Went to this outlet today. The ambience was alright. Three areas of improvement I noticed. 1) Pizza, Garlic bread and the soft drink we ordered all took longer than expected to be served. In fact the soft drink was served 10 minutes after our first pizza and garlic bread was served, which was surprising as soft drink is usually served alongside your food. 2). We could not make a payment using my card as the POS was not set up. That should have been available from day 1, this outlet started. 3). We were not provided with a bill for our purchase as the printer was not working (so we were told) but I guess the cashier just calculated the bill on her phone and told us the amount, so I had to go by her word and I made a payment using Google pay. When I said if a soft copy could be sent to my mobile or email, she said that I could come back in the evening to get hard copy, which I think is not a practical thing to do in a place like Bengaluru, where driving in traffic is a nightmare. So the owners need to get all the required tech in place so that the staff don't face awkward situations like these and customers are not inconvenienced.

ALERT - Please don’t order veg from this place!!! I had ordered for 4 veg pizzas and I was noticing the person preparing the pizzas, the person (Chandru) Was preparing non-veg pizzas and was not changing the gloves or not washing his hands before preparing the next pizza. I informed a person in the counter about it and the person (Chandru) with high pitch and arrogance said I was lying and asked me to check the camera , I made them check the camera and the counter person AGREED he had not changed his gloves or dint wash his hands , later the manager enters and shouts at me to get out saying we don’t allow anyone inside (they were the one’s who called me inside to check the camera) and I just asked the manager to change the items and in return he ask’s me “arrogantly” “ what do you want sir? It’s business hours, we can’t change it now ” This place is very UNHYGIENIC , the manager and Chandru are very rude.

They provide stale and old food, had stomach upset because of that.

Recently, we decided to celebrate our Little one's birthday at Pizza Hut, Kothanur. Needless, to say it was the best choice in the vicinity, in terms of food varieties for both kids and adults, lot of open space and the staff cooperation. The excellent staff there, kept the place well decorated for the birthday party when we reached there. They even organized few games and dance for the kids which made the kids immensely happy . A special shout out to Prakash...he really knows how to manage parties. Food was excellent, piping hot, and despite so many orders, there was no delay in serving us. Very well managed store, must say.

Worst pizza hut ever. As a vegetarian, basic hygiene is expected .They are not making the veg and non-veg pizzas seperately. This is the worst they are using the same gloves to touch the meat and are then making the veg pizza with the same gloves. When I asked them they shouted back and ignored me. They also didn't make a fresh veg medium sized pizza even after checking the camera since there were many customers according to them. I couldn't even stay in that place as the were not responding to anything. Please don't eat here especially for the people who are pure vegetarians and are getting fooled by such a big food company.

I had ordered 2 Personal pan San Francisco Country Feast and Italian Chicken feast. The vegetables topping on both the pizzas were stale and stinking. They looked like the vegetables were cut and stored in the refrigerator for days . Extremely disappointed. This outlet Bagalur Main Road spoils the reputation of Pizza Hut.Thos order was placed on Swiggy and the food was hot however the quality was pathetic. I had to dispose off both pizzas. However the garlic bread was good

For pizza place, Pizza Hut is really stingy with their cheese. I have bought quite a few times from Pizza Hut through Zomato. Even after specifically requesting to put enough cheese, they don’t do so. Last time the pizza I got didn’t even have cheese in a lot of places- there was just sauce!

Ordered online. Incorrect order was delivered. Store was reluctant to replace order until issue escalated. Even the 2nd time order was delivered incorrectly even after waiting 1 & 1/2 hrs for pizza. Very poor customer service. Store also wanted payment to be make before delivery, even though it was COD.

Prince from the restaurant is absolutely brilliant and is the best example of customer service. He was polite and helped me with a very complex request. I have never faced such great customer service in Pizza Hut before. Prince, thank you so much.

Decent Pizzahut outlet. Food tastes good. They need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Lot of sand all over the seats and tables. Even the entrance to the place is full of sand. Will change my rating once this is sorted out.

I Ordered my pizza online at 7.40pm and estimated time of delivery was 8.09pm. It has taken more than a hour, they have not delivered. They don't even have the manners to call the client and tell.the order is delayed. Extremely bad service. Hennur main road store. They don't deserve even a single star. Totally unprofessional.

The standard of this brand has seriously gone down. All the items were so salty, the pizza crust was chewy..not even circular in shape entirely and the pizza base was really thin it was like cardboard. Bad experience overall.

Hopeless place. None was there to take order. Even without any customer the waiting was 30 minutes. All of them were busy in online orders. We came back without food.
