A restaurant cheating customers and following illegal business practices. Pizza taste is worst compared to other pizza hut outlets. No receipt/bill given for cash payments. Delivery takes more than 30 minutes. Customer care does not respond to customer grievances. Had been to your restaurant today for a take away order. My son had gone to your restaurant and haces.d placed an order. Order took more time than usual for delivery, later when asked for a Bill (Paid Rs. 930), Have no idea of the break-up and when asked for the bill. Your executive Mr. Ajeeth (name as said by your executive) told arrogantly on phone that the bill will not be given and the bill would come to the mobile number after an hour or so. Only bill given was some Takeaway-FCD Chk No. 10865 (photo attached) Went directly to your restaurant and the tone of your executive changed on seeing me. Told him to speak properly and respectfully with the customers. Also told him as per Govt. rules, the restaurant is supposed to give a Bill which he said cannot be given as per Pizza Hut. Would like to know as to Why Pizza Hut is not giving Bill for the Order taken? How will the customer know regarding the cost of the items ordered ? Would like to know how can you run a restaurant without giving a Bill to the Customer and under what Govt. law is this being done. Bills are always given in Domino's Pizza and even had got a bill from your Pizza Hut - Forum City Mall Outlet. This is not correct nor ethical practice being followed by your J.P. Nagar Outlet. Would like an explanation and the reason for denying the customer the Bill. NOTE: In response to the Owner Reply. Had sent a mail on 9th May when Bill was not received after 60 minutes. Sent a mail again after your response in the Google Reviews along with the contact numbers. Sent a reminder again on 12th May. To Date you have not replied nor answered my query. Clearly shows you are Cheating your customers at your restaurant by not providing the Bill which is mandatory as per business ethical policies. I felt like a short night drive and eating some mediocre Indian pizza... So the bar for 5 stars was just that... But pizza Hut managed to bungle even that. I checked the timings on Google, it said open till midnight. So I drove over at 10:30pm and walked up to the counter. The attendant told me dine-in was closed, only take away available... 1 star removed for misleading information to customers. So i went ahead and ordered 2 pizzas and a drink for takeaway. The waiting time was reasonable. They said the takeaway is ready so i walk up to the counter and it's just 2 boxes and the drink. No bag. I ask them for the bag and they charge me 10 bucks for it. The plastic ban doesn't exempt you from being a reasonable retailer to your customers. You are obliged to at the very least provide a means for us (paper bag) to carry our food. 1 star removed for horrible customer experience. The attendant then refuses to put my drink in the bag because the bag would tear due to the moisture on the drink. 1 star removed for making me pay for a useless bag now. So the chain has made me drive out to their outlet by misleading me to believe they were "open", forced me to order a takeaway instead, did not package it, and made me pay for a bag that's not functional. I reach home with the bag and sit down expecting mediocre pizza, but the pizzas are inedible, with over burnt onions and pizza sauce that tastes stale and no ketchup sachets. 1 star removed for food that was even worse than what you'd expect. Overall the customer experience at pizza Hut was abysmal and is possibly the only thing worse than their pizzas. If you see a reply below this review asking me to submit this complaint elsewhere with a bill number, there's your evidence of how truly bad their customer service is.

Pizza hut was once synonymous for the best dine in experience. We have been regular customers at this JP Nagar 7th Phase Branch and we have seen the standard falling down gradually. First of all we wanted to try the new items listed on the menu but surprisingly they were not available. Secondly, they took 20 mins to serve a tiny personal pizza . Thirdly, the customer service was pathetic. The pizza hut server just dumped the plates on our table and plopped the pizza gracelessly without a word. Fourthly, we ordered chocolate lava volcano cake which they took half an hour to serve after multiple reminders. The lava Cake that was supposed to be hot and oozing chocolate was stone cold. When we approached the manager he was apologetic and helpless. It is better if they shut down the dine in and just home deliver the pizzas bcz there is absolutely no customer service.

Worst service ever. After a long time, wanted to try pizza hut, I have placed an order in the app around 10pm and i were to get the order at 10:56pm and didn't receive till 11:05pm and noone responds to customer care number as it's functional only from 11am to 11 pm, i had to physically go to the JP nagar pizza hut ,to ask them about the order and they said they have missed my order- can you believe that!! and they prepared it after that. I am never gonna order from pizza hut again!!! Sincere suggestion- once the order is assigned to a location kindly share that centres number for easy coordination or ensure customer care number is available till your shops are open or till last order closure. Forget customer delight, atleast work on basic customer satisfaction.

Not even one star is valuable to them. Worst employees over attitude. They take decision according to them. There is no store manager if we ask for his contact number they say he is out ,he will come in evening night bla bla reason. My request to call to the customer number and enquire. If we take pizza we will given value if not we will be treated in worst manner. Worst service worst employees. Respect public because of this your shops are running. Without public you are considered as zero. Help if someone ask for someone don't show attitude and reduce your value. I want you ppl to take action on this immediately. The experience was good barring the fact that they missed serving the lemonade. I had to go and remind them of the order only to get the lemonade at the very end of the meal. :( Also the ordering process is not very friendly for senior citizens. My parents aren't very tech savy and ther is no one to help them with the order if I don't accompany them everytime

Contact less, hygenic and timely delivery is what I define Pizza Hut now. I was amazed on how the rider was well equipped with a Mask, sanitised well and gave me a contactless delivery. Well, I had recently ordered two pizzas and Cheese Garlic Bread for lunch. Panner Soya Supreme is one really amazing Pizza where succulent peices of Panner and bits of soya with good amounts of Red Paprika. A perfectly filling meal. The Farmer's Pick is always my pick, full of vegetables and mushrooms, slightly spiced and wonderfully Flavourful.

