pizza hut is going from good to bad to worse. for a pizza with a slice of 4, they have provided just 1 Italian seasoning. how do you expect me to eat with just 1 seasoning? moreover, the topping have been reduced drastically. no wonder Dominoes is doing way better. I believe Dominoes,mojo pizza and La Pino pizza are doing way better than pizza hut. no hopes or plans to eat at Pizza hut anymore. This is the lowest they can drop. I wish that pizza hut exits India soon.

Ordered online "funtastic" 4 pizzas which comprises of 2 veg and 2 non veg pizzas ! Had huge expectations and trust me these are the most pathetic pizzas I've ever had ! The staff is not proactive, issues with payment card machine. Wasted nearly 30 mins in ordering and finally, had to come out without ordering. Such a pathetic experience I had from past 2-3 visits. The store needs to improvise in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, too many insects inside the store, which was not a pleasant experience.

They started preparing our order only when I reached the store to pickup the store,which made us wait for 30 mins. I was disappointed by the reason given by them,they told me that they had received a bigger order and were preparing that instead. Hopefully there is an improvement. Thank you. Worst ever pizzahut store i ever visited. My order was quite big as we ordered quite a lot of things. Creamy garlic bread stick was worst, namesake creamy also wasn't there. Pizza also sucks there. The staff are not well trained, they don't know how to handle customers. We had ordered takeaway from this store, they had marked the order as ready to collect but the order was not ready and we had to wait for another 20 mins. They have kept the gloves aside safely. They don't wear gloves when they are cooking. I think they don't want to contaminate the food with gloves.

The time management and service management is really poor. As the waiting time also crossed beyond 45 mins they have provided the wrong pizza. It was really unacceptable. They made us wait such that the store in person is giving silly excuses of saying they missed to prepare one product.

2nd time having a very bad experience with this particular outlet. Bad taste. They don’t even know how to make a proper garlic bread with cheese. They should learn from other Pizza Hut restaurants. And very disappointed to see Pizza Hut did not even bother to call me back on my 1st visit issue with this same outlet. Guess the time has come to stop ordering from Pizza Hut.

It was very worst worst experience ordered online, they served wrong items, missing items & the pizzas was very cold due to late delivery at night 10 pm. They kept bag at gate & ran away. After complain nothing action taken against manager. Please don't go for this pizza station, Domino's is Good , best & much better.

Ordered American cheesy chicken pizza medium just now, but they served American cheesy veg pizza medium.and they argued us they didn't know that we ordered non veg.if the veg and non veg products are in same name, they should ask the customer what you prefer atleast. But they didn't.they didn't paid our money back.

Just now I have ordered Margarita pizza which cost me around 176, and the quality of pizza don't even deserve 50rs. It seems like they have only given dry baked crust with some sauce on it. Very poor quality, I will never order pizza from pizza hut. Pathetic experience. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Very bad service. Their is no staff to take order made us wait 30 min and didn’t even take order. The staff were sleeping in the back kitchen and didn’t even care about customers. Very bad experience. I’ll never visit this store again.

Worst customer support. Unable to serve orders ontime. Very very long waiting time. Untrained staff and highly unprofessional. Same person while putting topping is mixing his hand in both veg & non veg topping. No hygiene at all.

Visited three times at 9 PM, but didn't have the pizza since the dough got over and they say its open till 11 PM.. Pathetic service..

There is no drinking water facility in Fizza hut, if eat Pizza, we have to drink cool drink only.. is it Indian culture!!! One cup water they are giving for 3 persons.. very bad experience....

They won't accept the gift vouchers bought from flipkart, I had to wait for 1 ½ hour talking to customer care but they blindly said if the store does not accept the voucher they can't help...
