than half occupied restaurant.

Worst experience with Pizza hut. The staff do not know how to serve people . Total waste of money and time . Better go to Domino's or else I am planning to make my own pizza shop very soon.

One of the worst pizza hut ever I visited. U feel you are begging for food Zero service. Don't ever visit this pizza hut Attitude of staff is like damn worst. U feel repent if you visit.

Very slow service . Less staffing . The cashier has to bill ans service . If there about 5 people for dinein the get pretty distracted. No customer service will think twice to go again

The place is easily accessible from road. The ambiance is very nice. Taste of piazzas are good. Would be better if the staff count is increased so that they can serve quicker

Good setup, nice interiors and ofcourse they are pioneers in pizza making. Staff good and courteous, little unfamiliar with their own menu but still good service.

I am staying away from Pizzas for a long time. This was my first visit in 2+ years. The food never disappoints, the health side of it may. So try it rarely!
