The worst Pandora store that someone can ever come to, especially customer service experience. A family member and I decided to call Pandora earlier this morning to find out if we are able to clean charms, bracelets anything in general from Pandora. The person who I spoke to earlier this morning advised that cleanings are offered. Once we walked into the store, were served by a representative. We requested to clean our jewelry bought from Pandora; she refused to clean it because they said that it's an unavailable service at the moment because there doing promotions as of X days. I told her that this is unacceptable because we spoke to someone earlier and this person told us that cleanings are available. Something else also happened to the point that she told me to wait after one of her colleagues to provide me access to the fees of some things that I saw and that I liked, she refused to help me because she's busy doing other un necessary things around the store. In my opinion, customer service satisfaction and experience comes first. Finishing and setting up your store comes last. Lastly, she told me that there's a promotion happening as of next week and that she can not provide me access to any information and I will only have access to this information if I'm a customer with Pandora. What kind've customer service experience is this? I refuse to come here again and I do not suggest for anyone else to come to this specific Pandora, find another Pandora where you will get exceptional service.

Very unsatistied experience with the store Manager today (08 apr 2022). I came to the store with a chain that is snapped off when I was putting in on. I showed her the warranty of Pandora and she said that she could not do anything. First, she tried to tell me to call to a number meanwhile the website litterally said that I have to go to the store. I showed her the policy then she said it is not Manufacture issue. I told her explain me what is Manufacture issue she could not explain it. Technically the issue was assessed based on her personal judgement. Second, she is very rude. She literrally said it is my fault and I have to deal with it. Plus she said Pandora does not care if the customer is satisfied or not. I have been buying Pandora for years and this is how they treat their customer only for a 90$ bracelet. Not worth it at all. DO NOT BUY FROM PANDORA ESPECIALLY FROM THIS STORE. THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS THEN SAY IT IS YOUR FAULT IF IT IS BROKEN.

As a loyal customer I think she could do the same exception already I went to one mall and now did all the way to rockland for her to refuse me. Not professional at all I think she represent pandora and need to care a bit more about customer relation just lost 2 hours of my day very frustrated

Très mauvaise expérience. Nos ados sont allés pour faire un échange. La vendeuse, Stefannie Y, n'a pas voulu prendre le temps. Elle avait du temps pour tous les autres clients, sauf pour deux jeunes. Elle n'a pas remboursé le taxes. Elle n'a pas remboursé à la valeur de la bague. Elle a menti quand nos ados ont demandé s'ils avaient des bagues à 50 $. Elle a donc refilé une bague plus chère. Sur leur site, ils en ont à 50$. Quand nos ados sont retournés pour poser des questions, elle a dit qu'elle n'avait pas le temps. Elle avait d'autres clients. Nos ados ne sont donc pas considérés comme clients?!?! Nous sommes retournés aujourd'hui. Avec adulte et une nouvelle commis Jessica. Elle a pris le temps. Merci

WOW - What a difference in reviews than Pandora Fairview. I ordered a gift for my mom online during lockdown. Unfortunately, the charms were not as nice as the pictures. Therefore, we went to Pandora Fairview to request a credit/refund, whatever was possible. They refused and advised we are outside 30 day window to return. But the stores were closed, how was I supposed to return within 30 days? They did NOTHING to help us. I then went to Fairview Rockland, and they offered a credit to purchase something else. That just goes to show you that the other Pandora does not accommodate their customers. I will continue to go to Pandora Rockland from now on!

I just want to give everyone a heads up before shopping at Pandora in Rockland. The manager Nora is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is not willing to help her clients and threatens to kick them out of the store when they ask for her help. She also cannot explain her own store policies, she yells at her own staff in front of clients!! Was a very bad experience and will never go back to this store. Would recommend everyone to go to the store in Fairview where the staff is friendly and willing to help you. Nora is by far the worst manager and should not be working in the customer service industry with the attitude she has.

I came here on Friday the 15Th to purchase and to get something polished, the lady working around 2pm, was very rude. She completely ignored us, rolled her eyes when I got her attention. She kept going in and out the back room and back out, avoiding us completely. She denied to polish my bracelets, I buy very frequently and this is the first time I have a careless, and rude sales representative. The ladies at this location need to be re trained with manners because it is beyond unprofessional. Makes me not want to buy from this location ever, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Disgusting attitude. The manager Sophie is a horrible person. its been a long time that I received such attitude. DONT EVER GO TO THAT STORE. UNLESS YOU WANT ATTITUDE. I wish I could give a negative 5 stars I wanted to buy something but the manager refused to sell it to me. I went into the store to see what I liked and didn't buy right away. when I came back after going to a different store, she refused to sell anything to me. she also didn't let the other workers talk to me. I was actually scared of her. She yelled like a maniac.

Awful service. Called to check if the item was in stock at the store(at the fairview store, they told its in stock in Rockland). Was refused help, until I provide the SKU. Which I could not get, because it was out of stock online. Asked to speak to the manager, she told me, she is the manager! Had to call Pandora Fairview to check for the item number. Called back to be told, they don't have it in stock... Its unbelievable! People want to spend their money, willing to travel and get zero service.

So usually I buy gifts and for myself from this store and they have the best service ever with the sweetest people ever; however, today a lady decides to help me with an absolute terrible attitude. I walk in to change a broken safety chain and telling her my experience and that I want to exchange it and she gives me an alternative without thinking straight. She gets so triggered for no reason whatsoever. Literally worst service I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed with this store, I got in May a gift, a bracelet with many charms, was bought to another store. Went once to change it because was short and no problem at all. After a few weeks, 1 of the charm didn’t lock properly and went back to be fixed or changed but the manager didn’t accept it….. ( 27-07-2022)update! I went to pandora,gallery d’Anjou and the lady was nice and helped me , even didn’t ask me for the receipt !

I went to the store and was service by the Manager that was rude and very dry on her answers . I made a purchase and was promised a copy of receipt via email and never got it. Also their phone line is always busy and unable to leave a message. Horrible experience . Will never go there again and called Customer Service of Pandora to file a formal complain

Wish I could give them a 0 ! Most horrible experience of my life. Manager was so rude and approached me like I was a burden in their store. The employee spoke to me like I was stupid. I purchased earrings and they tarnished 2 weeks later and they told me that the “air quality” and my “earlobe oil” made my earrings yellow and my ear green.

L'une de mes pires expériences client à vie. J'ai voulu faire un échange de grandeur (même modèle, même prix) pour un bracelet reçu en cadeau la veille, rien à faire. Il ne peut y avoir aucun échange possible après 30 jours et ce même pour un cadeau. On m'a suggéré de le donner en cadeau et de m'en acheter un autre.

Do not buy anything from this store Pandora. I just bought 1 month, it is broken, I go to the store as for warranty or repair, but the supervisor of this said NO. She is not responsability for this damage. I recommand NO BUY at that store.