Very bad policy of unlimited pizza. You can’t share can be understandable but why can’t you pack left over pizza what’s the point I didn’t understood. Will they reserve it ? Unlimited pizza PP costed me 299/- with medium size and 239/- personal size which is worthless for me. And in unlimited 2 types 1. Veggie feast 2. Country feast in both I didn’t feel any difference apart from extra tomato on one of it. Waste of money.

Worst service! My order was supposed to be delivered at 8.54 pm. I waited till 9.10 and gave a call to the customer service. I did not get a promising response. I went to the store physically to collect the pizza at 9.30 pm and my order was not prepared still. Even the store manager was not available. I called the customer service literally 3 times and there was no promising response! Worst service ever. Never gonna visit this place again! I don't recommend anybody to visit this place. Very bad service!

The ambience and service was really good. Pizza is undoubtedly very good. But this branch leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, they never turn on the AC. As a result it's always stuffy and hot. Hygiene of the tables and floor needs to be improved. They really need more staff to run and clean this place. Secondly, the bathroom/handwash area is absolutely filthy. Really needs better maintenance. Please look into the above and we would enjoy dining here much more often.

Fabulous pizzas! I always order from Domino's because it's cost effective time but I wanted to try little different. We went to dine in and ordered a veg pizza meal combo and it was really tasty and not hard on the pocket as well. I absolutely recommend it.

Absolutely bad branch of pizza hut. The popper that we had was drenched in oil, was burnt from the bottom and wasn't edible. The pasta had a very weird taste to it. The pizza which was supposed to.be the brand marketing product was poor incomparable to lots of its competitors. The only thing that was better was the pepsi that i can easily get in any store outside, Maybe cause it wasnt cooked there. Absolutely poor branch.

Ordered pizza online. They send it through Dunzo. The dunzo guy got wrong address from store finally he refused to deliver the pizza. He just delivered some abusive words over the phone and asked me to raise complaint. Raised complaint no response again and no one cares about your pizza/money. Better to avoid.

I am very sorry to say that delivery from pizza hut, to simply put it, is atrocious and nothing else. I am genuinely disappointed. The customer care is , if not more , than equally dispicable as the service. We have yet to recieve the pizza and the delivery assistant is extremely insolent. One of the best Pizza huts I had, great ambience, good service. Ordered a meal for 2 which consists of a signature pizza, garlic bread (better than dominoes) and potato wedges. Beverages are of additional price of 99 over the meal for 2 glasses. The crust is baked well. Along with it had a jamuntini it's like a mojito with jamun syrup. Not that great but just to taste for once.

Very well organized Had my child's birthday celebrated here. The staff was very helpful and Swamy the manager was committed and took entire ownership.

Pathetic service from jp nagar 7th please, Bengaluru outlet. Waited for almost 2hrs for the delivery, but still no update. So called the customer care and cancelled it. This is the 4th time I am facing this issue. Henceforth not going to order from pizza hut. Inspite of making multiple calls to customer care there is no helpful response.

Place is good and hygiene maintaining social distance. Only thing is it would be better if they can use some disposable containers for serving as well as for dinning. However the taste is still good, not sure whether it's because I am having it after 8 months or it's actually taste good. I did enjoy my food the same way I used to.

As Pizza Hut outlets go, this one definitely deserves 5 stars. It is well-maintained with a good ambience and while there used to be an issue with slow service earlier, that is no longer the case.

Just pathetic service. Had ordered pizza online. The app said Pizza had been delivered. When called the store they say that the order is cancelled after 1 hour. Looks like if they cannot deliver they will update the app saying pizza is delivered and they will cancel the order. In my case the refund is not been initiated also.

Heavily understaffed and some of the kitchen appliances were not ready. Was asked to wait for around 20 mins to place the order as kitchen was not ready. This was in the afternoon during typical lunch hours on Saturday. Feel sorry for the staff as seems they are overboooked and over worked. Staff is courteous though.

Panner and Capsicum Pizza

Ambience is nice, but place is not lively! Very few people i saw. Staff is not active, even for a glass of water or bottle of catchup had to ask twice. Place lacks with cleaness, may be they have shortage of staff. I may not visit this place again.

Valentines day is around the corner and pizza is something the best thing you could share with your partner Pizza hut got some yummy combo options Thick ,loaded and trust me so delicious The combo meal is amazingly sorted Eat pizza and have fun !

Horrible. Gave us stale pizza and the dough tasted bitter. The veggies were stale and the pizza was COLD.

Asked for delivery in Pizza hut APP and this location is choosen. They have delivered through Dunzo and it was 20 mins delayed than expected time and pizza were cold. Worried about ordering in Pizza hut, otherwise food was good.

Yeah great place but we had ordered and paid for extra cheese but got extra dough, Domino's is better than this. Dubti naiya pay sawar hona ho toh yaha aoo.

Pizza hut sent the order through dunzo to the wrong address. After numerous calls and 1 hour later we had ice cold pizza.

Nice cozy ambience. Nice tasty meal served, 2 pizza and couple of garlic breadsticks. Delivery was pretty fast and piping hot food. No car parking available anywhere nearby. Good place for family.

There newly introduced Chees Garlic bread must try... It was different than old garlic bread

Been visiting somewhat frequent. Pizza is always very good. Great work by the team. Always wanted an alternative for Domino's routine

Food was hot and fresh. Service was on point. Pleasant ambience. Would reccomend

Pizza was not tasty at all! I ordered a Personal Meal box and it went all way wrong... Can Improve and even Reduce COST.

This is their so called tandoori paneer pizza with extra cheese. This disgusting thing was delivered to me at 1 am
