Pathetic is all what I can say about this outlet ,made a mistake of ordering again after so many years assuming they might have improved their service but it puts me back to my place to understand why I had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut,received an incomplete order just now and they had nothing to say ,tried calling the restaurant and they have no number to reach out to them ,Google search took me to IVR and the guy on customer support was as expected(useless) and shamlessly blamed the scenario on swiggy ,not even once they said that they can send the incomplete portion or take any action on the same(unlike any other pizza aggregator) ,they don't even have the store number added on Google that's anyways suspicious as hell,no wonder pizza Hut is the last choice for pizza lovers in India now ,i guess it's high time pizza hut closes for good atleast in bangalore I've never had a good experience in any of their outlet,kindly avoid ordering from Pizza Hut ,rather burn that money or donate it to needy .I rest my case .

When it comes to Pizza and everything that goes with it, I have always had a soft corner for Pizza Hut. I decided to try their Yelahanka outlet on one of my recent trips to its adjoining neighborhood. I was Impressed with the variety of options and the dishes we tried. I loved the Chicken Peperoni and added extra jalapeno to it to just make it a bit tangy and my friend ordered for the Veggie Lover. I did not stop gorging on my Pizza and loved every bite of it. Oh did I tell you it was a cheese max crust! Loved a bite of the Veggie Lover as well since it was after a while I am trying out a vegetarian Pizza here at Pizza Hut. I also loved their Ultimate Trip Platter and.thought the choice of the three appetizers were nust attuned to the popular choice and has already proved to be a hit with Pizza lovers. I also had a Fresh Lime 99 while we waited for the Pizza. The service was friendly and on point and loved the decors og this outlet. A must visit next time I am in the hood.

This is the last time i will be ordering from Pizza Hut Yelahanka, Bangalore. I gave them a 2nd chance as the restaurant staff had requested that he will ensure to give us good food next time. I do not want to give even one star but since i had to give my feedback, i am forced to select one star. The last time you people delivered a non veg pizza. This time the pizza quality was horrible with absolutely no proper toppings. Onions were burnt. Three different pizzas tasted the same, with no difference at all. The delivery boy told us that the staff at this Yelahanka Pizza Hut outlet were least bothered to prepare the orders that they receive online. Its high time now. Your restaurant will soon be closed with this kind of 3rd class service. Goodbye PIZZA HUT YELAHANKA OUTLET.

This is such a pathetic outlet. Took my son during less crowded time just to ensure safety. But they took more than 25 mins for our order. And then when it arrived, can you believe they served non-veg instead of veg. With just one bite I knew it’s non-veg. Such poor service and their staff is mostly on phone. After complaining they did want to offer a complementary meal, but that’s not what everyone needs. You cannot mix veg and non-veg, that’s non-negotiable. I would have never written a review about poor or late service, I understand there can be some delay. But it’s nice we got non-veg, I had to write. Ensure you check before having the first bite of your veg pizza.

Ambience, though small is appealing and good. Staff were courteous. They had variety and we had requested for less cheese and they did the same. Our family had good time. When we placed the order, they said it would take 15 minutes once you order and kids were just looking at their watch to see if it could be delivered within the time said. Wow! The food came to our table within 14 mins. We had triple treat which is sufficient for 4 to 6 people. We wanted to drink some hot water as weather was slightly cold and we generally prefer drinking hot or warm water. They gave normal drinking water. Wish they can provide hot drinking water too. Overall good experience.

Dear GOOGLE when i select DELIVERY option in ur first question, pls give those related options to tell more about it.

To begin with the washroom was absolutely dirty and unhygienic. There were too many mosquitos there. The table was not clean and the seasonings seemed like it wasn't used for a long time. The AC was off too because of that it felt suffocating. The Food was also not prepared well. There was hardly any cheese on the garlic bread. The pizza was cut unevenly. Horrible experience. The most important part was that I didn't get a bill of my order. I just got a copy of the card bill I swiped for. I don't even want to give one star.

The service is very late. Or rather, they provide super fast service to only people who are going to take away and not for those who want to stay there and eat at their premises. The typical pizza hut menu, the chairs are not very comfortable. The interiors are just Average, and the staff has very poor experience when it comes to crowd management and people skills. Needs loads of improvement. The packing for the take away pizzas is also not upto the mark.

