When I read other reviews saying about "friendly and helpful staff", I am really surprised. Are we talking about the same store? I went there today, because I wanted to try for my dog the Chilly Dogs coat. Their website lists this place as one of their retailers, but they don't sell this brand anymore (and yes, it was my fault I didn't check it before I left home). When I entered the store with my dog, there were several employees on the floor, NOBODY greeted us or said hello. We wondered around a store for a minute, nobody paid any attention to us and finally I asked them about the coats. They don't carry this brand, it is fine. But I was open also for different products, I started even to look at the coats they have on the display. Again, nobody showed any interest in helping me or showing another winter coats for my dog. They staff behave like they don't care about the client and they don't want to sell anything. So despite they have really a nice range of different products, dog treats, dog food, etc. (that's why two stars, not one), I decided not to buy anything.

Great shop! They have tons of options for various dog harnesses, leashes, toys, and food. Many different top quality brands. They also have raw food. The pricing was as expected. I only glanced through the cat section but they had a large variety of items, including water fountains, harnesses, etc. They have a very small selection of small animal/fish/reptile foods and accessories. I was hoping to find a few more things for my hamster, but their selection is very small. They do have food, treats and some toys. I did not ask the employees any questions, but I could tell that they were very knowledgeable as I overheard one of the employees explaining to a customer about the benefits of raw food and making a recommendation based on the customer's needs. All in all, my rating would be 5/5 if they had just a bit more selection for small pets. If you have a dog or cat, this place is PERFECT and you will find everything you need!

This is our go-to pet store for the last 4/5 years. We have 2 big dogs and get all of our supplies from here. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and pricing is always fair. However, there is one lady that works there (short, grayish hair) that is always so unpleasant. It feels like your presence is inconveniencing her and she just makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable. You just want to get out of there. Other than those experiences with her, we always enjoy stopping by every 4-6 weeks to stock up and love seeing everyone else and always hope it’s a day she isn’t there!

I’m not really happy in terms of services, staff just watching you even they saw you carrying a heavy bag of dog food and many other things they can’t even help you to open the door or even bring it to the counter cuz they’re busy talking to each other. Sometimes I need to ask something but nobody come and ask if you’re ok or u what are I looking for, unlike to the other pet store staff are approachable and very helpful. My rate is just 1 star ⭐️. Generally speaking, I love the store has a lot of option but I don’t like the service.

These people are simply amazing. I had a cat pass away recently and her brother got all fussy about his food. I had to try several different products before I found what worked. During this the staff helped me find what I needed. Answered my questions and were extremely helpful . Bottom line is they cared. If you need a place to make your pet happy and healthy you do not have to look any further.

I like the Global shops. People are really nice and they have a good variety of cat food too. Unfortunately, I started to avoid this particular shop lately. New employee, unhappy employee leads to unhappy customers. Told me twice not to expect to find my cat’s food every time I look for it because it’s expensive and they don’t keep it stock. So, today was not my lucky day I guess.

This is a really great store with a wide variety of products. The staff are super friendly, and the manager. is also a really incredible guy who always tries his best to help me with whatever I’m buying an answer all my questions even when it’s just about like an ordinary frisbee or something. I’ve been shopping here for a really long time in the store has only gotten better!

The all staff working in the store were very enthusiastic and willing to help. I bought products for my dog, kitten and gerbal. Recommended a good kitten food both wet and dry and wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive products they sell. It is a pricey store but the customer service makes it worth a visit. Always gives my dog a treat when we bring him in

I’ve recently just moved here with my 2 dogs and this is one of the pet stores that came up. To my pleasant surprise the staff are great -especially the girls - who are both very knowledgeable. The manager was also very accommodating. Very helpful and very welcoming to newcomers. Thank you guys again! Will definitely be coming back :)

With new ownership, comes hopefully a prosperous future. The new management is amazing and very down to earth. Leaps and bounds better than it used to be. At least now they are allowed to admit when they do not know something instead of just pushing products they think "may help". Keep it up and the store will do great guys.

The main staff (or manager) is great, really knowledgeable, helpful and someone who is passionate. I found 90% of what I was looking for (bully sticks, bones with marrow, sweet potato treats) and the prices are on par with most big box stores and online retailers. I wish parking were a bit easier, but it is what it is.

A wide selection of pet foods. The quality of the customer service varies. It depends on the employee. The lady is super nice. A lot of smile. The man wants to stay focused on his phone more than with customers. I go there for cats food regularly and found it not so welcoming at times.

Been going here for 4 years. It’s always been a pleasant experience. They’re happy to help when I have questions, especially when there is so much to choose from. I’ve been very satisfied with many of their recommendations. Thank you all for a great service.

Stopped in as a new owner, they gave me free fancy samples to figure out what the dog likes, and had all kinds of stuff. Perfect service and store so far, super to see. Note: hard to see their sign for me, so note the address....

Awesome service. One of our kittens became picky with his food and the team here was a great help in guiding us toward healthy options that he ended up liking. Really appreciate having this store in the neighbourhood!

A very well stocked selection of toys, food, litter, and all things necessary for your furry and cuddley companions. Friendly stall and always ready to help. They do deliver which ages them even more better.

I’ve been there twice in 3 weeks and always nice to walk in. Great staff, great products. Was looking for some good treat\probiotic that I got in Vancouver and they had it. Was so happy. Keep the good work.

Super friendly and they have all the fanciest pet food brands, some made in Canada and even a frozen section. Also lots of treats, toys and accessories, like cute coats! But also $$$$$ hence the 4 stars.

I really like this store and how staff is helpful but respect your alone time. No pressure and resourceful when you need information about the brands/ items they carry! :) my dog loves this place.

Nice large & variable choices of cat food (dried, tinned and frozen) from all over the world. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. They also home deliver for those big heavy bags of litter etc...

Big selection of high quality dog food. I’m only giving 3 stars because often they don’t respond to my voicemails to schedule a delivery and I end up having to go elsewhere.

Products are good but I am never asked if I need help when entering the store. Staff are usually preoccupied talking about their weekends or personal lives - loudly.

I cannot say enough about Jacques the manager of this store. He is beyond lovely and the customer service is exceptional. I will never shop anywhere else.
