I tried asking for the customer service number or even corporate they said it was not available because this one is owned individually. So I said ok allow me to speak to the owners. And the GM manager thomas said that I would never talk to them. I won’t come on here and put someone’s name up except for the GM Manager Mr. Thomas because he said he was the manager. And he was the only rectification for the staff. I and my husband signed up last Friday May 24th before 2pm. And my experience was going over how much it cost when I would have to pay. We have black card access and can have a guest. So I come Sunday with my daughter who is 13 And had to wait almost an hour before I could workout because she had to have identification which we did not have because she is a minor with no ID and no one phone number. I had to prob this young man on what we could have instead he allowed me to leave with a negative experience and I had to call back to see if I could have a report card and a school bus tag and he was on the line with his manager I guess it was Thomas since he said he was the GM see what the proper protocol was but he allowed me to leave in that way. I also came with my jug of water and no issues there. Came today and the one who enrolled I and my husband states to me that I can’t have my jug of water or my backpack. If there is a camera system there you could see I had my jug and another woman had her gym bag. I walked to the gym this morning WALKED!!!!! If she had explained from jump then I would have planned accordingly. Mr Thomas was not there on that day but it was another gentleman. The point is: 1. Same gym rules and regulations across the whole staff 2. Basic customer services for crying out loud. The only thing the gym manager could offer was for me to come back and he would go over rules and regulations with me. The women who enrolled us was very nonchalant and this is only the first week. Not apologetic and all I received was disdain. This gym is down the street from my house with more equipment options. I could have went the FREE way and gone through my job but the only difference is less equipment options.

Went and worked out no issues. Only problem I had is when I went to use the hydro massage bed and tanning bed. That's when the girl behind the counter got an attitude. She didn't want to give me a hydro massage bed and if I wanted to use the bed that I was going to have to wait (which was fine with me) because they only have 2 beds that work but then the manager turns around and says the massage bed is fixed. LOL. Walked into the room and it smelled so BAD. Then when I get done with my massage I go back up to the front to get a stand up tanning bed the girl goes to ask me if I have goggles to use the tanning beds and I respond to her telling her that Planet Fitness provides the eye stickers at any other facility why not this facility. She tells me that this facility is a franchise and they dont carry the eye stickers anymore. She then proceeds to search for the stickers (that they no longer carry) and hands me 1 and tells me next time you need to bring your own goggles or buy some. I'm shocked by her tone and her demeanor and such poor customer service skills that waited to speak to the manager and he tells me that in fact they do carry the stickers it's just their shipment hasn't came in yet. WOW. So in fact they do carry them. I went to walk in the tanning bed and seen that the machine is extremely DIRTY. I had to clean it myself. Ridiculous.... After tanning I went to the ladys locker room and it was dirty as well. Definitely wont be returning to this Planet Fitness. When I go to the my main Planet Fitness facility there is ALWAYS someone cleaning. You would think that because they work in a GYM where they probably see hundreds of people that go to SWEAT and WORKOUT they would WANT to keep their facility CLEAN and SANTATIZED!! By the looks of it I guess not. Let alone that but their employee would of had better customer service skills.

It’s a great gym and like all other gyms it has it’s advantages and disadvantages. Well firstly I like the fact that they are open 24/7 do you can go there at your own desired time. Secondly there are never too many people in there at a time so you get to use every equipment u want at any time compared to other gyms like Fitness connection. Last but not least, sometimes their price to start is way cheaper than the other gyms and that’s the main reason I joined them in the first place. Those are the reasons I prefer it to other gyms. As for the disadvantages, one, the gym is closely packed meaning it’s kinda small compared to the others I visited so the equipment are too close together if that makes sense. Two, it does not have a sauna and if it does, you pay a lot more money per month to use it which is different from gyms like fitness connection. Three, they do not have a basketball court which I know some of you don’t care about but am a basketball player so that was kinda a bonus for me when I saw it in fitness connection. Last but not least, they don’t have a movie theatre not that they should have it but am just comparing it to other gyms I know. But overall it’s up to you and what you like about your idea gym. I had multiple locations around so you can probably get one close to your house. That would be all. Sorry for typing to much.

