Great little community, first workout's free. They have free weights, racks, benches, turff,sleds, tires, and cardio equipment! Everything that you need for a workout. They provide free towels, you will sweat hard during your w/o. After, you can grab a cold shake or tea from the bar to cool you off! 100% worth it!

This place was closed during the COVID-19 until further notice was given. Great people made work out live videos at home while business was closed. Helped people stay motivated that everything is possible to do while being at home. I really recommend this place ❤️

Good, old-school gym with plenty of weightlifting equipment. Garage door opens 24/7, so if it's nice out, you can get fresh air in easily. It's rarely crowded, and even when it is, it's relatively easy to get whatever equipment you need.

Visited for morning shakes with the family and let me say they were amazing! Very clean facility and social distancing in place. Staff is friendly and equipment is cleaned periodically. We will be back!

Nice old style gym. What it lacks in cardio equipment it surpasses with its free weight sections. Dumbells up to 150 ibs.