Pls do not buy/order pizza from Pizza Hut chain. I have experienced repeated issues of partial orders couple of times. The store doesn’t respond and they Dunzo the order. No one is answering the calls and pls do not waste your hard-earned money with such irresponsible chain.

Pizza Hut is my preference for thin crusts. This place is very well set in a nice neighborhood of shops and restaurants. The staff is good and only thing is wish is that they would maintain the washroom properly. It was stinking horrible. But barring that a Pizza Hut is a Pizza Hut. Update (27/9/22) - Pizza Hut, you have reached out with a reply to my review after 3 years!! And you are asking for the Order ID now!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Very bad experience. The AC isn't working and they are short on staff. We ordered one on one medium pan pizzas with the expectation that they will apply the offer but the lady realised it after we had paid the bill and that too when we asked that they haven't applied the discount. Moreover when asked about refund or another alternative, she ignored and started attending another customer.

Not a great place if you're looking for a nice pizza experience with your family. The outlet staff is not properly trained. We ordered Veggie Exotica and Garlic bread stix. Pizza tasted stale and unpleasant to eat including the toppings. Babycorn tasted sour. I came back to Pizza hut post covid restrictions but was utterly disappointed. The Yelahanka outlet seems to be setup for college folks but not for families.

I think now presently in this place, people doesn't know to make pizza,, I simply spent 900 ,, which is worthless, I wil never visit again, no cleaning , no cheez in the pizza , unprofessional person is baking pizza just like that nd serving to people nd fooling. 2 hours and no sign of a delivery. Called up the central helpline 6 times. Store was unresponsive. Had to cancel the order. Now I have to wait 7 days for the refund. Pathetic experience. Pizza Hut should get into the frozen pizza delivery business. A small piece of advice. Don't take customer orders if your store cannot fulfill them in a reasonable amount of time.

Good taste and great service. I liked the communication of the keeper or what ever they call them. And the music inside is bit odd but the whole environment is good and enough place to seat 20 people. A good range of verities are available. Very nice food at average rate,affordable,ambiance is good,and a best place for small parties and get-together

Today we visited here for a carry away of "funtastic four" @ 499. We reached home and started eating we could notice that the oil was oozing out from base with a smell as if of used pakoda shop left over oil. i feel they have done this because had used a voucher for purchase. They might be having two kinds to deal with two kinds of customers.

Taste is average. Please don't visit this pizza Hut nw. The AC is not working here and nw it's summer they don't have the manners to repair the AC. There is no provision for fan. It was ver hot inside. They have kept the door open and there were lot of flies inside. Didn't expect this type of service from them.

The outlet is a little tired and needs refurbishment. It seems to mostly serve delivery customers. I won't recommend dine-in unless you really need to. The service and quality is the usual Pizza Hut affair so nothing special or bad there. I do think that the pizzas have become more spicy over the years.

One of the worst experience for dine in. Place looks not good at all. We ordered masala lemonade which came in reduced quantity and quality is not upto mark. The pizza was really good as well as the new masala drinks they were serving. I am giving it a 4 star coz I didn't like the crust and had to throw the crust's away. But but overall the pizza was good and it had fresh vegetables in the veg pizza we ordered. The non veg pizza was good too.

Good place and nice pizza's. Very different from domino's pizza's. The crust is totally different. It's soft and you can manage to eat every last bite of it. I think the prices are a bit on the costlier side when compared to domino's. Worth giving a try(to domino's lovers).

This Yelahanka branch is really spoiling the Pizza Hut brand name. The ambiance and the cleanliness is very poor more over all time their A.C will be not working. The management is very poor if the 4 A.C is not working atleast they can put on the fan that to is not there.

Try to avoid this outlet. Very slow and poor service. Staff behaviour is also not too good. Very unresponsive and slow. They keep rejecting coupons saying server problems every time i have visited. Would recommend to try some other outlet.

Wait time was long. They gave one wrong pizza in my takeaway order. Chicken pepperoni was good. Corn was bad (They gave corn instead of Tandoori paneer). Staff must improve. How can they mess up an order of two pizzas in an empty store.