Reasonably priced, many weight machines, usually available, clean. However, clientele tends to sit at the four Smith machines with long rests between sets and it's hard to get in unless you stand and wait. I've altered my routine on the spot with machines or dumbbells only to come back and someone else jumped before I could get there. Also, I usually feel like I'm in a jailhouse gym. I'm not comfortable there. I'm going to try another location. I'm sure management is aware of the bottleneck, but doesn't try to move people along. As far as the jailhouse feel to it, it's the neighborhood. What are you gonna do? In response to your response, shouldn't it be your duty to inform management of problems reported here, not mine? These are "reviews" written by your customers. I notice, for every comment, you say how concerned Planet Fitness is, now go and do our job for us. Aren't you concerned with your company's future? I can just go to another gym or another location. You are part of the team that is responsible for your business's success or failure. I hope your manager reviews your P.R. responses with the goal of improving the location, not passing up your opportunity to actually DO something about problems being reported. Thank you, Jim

GOOGLE, GOOGLE~Please give us two options when writing a review. Give us a option for the service and for the facility. Similar to a food establishment. The food may be awesome but what good is that if the service stinks. Get it? This location is awesome and the equipment is amazing. However if possible do not show up between 6:00-6:30 to I assume around afternoon. Staff sucks and the attitude is similar to spoiled milk. Don't know the black males name but he has no place in modern age customer service. To put it mildly " it's not his calling". I was a witness to his aggressive I don't G.A.D. attitude over two weeks ago and I was a victim of it three days later. This person has no people skills and it would be safe to say that he maybe brings his personal life to work with him every morning. So to all those who can try to avoid this location. I have a corporate pass so it does not cost me anything to attend this location. However to those who have to pay if it's cost you 1.00 a year to be in the presence of this unprofessional POS it would not be worth it. I have only been attending this location for about two months but no more. Do better Planet Fitness. So as of today Planet Fitness and their rude unprofessional bully can kiss my

Was enjoying my time here until I was physically assaulted by the manger on 2/17/22 @ 6:19 pm His name is C. Daniel There are many women big or small that wear Sports bras to be comfortable in the gym. For some reason though they were many people in the gym with sports bras and he had an issue with what I was wearing. I confronted him about it before I left and when I began to complain he threatened me and said that he would cancel my membership because I was cussing. Then threaten to call the police because I was was complaining I’m not sure what made me record the entire altercation however. When I let him know he was on film he then lunged at me hit may hand then hit my phone out of my hand and then tried to grab my phone after he hit it out of my hand!!!!! I will be pressing charges for battery and I’m so disappointed @ planet fitness I truly believed that this was a judgment free zone but it is not if you go to this gym they will make you feel horrible about what you wear then when you go to complain to them about it they will try to get physical with you do not come to this gym at all!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this planet fitness on fondren for over 5 years and I’ve never been dissatisfied or disappointed with the staff or the center! There’s always very friendly staff greeting at the entrance and cleaning making sure all equipment is always clean. Last week I forgot one of my workout accessories and today I asked the front desk staff if by any chance anyone turned it in or if it was found? The manager looked through the drawers until he found it and confirmed it was mine! I was soo soo glad it was there because today was leg day hahaha. I’m just so happy with the staff the center has!! I always see the manager working great with his staff. There was once a time it was so late outside and I notice a guy walking very oddly and seemed he wasn’t in his correct senses and I asked one the guy staff members if they would walk me to my car and which they did and even offer to do it each time if I wanted too! They always greet me and say bye to me as well! I will continue going there because I feel they take customer service more serious than other places!

Came to cancel my membership and there was no one at the front desk. Didn’t mind waiting for someone to come back. I waited for about 15 minutes until I started to get a little antsy. I decided to walk around and find someone since they may be busy and might not see him. I walked all around the gym, went in the locker room, went into the spa, knocked on the employee only door, called them on the phone NOTHING. I stood there for another 15 min just waiting and trying to call again. No one was found anywhere. Imagine if an emergency had happened. Smh. I started to record the whole thing and at the end of my recording an employee walks out from the women’s locker room. I asked her if anyone was supposed to be at the desk and let her know how long I had been waiting. Her only reply was, “it’s only me and I was in the restroom.” For 35 min she was just in the RR. I find that hard to believe. She was completely unapologetic and I’m glad I am cancelling.

