I had ordered a pizza from the app from This location outlet but rather than getting the pizza from the official delivery partner I got it from another delivery partner that is dunzo but that's fine but the pizza which was delivered to me and served to me was marrow and cold. Items were missing packaging was sloppy and unprofessional. Their customer representative was not professional i would not recommend your outlet to others. I am very disappointed and had a dissatisfactory experience. Please improve your online services and CRM...

I can't believe that it Pizza Hut, very unprofessional behavior. No one at reception or in customer area. All team members were inside. First we called them for an order by calling them from inside. After ten minutes thet took order. Then all went inside. No electronic screen was working. There was no one whom we can ask about order status. No one was there for cleaning tables. Again we went inside in cooking area and called them. Then we asked them is it pizza hut? How you guys can so unprofessional. Then I told them I will inform your seniors and then he said its ok. They don't care.

I ordered cheezy mashroom magic, but the pizza that was delivered had no mashrooms on it. I am not even sure what pizza has been delivered. The person taking order looked least interested to take the order. I had repeated my order twice, again post billing he reached out and asked which is the pizza I ordered. This was a take away order. This is highly unacceptable service. I have been a regular customer to Hut, but this was the first time I had such a bad experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. 10 minutes after placing the order, the place started having power fluctuations and then total loss of power. I have been here for one hour and yet to receive my food. When asked for a refund, I was told it will not be possible as the order has been confirmed. Disappointing from the management. There is absolutely no respect for the customer.

So we had a delivery and recieved not good pizza, we received support from the co-operative staff ( Mahendra Sir, and some other lady) and had it replaced, good place to visit for pizzas, wouldn't suggest going/ ordering at night, beware the pasta.

Pathetic fraudulent service from this branch I ordered from for the first time. I ordered Paneer and exotic veg pizzas, but got back one covered with corn, and the other with corn and mushroom. When I asked for replacement or returning the money, the guy says it gets cut from my salary so please don't do it. I bet the manager is in on this fraud.

This is still a bad place even after the renovation. They took 30 minutes for my order which was just a comfy cheese pasta. The pasta looked and tasted like zero effort was put into it with lumps of onions and sausage pieces. I asked them to give me garlic bread instead to compensate for the terrible pasta. I waited another 30 minutes for the garlic bread. The garlic bread was way worse and so hard to bite into. The Sahakaranagar Pizza Hut branch is a disgrace.

Surprise to see that nobody will be there to attend..they only bothered about online orders and you have to wait long time...tables are not clean..chairs are uncleaned and service is pathetic ..They simply run this for the s ake of timepass and business is running in the name of pizza hut that's it..we pay and we expect hygiene...better to shutdown or don't run the shop with name pizzahut ... request you to don't spoil pizzahut name...

Tables and chairs are dirty.. we got dirty plates too.. looks like they were wiped down.. barely any cheese and veggies.. you literally have to search for it.. as for mint cheese in the crust.. we never found it at all.. all in all, a total waste of money.. pathetic.. don't recommend at all..

Most pathetic service ever. They call me after 1 hour and ask me to cancel the order because they don't have delivery persons. I didn't agree, they came after 1.5 hours and delivered a cold pizza. Customer service was also useless. Gone are the days when pizza used to bring happiness in 30 mins.

I visited Pizza Hut, Sahakarnagar on Friday in the evening with my family and it was not a good experience at all. First thing, there were bugs and flies around the table. Pizza quality was below average, never expected this quality from 'Pizza Hut'. Probably these are the reasons restaurant was almost empty. I will not visit again.

Quality and service is not upto mark. It has become a normal roadside shop. You cannot expect pizzahut service from them. Very slow service and was late as per the said time. Also there were hanging spiders jumping on head and tables. With no one to clean tables. Quality has also gone drastically down We were served pasta in a foil and had it little burnt

I really like Pizza Hut but the pizza of this outlet were not that much tasty. Also a lot of waiting time, first for ordering and then for getting the pizzas. No designated parking space but you can park your car or bike on the sides of the roads. On most days, there will not be any issue but keep an eye on it.

It has small dining area with capacity of around 20 seats. They provide take away also. Only 2 staffs to maintain everything and hence, you have to wait very long to get your orders. They do not clean the table. Ambience n lighting is good. Parking is available in front of the shop.

I had ordered non veg pasta from pizza hut via swiggy yesterday but veg pasta was delivered to me by swiggy..even after complaining so many times neither swiggy provided me refund nor pizza hut..totally unacceptable

Located at 60 feet road sahakarnagar,Bangalore North .....This outlet is not that great when compared to other pizza hut outlets .......Kids will enjoy but the staff needs to be trained for service.............
