So I dont leave reviews often, but the two workers that helped me yesterday were just so amazing I had to leave a review. First, the dude who asked if I needed help when I first arrived gave me some seriously game changing tips to deal with a very shy and frightful cat. (The main ones being a spray catnip that just worked way better than the dried stuff, as well as a specific crinkly toy. Together my cat finally approached me and wanted to play for hours!!) and then he also was patient with me as I had so many questions. He gave me very honest advice as well, I didnt feel like he was trying to push bad or faulty products on me like so many pet stores / vets will do. Afterwards, at the cash I was being stubborn and didnt want to take a bag, but I clearly could not carry everything in my hands... the cashier offered to help me bring it to my car! And then, the guy who was helping me before saw me drop one of the toys I bought on the way out and he ran it to me just as I was about to head off.... its so cheesy but amidst a stressful weekend with my first pets, this really made my day. I'll definitely come back!

Great selection of products, they have a good point system & the staff is sweet. They love animals, so they enjoy their jobs, and it's reflective in the vibe the minute you interact with anyone who works here. In particular, though, Christian has guided me through puppy 101 since the day before my dog came home, and has continuously answered my questions, ensuring that I'm getting good quality products that will benefit her. He's genuinely interested in her wellbeing which is super kind.. the sense of community here is awesome and it's why I'll keep coming back.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and dynamic staff. Excellent variety in products. If products are not immediately available, employees will often offer to place orders on clients behalf (if and when possible). Staff remember customers and the in store experience as a whole creates a sense of community. I never feel pressured to buy anything. Big thanks to Cris and Chelsea in particular for always making excellent food and toy suggestions. Yeowww! Banana and catnip are a fav in our household!

I always receive amazing service from a sales associate here named Cris! She is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. This store has a great variety of food (like Stella & Chewy's), treats (cod skins), and accessories for my dog. They even offered to special order any food that I couldn't find. I wish they would offer more toys for smaller breeds, as they tend to cater to the large breeds, but that's my only con. Great, friendly service!

The store does not provide all the products they offer online in-store which was somewhat of a let down concidering I went there for specific cat food. I would have given this place 3 stars but gave 4 instead because the woman attendant working was pleasant and suggested a different food which my cat now loves!

I had a very pleasant surprise going to Pitou Minou Le Plateau for the first time today. Admittedly I had no reason to go before as we only got our puppy last week... The staff was exceptionally helpful; I visited different pet stores before and this stands out of the crowd.

The staff is super nice and knowledgeable...prices are amazing, too! The selection is massive (like, so much pet stuff in a shop, but it's organized and doesn't feel cluttered). They have anything pet you'd need, and the help to find atuff--without feeling pressured.

They have big varieties of things, even for rodents and birds. The owner and stuff are super nice. I really wanted a specific kind of cat litter and couldn't find it anywhere, but the owner is so kind that actually ordered it for me.

Great staff super friendly real wide selection of disgusting innards and tendons and ears and like, noses from a ton of woodland creatures that my baby thinks are delicious. Also great customer service and a great rewards program

The owner is really friendly! They offer delivery if you buy enough amount of things with few delivery fees. And there's almost every size of cat food so you don't need to wait for ordering. The prices are reasonable as well.

Staff is ok and selections are good, and for some things prices are excellent. However they just overcharged an extra 20% than what their price tags state - ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND VERIFY IT HERE!!!! DOH....