I have been coming to this gym for three years now, And at this location they’re always giving me trouble and issues regarding my clothing or the way that I’m dressed. And the manager is definitely not nice I sense the lack of empathy they gave me Manager I really liked coming here but sadly I had to revoke my membership because of the way the manager treated the situation. Might I add the fact that I was actually wearing long bottoms and a regular tank top so my clothes were not an issue here because I called a different location and they said that the only the only thing they should bring for sure it’s clothes and that’s it no other restrictions so I don’t know if it was just some thing that they did here to me today or there is actually a policy against that and I have been looking for a corporate‘s number I haven’t had any luck trying to find it if anybody has it please reply to this review thanks

My husband signed up for this gym thinking it would be a good gym.... WRONG! Not only does the gym smell most of the time we are in there, they also continue to try and charge my husband's card for $35... for what I don't know because we paid our yearly fee in February and yet we continue to get charged.... also have tried talking to people on the phone and they couldn't give us an answer as to why this was happening. The people they have working there don't really seem to even know what they are talking about when you have questions. Im pretty much fed up with this gym. Worst franchise ever. Thought joining a gym would be a good thing but it has become more of a headache trying to solve problems with the gym and my bank then what it's worth. I can't wait to cancel my membership with this place so they can stop trying to steal money from me.

Worst customer service, low key thieves trying to scam people out what they don't have. Like I called to cancel membership during hard times they refuse to assist took matters into my own hands, so I don't go hungry because I couldn't afford the membership at the time. They didn't care. But Now I'm capable of affording a membership they refuse to work with me until I pay $100 in fees that I don't understand, I explained to the lady the situation and she didn't care so like I said worst place ever. Go to gym that values the customers. Sometimes cheap ain't always good. I recommend fitness connection or blink fitness over planet fitness any day, for a low cost gym. However Don't be afraid to spend that money on 24 hr fitness it's worth it. Planet fitness you got to do better!!!!

I deleted my first review so I could make sure to let you know how great your employees are doing. The first time I called lastar was very helpful on the phone and so pleasant to talk too. The first time I went to the gym I really didn’t know how to use the equipment yes there are pictures but it’s better if it’s explained to me. The guy at the front desk kinda seemed like he was bothered when I asked if he could show me around since it was my first time there. So I just did one work out and left. I gave it another try today and DRE was so helpful I asked if he could show me some equipment and he didn’t make it seem like I was bother and walked me to the machines and made sure I could understand how the equipment works. Thank you for taking your time to help me! Means a lot.

The staff or the equipment is not why I’m giving one star it’s the payment system!!!!! I was told monthly I would be billed $27.11 of each month on the 19th. That’s fine. BUT my issue is I got billed last month on the 1st for $27.11, then the 15th for another 27.11, on the 19th for $27.11, then on this month on the 1st got billed $53.04!!!!! So within a month you tripled charged me. When I spoke to a representative they were acting clueless on why it was doing that and she didn’t know why it’s was taking it out so I had to contact my bank for fraudulent activity/charges! Never will I recommend this place to anyone 03/07/2023 had to contact planet fitness again for removing $212 out my account randomly so the police are getting involved. Worst gym experience ever

I've come here many times for the past year and on a regular basis. The facilities are nice and clean. I see that the staff regularly cleans the exercise equipment and property on a regular basis, which is nice. The location has a massive parking lot, which makes parking easy. There are many exercise machines and free weights for beginner, intermediate, and advanced bodybuilders. I also regularly use the massage chair for Black Card members and I've found the massage/spa equipment to be nice and very clean as well. It was also easy for me coming out of state to start using this PF as a black card member without having to pay additional fees or face additional hassle from anyone, so that was a nice. The surrounding area and staff are ok.

