Today 16th December 2023 (3:00)pm. Visited this Pizza Hut (Attibele) and had a very bad customer service. While I was choosing Pizza from the menu (Amina) who was in the cash counter took away the menu in a very harsh manner. When I asked about her actions no proper response from her. And I wanted to report this to the manager but the she replied that the manager is not in the store. I asked the name of the manager but she refused revealing the managers name. Totally disappointed. Came with excitement as it was first time to try at Pizza Hut attibele but this incident made me never step into this store and never suggest any one to try here. I request the concerned person to at-least train the employees how to behave with customers. Thank you

Don't prefer this Pizza Hut. We were disappointed in the following promise by the shop. 1. Everywhere pamphlet about the offers. But there is no single offer. When you are asking about offers they will show invisible terms and conditions and they will take back the pamphlets. 2. No A/C is working. Outside environment is cooler than shop. 3. Non veg pizza is not good taste.

The staff here at attibelle Pizza Hut are not even wearing gloves and just making Pizza with their hands, so unhygienic, also when you call customer service they have no clue where is this PIzza hut located and don't take action, they just say it's escalated and the store staff will get back to you with a reason. Such a big franchise and not organised, no hygiene nothing, i will never order from Pizza hut again, very dissatisfied, whoever is even planning to come here don't, please just dont

What the hell Pizza Hut! Didn't expect such poor customer service from such a huge franchise. No one there to take orders for most of the time. Such poor taste and cook. Literally the worst experience I have ever had in any of your outlets.

The worst experience. Food is not tasty. Unprofessional staffs and don't even respond properly. It takes 20 mins to place the order in counter and delivery will take another 20 mins. They think they are giving pizza for free. Pizza Hut is no more a good place to visit and pizza is simply worst.

No one is ready to clean the tables.I guess customer's only would have clean the tables before they have their meals. Unless we go and tell them to clean no one is cleaning it even after no crowd in the counter.

Less man power to handle. It took almost 75 mins to get my pizza. They are not ready to give topins and ketchup packets themselves. We should ask and get it from them.
