Pizza Hut is lucky, Google doesn't give the reviewer to rate less than "1 Star"... Ordered via Order #11462748, store faltered on the delivery time, had to call the call center and follow up. Order gets delivered 20-25 minutes late, but with out the drink. The delivery guy's tone and style of speaking could be much more polished, unfortunately, it wasn't. 20-25 minutes after the order was partially delivered, the drink does not arrive, again called the call center, but the response was pathetic. Got bugged, requested to cancel the drink and reimburse the amount. Closed the call with a promise that this particular order will be the last one with Pizza Hut!

I seriously wont recommend anyone to go here at the pizza hut the staff is so busy taking online orders that even after the out let being open the manager directly says we are closed where as the outlet is yet open and having guests seated if they promote so much of online orders they should directly switch for take aways rather than dine in too disappointed after such unprofessional behavior from such a great brand Photos for reference are uploaded

Had some issues with delivery when I ordered via Zomato through this outlet. On highlighting the issue, the store manager, Mr. Vignesh called me up the very next morning, sorting my issue out and offering a replacement to my last order. Unexpectedly, Mr. Vignesh, himself came to deliver the replacement pizzas and apologised for the issue. This gesture truly touched my heart and I decided to pen it down for anyone seeking out reviews for this particular outlet. He went out of the normal to comfort his customer and this is very much appreciated. Thanks!

The pizza was fine... We ordered Chicken supreme and Chicken Tikka pizzas. They were supposed to be distinct in their flavours but they tasted similar. Order delivery had taken quite a bit of time as well. So overall it was an ok experience.

They didn't provide us the bill when asked they say they threw into the dustbin and has charged more money from us. People don't go here sincere request. Very much hurt from this branch scaming people it should be shut down or new people should be appointed immediately. I will surely sue them because of the more money they charged us which is absolutely wrong according the consumer federation act. Let me hear how they defend themselves.

Staff was polite and self service. Taste of food is awesome ,but as we tasted the double cheese margarita, it was tasting like jaggery flavour in starting. So as of other dishes it's awesome

Pizzahut doesn't care about customers anymore I guess, in peak summer you keep the AC's off, after asking 1 AC is switched on. While your prices are sky high, please have the courtesy to provide an ambience which is appropriate. Next Visit, not until summers are gone ....

This is me using another account as I didn't hear anything from you guys . Whatever may be the issue u guys just say to send a message privately and completely ghost us which is totally unfair. Sorry to say this but shame on the whole franchise which is taking advantage of people's money or time. Very rude behavior, totally not recommended. I took my 2 little sons to eat pizza, after standing near order desk for long time, they simply told cannot take order due to more orders, Atleast the way they communicate could have been kinder.

Usually they make great pizza. But in an recent event, i ordered two pizza's and took parcel. But they misplaced one of my pizza and i had to come back from like 6km. It was frustrating. But i returned it and they made new pizza's and served

Was very exited to have my Pizza delivered from newly opened Pizza Hut outlet. But once delivered, all my excitement was gone as it was not up to the expectation. The prices are high, but not the taste. There is a lot of scope to improve.

As the packaging says, "ULTIMATE SATISFACTION", kinda disagree with that. My box does provide the ultimate satisfaction when compared with the price but not the pizza. I truly feel the pricing should be reconsidered for the pizza.

I had a payment issue here due to their server they took time to refund me but they did it after some days. Thanks to the staff for being polite and helpful. The food menu is limited and the seating is fair enough

No car parking. Rest all ok. Go walking or via cab :)