I’ve been enjoying coming here for over a year now! Richard from nights always hustles so hard to clean the gym equipment and check people in. When he sees me come in, he runs to the front to greet me and then runs back to cleaning the machines. I’ve been using the body enhancement machine for a few months without using the special features, and the first night I met Richard and asked to use the body enhancement machine, he immediately offered assistance on how to maximize my use of the machine. He’s always smiling and extremely friendly and approachable! Shundie from nights is fantastic too! Having the black card, I try to bring a friend with me, and she’s always welcoming of my guest and treats him/her like Planet Fitness family :)

I like the fact that the gyms assistant manager takes pride in making sure that the machines and equipment is properly and thoroughly sanitized between each customers use. He is very personable and his energy is matched by the employees he manages. He always greets me with a smile and knows me by name when I walk in. The atmosphere I’m the gym is very positive. It’s never too loud and I can always gain use of the machine I need to workout on immediately. Everybody speaks to you when you walk in. The staff all seems to be handling business and getting things done. No one is ever just sitting around twiddling their thumbs. Everyone is happy and smiling and ready to get me checked right away.It’s the energy amd the atmostphere for me.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. They were always double charging me every month. Every time I came in it was something wrong with my “account billing” which slowed me down from working out. I expressed to them every time the money was coming out my account on time. I had been wanting to end the membership but I stuck it out and thought they would fix the problem. Then they double charged me a yearly fee of 42.22 and gave me a bs excuse and still hadn’t refunded me from the other double charges and said they couldn’t refund me. I am not the only one with this problem, my aunt had the same problem. They are trying to steal people money and I rather not be apart of a company that is not trustworthy.

This place is a rip off! Once they have your debit card....LOOK OUT! I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 49+ DOLLARS EVERY MONTH! Most of the time I am denied entry for non-payment. The people at the desk are ALWAYS confused and you are never allowed to see a bill. I haven't been in for months, and still being charged 49 DOLLARS. The Manager promised to end my membership in November, but I was just told by him that I still owe for Dec, Jan, and Feb. Never let these people get your card number! Then they blame ME with no explanation. They are run by a computer glitch. The company that bills you doesn't comunicate with the actual club. Beware! Never been treated worse anywhere...even the Drivers licence office!

I been a member of this location since September and I have the back card membership I was only charge $12 dollars for initiation fee. After that I was charged $40 for the yearly maintenance fee. Each month I pay $23 dollars and I get access to the gym facility classes and massage chairs. Overall its a good deal. This gym is not packed like other gyms no to member people go. The staff is nice no problem what so ever. But there is a 1 year contact if you cancel sooner you will get charge a fee. If you buy anything like water or anything at the gym you have to have a debit card on file they have no cash in this gym. The gym is also very clean nice location.

The gym is clean, well maintained, and has a good number of workout stations. My only complaint really is for the black card members. I'd like to be able to enter the black card area and not have to check in with the front desk each time I wanted to use another benefit. Was a member years ago at a Planet Fitness in Austin and was able to just scan my card and use the benefits without asking anyone to turn it on for me. Would love to see this ability added to the equipment or have a scanner to scan the qr code to allow access to the black card spa and let us use what we want without checking in over and over with the front desk.

They got this little trainer boy walking around. This guy came up to me and straight interrupted my jog (8.4.21)! I was at 4.8 miles non stop and almost done. My breathing was kind of loud but what do you fkn expect at running 5 miles non stop? Smh. No customers complained and he's not management. Just him being envious and in the harassing mood. Unprofessional and that young squire has a lot to learn. Its a fkn gym! Breath hard or go home you jackass! Don't come to this location. When i walked in two workers there talking and didn't even greet and welcome like other locations. Don't bother with this one.

When I started the gym I was foreign to everything, this was my first time ever going to the gym in the beginning I wanted to quit because I didn’t know how to use anything but to the kind and caring staffs who actually helped me out if they see that I am not doing something correctly and I actually learn how to use some of the machines and equipments when ever I work with the trainer. My favorite thing about the gym is I feel safe and they are very clean, I feel welcome they greet u on your way in and on your way out, they are very respectful and polite ♥️ I love it

I was gifted a membership prior to the pandemic. The gifter utilized his info, credit card, account number etc. He stopped and cancelled it right before the shut down but the gym kept charging his account even after he cancelled the membership and his card. Now because I was an addition it looks like I have a $300 balance under my name. I tried multiple times to talk to a manager but these people don't listen. I am currently trying to reach a regional manager to remove my name because it is not my debt. I never signed a contract or any agreement. I was just a guest.

