Do not order from this place. They have their own in house cheating mechanisms. If you order a Garlic Bread spicy Supreme, you will get Garlic bread with hints of Cheese here and there and no Chilli. Instead of Chilli they usually add capsicum as a standard practice. I'm not sure which Pizza Hut has authorized them to operate the way they do. Service is pathetic, their customer service skills are slim to none. When I visited this place...the guy actually asked 'Can I add capsicum instead of Chilly?!' I'm just wondering who is incharge of checking their quality and quantity served. No wonder why Pizza Hut fails in India.

They have a good selection for vegetarians.

Mostly opted for Dominos for Pizza, however when confronted with the truth that they use mayonnaise instead of cheese.....tried and opted for Pizzahut and yes they do use proper cheese, price wise a little expensive compared to Dominos, however your gut will thank and be light post opting for a meal at Pizzahut rather than dominos.

Adorable“Great pizza and brunch as well. We had a big party for my birthday brunch and our waitress Maddie was so nice and awesome even with our big loud table of 11 people. I had the garden Benedict which was great, as well as the pancakes. Other favs included the special Santa Fe scramble and the breakfast sandwiches. Def recommend their cheese pizza too, really good sauce and crust.”

Found everything was right when I visited this place. Staff was gracious to help in placing the order. They were patient did not push us a bit to ordering. Moreover the service was good as well. The place is kept very neat i have to say this. Not sure if this a new establishment but did not see any dirt or spider cobs anywhere. Washroom too is kept neat. Parking is a bit challenge though. But Pizza tasted really good. After a long time had a good and tasteful Pizza.

Ordered stuffed pizza which included pepsi. I got only pizza no pepsi. Raised a complaint same day never got call back from the outlet as told by customer service person . I have memories of eating Pizza next to Ajman ..UAE..Beach outlet...and all the salads..yummy. Now in Banglore from 2020 the taste is gone for toss and to my surprise the pizza had onion slices brown in colour and topping had white mayonnaise....i don't understand why can't we make something simple and tasty. And by mistake if u order from Zomato direct to your home...you have to face consequence for feeling lazy to cook that DAY.

Worst Pizza Hut. Found live worm in paneer pizza. Staff were adamant that it fell down after cooking we are paying 250 rs for small pizza and throw the hygiene out of the window. Never ever visit and staff so are kind in saying like next time they will be sure that this will not happen and expect that we will revisit to eat this unhealthy food.

Worst experience! Firstly the French fries were very bad and brownie was pathetic ! Secondly, since the system was throwing an error they informed us to pay later and then it was billed with brownie not choco lava and they were adamant to replace the order even though it’s their mistake and was the same price for both of them! I placed an order from this restaurant at 11:43am it is delivered at 1:00pm with more than one hour of delay. On the top of it the delivery guy has the audacity ask for fuel money and behave abusively when I refuse. Never ordering from here again. Miserable service

Firstly, glad that it's opened near Ullal main road. Ambience is good. Also, I had ordered via Swiggy today. Though taste, packaging, portion was good, deleting 1 star because I did feel Pizza was little bit hard. Hope they cook with fresh base next time.
