The staff members/ trainers are very nice and they really work with you. Classes are a little intense on the first try but I promise you it's worth it. My only suggestion is to keep at it and try to attend every week.

Coaches are great, staff extremely friendly. I’m constantly running late and they always hold the door open for me in the morning and welcome me in. Highly recommend attending 4x-5x a week minimum.