It is my favorite downtime place. The staff is truly the Best..I LOVE them!!!! They are the highlight of my visit and are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. I recently joined in "July" and every time I come in, it feels like they are still appreciative of my business and me as a person. I also have to say "The Hydro Massage Bed" is The TRUTH!!!! ..I can't Lie I am hooked on the "Upgrade" for that alone..It is worth the money and the Mind that I renew every time I relax in the area! "I WILL WORK FOR HYDRO MASSAGE" ...LOL. Thanks GUYS "THUMBS UP!"

It has been a nightmare trying to cancel my membership since the site at Fondren closed for renovations. Every other location cannot do it. I have been to Fondren twice for cancellation. The first time I was rerouted to a different location. The second time a personel took down my info and said the cancellation will be done the next business day. Fast forward two weeks later I got charged again, and I called but was told I have to go in person again to have it cancelled. This is very unreasonable, and a lack of consideration of my time and gas. Never again.

I LOVE it here! My very first day I got a tour around the entire gym by Mr.Lesley! He is awesome! After such a great tour and seeing the clean up team come in & sanitize so well hourly I had no choice but to sign up for the Black Card! I love it! I come in the gym & feel so welcomed. It’s extremely clean, the black card have so many deals with it, my peers are friendly and helpful, the equipment is in good condition & all of the workers are friendly. I recommend this location! 10/10 GREAT TIME & I come here about 5 days a week.

I lost my job and owed this location money. Once I obtained a new job, I paid off the account and ask for them to close until I could afford to get a new one. The employee said it was already closed since it was sent to a collection company. When I tried to get a new membership months later at another location, I was informed I owed new charges to this one. I talked to the manager and was YELLED at and profanity was thrown at me over the phone. Be careful with this location, for they are thieves and shady.

I went in early-mid June to cancel my membership. They told me that I would still be billed for that month since it was too close to the billing date (even though it was still before the billing date). I signed all the forms and even got an email from Planet Fitness saying my membership had been cancelled. I have now been charged twice (once was the one I was told about) since I "cancelled" my membership. I have contacted them twice stating this and have not heard anything back. Completely unprofessional.

I joined a week and a half ago and I am beyond impressed. This place is fun, clean and it makes you want to workout. The vibe is very friendly and not intimidating at all. I must say the best part about this gym are the people. Each time I walk in I am greeted with huge smiles, especially from Kyrie!!! She signed me up and I cannot wait to visit with her when I arrive The personal trainer Thomas was also extremely helpful in getting me started on the right track. I strongly suggest you join today!!!

The manager is a jerk. I was trying to update the membership so I could switch home gyms but he told me he couldn't help because I didn't know "exactly" what it was I needed and that I would need to call back. He wanted me to update everything online which is fine, but I don't have my membership number. He said what I was asking was too vast? I'm not sure what's so unclear about needing the membership number. He then told me it was because I said " I THINK I need the membership number".

The employee at the front desk was visibly high and incompetent. They’ve been allowing my guest and I to tan and use the massage equipment but today it was a problem. We’ve been going at least 10 times or more and now it’s a problem because the guest doesn’t have a black card membership. So this whole time they’ve been allowing us to both use the equipment and today just now wanted to enforce the rule that it’s black card members only. This location sucks don’t come here go elsewhere.

Zero stars is not an option is the only reason I chose one star. Today was my first day to the gym in three years and found out I have a small balance due for late charges and other fees. Two monthly charges & four late fees dating back 3 years. The manager, Sina, didn’t even bother to look up my account to see what the issue was or if he was able to do anything to help.!The only option he gave me was to pay the balance or cancel membership. Terrible Customer Service!

I'm really impressed with the facility manager Clarence. He immediately responded to an issue I encountered with patience. He was attentive to my concerns, reviewed my concerns with me and found a solution to make me comfortable with my membership at this gym location. This type of excellence in customer service is the same level of service I offer to my own clients and I'm so appreciative to see this community being serviced so well by he and his team members.

