Absolute garbage food was delivered to me today which was shocking to say the least. I have been patronising pizza hut for years now and this is the first time I received such bad food (this will also be the last) What was bad you ask? 1. Cheese completely burnt to a crisp that ruined the taste. 2. I ordered 2 pizzas and I got 1 free as part of an offer I think, and it was just horrid. Cheese was even more burnt than the other 2 not to mention the TOTAL LACK of sauce on it. 3. None of the pizzas had a satisfactory amount of sauce which basically meant I ate bread and cheese. Why did I spend a thousand rupees of my hard earned money? Because I genuinely liked Pizza Hut earlier but not anymore. I would award 0 stars if I could. A complete letdown and waste of money and appetite.

Worst Pizza ever, I always think not to visit Pizza hut after being there, but I find myself visiting Pizza Hut in the hopes of them changing their process and making their pizzas better. But it is not the case the pizzas are the worst ever. Except for the Choco lava cake nothing is good here.

We had a very bad experience here, the lady called Dhanlakshmi is so rude and arrogant , when i asked for a veg pizza she says if you want veg you could have gone to veg restaurant, also she was not at all using the gloves she was preparing the pizzas with the bare hands which looked disgusting!!! She was spreading all that chees with bare hands and dipping the same hands in the veggies to prepare the pizzas, requesting you to please terminate her , as she behaves very rudely with customers!!! I have a video of her behaving indecently ill post it on all media if the action is not taken!!!? Order number : 13444

उन्होंने शुरू में एसी चालू नहीं किया.. केवल पूछने पर उन्होंने एसी चालू किया। मैंने मसाला नींबू पानी का ऑर्डर दिया लेकिन उन्होंने साधारण नींबू पानी दिया। बदलने के लिए कहना पड़ा. फिर वे मेरा पिज्जा डिलीवर करना भूल गए और 30 मिनट तक इंतजार करने के बाद उन्होंने पुष्टि करने के लिए ऑर्डर दिखाने को कहा। फिर उन्होंने इसे तैयार करना शुरू किया जिसमें फिर से 15 मिनट लग गए, फिर एक्सोटिका पिज्जा में बेबीकॉर्न नहीं था, जलेपीनो जल गए थे। संक्षेप में, सबसे खराब पिज़्ज़ा हट अनुभव!! कभी वापस नहीं जाना.

The worst Pizza I have ever had. Still using glasses to serve pepsi, regular plates to serve pizza, even in this pandemic situation. Have ordered extra cheese pizza. The cheese used loss like opened long time back and did not spread properly at all. Tastes so bad and could not eat. As you could see in the photos the cheese is so solid and nobody can eat in that form. I will never ever recommend to anyone to go to pizzahut. Domino's is very good in terms of taste and the way serve.

I'm a regular customer of this baglur cross pizza Hut. It used to be a quick delivery with hot pizaas. But in recent two home delivery orders, it was a greater delay (more than 30min) in delivery and I was asked to accept the delivery with a sorry for late delivery. Okie! It's fine and accepted, but pizzas were ice cold :-( .......order time was 7.43pm and at 8.13pm the tracking status was changed to "the food has arrived" while in reality I got the delivery after 8.30pm:-(

There were no appetizers, and they said only deals were available online, and when we asked for beverage they told it was only available on online. Also they said no medium size pizza plan was available. We had to order everything online because no plans were available in dine in. There was no stock in this place for most of the eatables in the menu

I had brilliant experience today at this particular store of pizza hut , customer service of this store is the best all over Bangalore, i would also like to appreciate Manager who had excellent customer service , will visit again just because of the extraordinary effort of all the staff working here , i love this place and would visit again and again . Attention: Pure veg people who has issues if restaurant may use same vessels/equipments for veg and non veg both, should check the process here. Overall it was good, pizza and cheese sticks were good.

Worst place, I ordered a pick up. They packed my order like dosa. I only realized only after seeing after reaching home. I called multiple times to the customer care complaining, finally the store guy calls not to sort the issue but only to take the details of my order and that's it. I feel order through swiggy or zomato is better as they have accountability. Shame on this outlet and their staff.

Newly opened outlet at the Baglur cross. The outlet is very spacious and ample seating is available. The lights and decorum are very nice and easy location. The food is prepared in front of you which is nice thing to have and it's also delicious. only issue with the place is non availability of parking as during peak hours parking along side of outlet can create jam on road.

Terrible customer service from pizza hut. I ordered pizza from this branch and due to server issue the order did not get placed but and was told i will get refund. Trusting it I made another order after 10 mins and even after an hour no delivery was made for my second order. It's been a month no refund was made for both of my orders. Terrible customer service!

This pizza hut is connected through Swiggy confirmed order. After 30 mins, dupes customer by saying order not taken and cancels the order.. Not bothered to consider a customer waiting for so long rather just simply cancels it. Pathetic staff, pathetic service.. Better go to another pizza hut.. This place service is horrible.

Service here is not good. They didn't supplied the cold drinks which is added with meals. When asked replied very careless and I was told it happens sometimes. Drinks were supplied very late, at that time we finished pizza. It never happened in other branches. I'm very disappointed

The billing girl is full of energy and genuinely care for customers. Inspiring to see such people with josh. Had some pasta and a platter. A happening place in Bagalur Cross. Though my taste buds doesn't orient with the offering, younger generation is found having a great time.

The way the treat customers is very good..

This is one of the dirtiest Pizza hut in Bangalore and after ordering they say it will take 10 mins for them to prepare the order, but the reality is they start preparing the order only after 20 mins. We waited for 30 mins to get the order today. Really very bad.

It. Was amazing experience to go to Pizza Hut and have lunch they offer a variety of Pizza ,drinks and lots of more side items. The quality and taste give no complain.

I ordered the new menu of pizza hut that is Momomia pizza and baked cheese momo but the taste was horrible and the cheese was burnt and the taste and quantity was also not at all good but they made sure to take a good price for it. Highly disappointed..

Pizza was good. But choco volcana was not good... ( may be it was not made properly by the staff) it was cold as if they served from fridge directly. Personally I like.dominos chocolava better than the one served here. Have given 5 stars for the Pizza.

Had an amazing vibe at this Pizza Hut yesterday..Food was delivered with nicely presented..I just loved the cheese garlic bread… I am extremely happy with the food and their service ❤️❤️Can’t wait to visit again
