I have been a customer of Paradise Furniture since my daughter was a toddler. Bruce is absolutely fantastic. He is professional and kind and will go above and beyond to help you in any way he can. His prices are incredible. He is honest and cares about you as a customer and being happy with everything you order. He will guide you in the right direction with the best suggestions to make your furniture shopping experience wonderful in every way. This is the only place to shop for furniture for your home. You will be incredibly pleased and happy as I have been for many years. Everyone in Bayside knows of Bruce and Paradise Furniture and shops with him. I just furnished my home in Montauk and i am im love with everything I ordered, the delivery, the set up, the entire process. I cant recommend going to this store for all your furniture needs more highly! 5+ from ME!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Elderly mother got swindled by this con artist over 10 years ago at his old location. Old review went away with the old location I guess. Ordered from his catalog because he has nothing in stock from having such a small store. Table came in and I helped pick it up. Got it home and assembled it. Complete chinese junk particleboard for north of $400. Real class act would not refund or exchange. Wobbly table and the wings on the dinette could not stay straight. $45 chinese table you can get on jamaica ave or at Walmart for 10x the price.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Bruce, the owner has gone above and beyond to ensure that my daughter would love her new bedroom set. His customer service was impeccable. He gave great suggestions when we were deciding on which set to get. He took his time and didn't rush us. When he ordered the bedroom set we decided on, it came sooner than anticipated. When the guys delivered the furniture they made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I will never shop for furniture anywhere else again. Thank you again for providing exceptional customer service.

This is my second home I had furnished by Paradise. The owner, Bruce, is the most wonderful person to deal with. I always trust him and makes me feel like I am the most important customer. All the furniture was delivered much sooner than I expected! And the delivery guys were the best! So professional and always cleaned up whatever little mess they made. I can't wait to add more furniture and continue my loyalty towards Paradise. Such a pleasant experience.....once again!