Very clean fitness center.... somewhat Germophobic as you are required to wipe down all equipment with sanitary solution after use and there are anti-bacterial hand gel stations located liberally around the facility. Great Value though I wouldn't really call it a Fitness Club / Gym as the gear is not intended for the average gym rat and the free weights and heavy lifting gear isn't available though there are some sparsely placed within the facility.

I always thought planet fitness was a low end gym but after signing up and going multiple times, I am thoroughly impressed by not only the availability of equipment and ease of use, but the employees seem genuinely satisfied in their jobs and that adds a nice touch. Covid cleaning protocols are recommend/enforced. Being 24 hours is nice, there's people there even at 2am. I'm happy this gym is close to my house, very pleased customer

I am very much enjoying my new membership. There are two things that stand out as special...The spa ( The total fitness machine, the tanning bed, and massage chais) and number two, the staff.The staff is incredible. They are respectful yet warm and friendly. They have the best energy, I so enjoy seeing them and they are always wanting to help. I've already sent my husband and recommended planet fitness to so many firiends.

Went in here a few minutes ago activate my Active & Fit membership for this location (as I have done at other gyms with no problem) there were like 8 people behind the front desk (no an exaggeration) and not one person there could help me get this done. One guy mumbled something about a manager but by then I had decided I don't even want to work out here again. I was a member and canceled in March and now I remember why.

For the location, this a really great gym. Like any other gym you go to, it might get busy at times. People are really nice there, so getting what you're looking for isn't much of a problem. Staff is really cool, I have no complaints there. Depending on which membership you decide, the perks are pretty great too. Don't take my word for it. Actually visit the location and see for yourself. Meets your needs and more.

The gym has all the machines, and the crew of planet fitness is really good. You can easily find idle machines and workout according to your plan. There is one downside, they don’t have squat rack and bench press (everything is on smith machine) . That is one downside of the gym, since I prefer to do strength exercises like snatch and push press. Overall , the place has a good environment and layout for the gym.

The staff is very friendly and are very pleasant. I commend them because they know their regulars and also keep the club clean. There is never a dull moment when they are handling their responsibilities to the fullest. I enjoy coming to this club as it is clean and not crowded as other gyms might be. Please keep the great service coming. It really does make a difference. You are all very genuine.

Was calling to inquire when the PF in Sugarland would be opening. Staff answering the phone didn’t know and I asked to speak to a manager that I just needed and address and time. He kept saying I don’t know. Again I asked for a manager and he hung up on me mid sentence. Tried calling back and he would not answer phone. Teach whoever was answering the phone on 12/27/2022 at 7:15pm some etiquette.

Staff was extremely rude and not accommodating. I was traveling from out of state and left my card at home and they refused to look up my membership and let me in. Even after I showed them my black card account status on my phone. Had to go through hurdles to get in which took me about an hour when they could’ve just been accommodating from the jump. Will definitely not recommend this location.

Manager and staff have ZERO understanding of customer service. I owed an old balance of 24.99 from Oct and explained what happend and was refused sercice...LOL. My account has been current for the last 4 months. It's all good I pulled up at the other location no problems at all. Steer clear of the manager here. He's pretending to care and doesn't. Planet fitness is an awesome company though.

Came to this gym on 01/03/2021 with my brother for the new year promotion! The Assistant Manager Shundie was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist us. We told her “We can see you become the manager of Planet Fitness gym soon with this work ethics!!” Now we start loving this gym just because of her! Will bring more family members and friends!!

Surprisingly - in a good way - nice and very nice features as the massage chair. Update: forgot to mention the staff. I am a big girl and when I stepped there the most Buffy kid in the front desk (sorry I don’t know his name), was the kindest. It is a non judgment place. I felt very safe and welcomed. I believe my goals will be met due to me feeling comfortable and welcomed.

This facility(gym) is always clean. All of the staff members are polite and informative. The manager Clarence is patient and respectful, plus he makes himself available for any questions or needs you might have pertaining to the gym. The assistant manager Leslie is patient and respectful as well, ready to help any club members with all that they need concerning the gym.

3 months ago, when I was living nearby, this used to be my favorite gym. I would go there 3x a week without fail. I never liked smith machines until after I came here. The staff are amazing and helpful and friendly and they help with everything u need. If you live close-by and need a cheap monthly gym membership then don't hesitate to check this place out.

The manager at this location has a huge civil problem . They’re ready to push you out the gym for a gym bag, regardless of how small your water holder bag . The have this security guy that will police you for a small water holder gym bag . Very sad . The first gym that makes you feels as though a third world country. Not my favorite place to go .

Negative energy from the entire crew. I had an employee (Angela) stand next to me while I finished my workout while there was still 5 min left to close. She even screamed it to her supervisor across the room “I told them to leave already”. Never coming back to this location, drive those extra miles for better quality hospitality.

I love the staff here!! Jose and Richard are awesome. I like the updated equipment but honestly miss some of the old equipment because the new ones are a little different. I also wish they would turn the fans on. It’s hot as hell in here and we are sweating working out but they won’t turn the fans on because it’s cold OUTSIDE

I absolutely loved this location and planet fitness ROCKS. The staff at the front door were so friendly and helpful . This is my first gym membership and I went for the first time. I want to go back as much as possible because I had a great experience. As a black card holder I can go to any location and I will start ASAP .

I joined PF almost three years ago and I love the environment and the staff. The fact that a person can get free training from a personal trainer is awesome! I also love that prior to this current pandemic we're in, PF made sure everyone properly cleaned their equipment. All of the staff has great customer service!

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. If you go during a busy time you may have to wait on weight lifting equipment but there is plenty of cardio equipment. It may look like it's in kind of a sketchy area but it's very safe. They clean the equipment all the time incase members forget to wipe it down after use.

The manager was professional when I had trouble updating my membership information online, he made sure to resolve it in person. PLEASE, get the black card membership and try the HYDRO CHAIR it will change your life!!

This place has everything you need for a good workout, even if a lot of people working out at the same time. I like how you can work out comfortably, without people bothering or judging you. The men's locker room is helpful. You can get a relaxing massage on their machines. You can even bring a friend for free!

This Planet Fitness is very clean and has no problems. The manager Clarence is a good dude, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The whole staff is very much helpful and will assist you when you need it. I would recommend anyone to visit and give it a try. The atmosphere is a peaceful place to workout.

It’s super clean, no sweaty smell. They clean the machines hourly, friendly staff. There hasn’t been any creepy people, everyone minds their own business. All in all I’ve felt so comfortable here I actually get up and go. It’s made a huge difference in my life compared to other gym’s that I’ve been to.

I am on the treadmill for my workouts right now. I've gone in different times and they are always available. Elliptical machines are available as well. Impressed that everyone seems to be good about cleaning the machines after use. Staff is friendly and helpful. I just joined recently, so far so good.

Canceled my membership and was told I couldn’t workout until the month ended. Which means they bill a month ahead but will not allow you to use the full month if you cancel, although there is no contract. They also will not prorate and refund for the time used. So basically they’re stealing money

Worst experience I have received the gym logo is the "no judgment zone" but I got judge by the rude employees. I had six people going to this Gym Monday to Friday but we had to move to a different location because of the employees who are rude. I really don't recommend this gym to anyone.

These guys helped me with all of my needs. I got set up in a couple of sports jackets, pants, and a nice shirt + ties for a reasonable deal. I wash in a rush, but they got me through the gauntlet, ironed my suit, and made sure I was ready in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

This Planet Fitness location is a nice one. Despite its location, everything inside is clean and up to date as well as nice employees. I would just beware on parking. I parked here and got my tire slashed making me feel not safe. Take your belongings with you and be safe!

Inconvenience after inconvenience as well as being sold a lock That doesn’t work properly. Please post club rules at the door or somewhere visible. They don’t allow you to have your gym bag with you on the floor and they require that you were a specific shoes.

Good place to get cardio, as with getting a proper workout, don’t count on it. Only 4 smith machines, and Little kids doing dumbbell presses at the smith machine. People don’t put the weights back. Machines were hogged by the same person for almost an hour.

The gym is clean and the employees are nice. I haven’t noticed any broken equipment, but they don’t have things like rollers, bands, and Bosu balls. I have noticed a security officer on a golf cart riding around the parking lot each time I’ve went too.
