Very friendly service! I live the cleanliness, 24 hour access, and all the awesome recovery gear they have available for all of their guests. I think it’s amazing that our membership goes to a good cause providing clean water in Africa, and helping us stay healthy! I used to be a member at their Arlington location and when a friend told me they opened another location I was really happy that it was closer to me. Amazing price, quality place with quality people. What’s not to love.

I’ve been thinking about joining a gym for awhile and I’ve heard a lot of good things about Colaw,so I decided to come check it out.Upon walking in I was greeted with a welcoming smile by Evelyn. I told her I was thinking about joining, from there she explained every option, even gave me tour of the facility and answered every question I had. From the welcoming environment to the knowledgeable staff and most importantly the presence of The Most High,I knew this was the one!!

This is an update: It’s a good gym. Things to keep in mind is that this place is pretty busy during most times of the hour. Upon my original sign up they signed me up for the wrong plan so I ended up having to pay more monthly. Was originally told I can change my plan without having to pay a fee but when I tried to change my plan they added an extra $36 charge. This was resolved though. Overall this place is an affordable gym to good equipments.

I went in today to get a tour and look at pricing, and worked with Nicole and cannot speak highly enough about her! She listened to all my questions and make sure she answered them all, along with being incredibly friendly and working with me to find the best plan for me! Great front desk staff, and I can’t wait to start coming here!

Walked into this place and I automatically felt welcomed. After speaking with the receptionist about the monthly plans I knew this is where I need to be to start on my health journey. Not only is the customer service amazing but the monthly plans and fees affordable. Can’t wait to see where I am in a year! Definitely recommend it!!

Haven’t officially started going to the gym but I’m excited!! Jarod helped me in figuring out what plan was best for me :) love the fact that if you go at least 12 times a month your monthly fee will be whatever your plan says, if you go 11 or less they charge you extra. Love that because it’ll motivate me to actually workout☺️

Great customer service, clean facility. Personable front desk help& good energy ! Pros: -the machines count your reps for you and have QR codes to show you how to use the machines ! - wellness recovery machines are an Amazing perk - hydro massage chairs -tanning beds Cons : The space is one big room

Have to be committed in order not get charged extra. Not a good gym because you have to exercise a number of days every week in order to pay for what you signed up for. I have a busy life I cant go to the gym 4 days a week. There is a canceling fee that wasn’t mentioned to me when I signed up.

Just signed up this week and I’ve had a great experience thus far. Beautiful facility, excellent equipment, positive environment, and the staff were super friendly and transparent about pricing, features, and use of equipment. Excited to come back here and keep working out

Always been a great gym and atmosphere!! Equipment is top tier and it's not like other gyms where there are never dumbells for everyone to use. I used to have a membership at the Arlington location, getting started at the Dallas one was quick, easy, and welcoming.

I have tried many gyms and I truly think Colaw fitness is going to be my forever gym. Evelyn took me on a lovely tour of the facility and I opened up a membership quickly after. Thank you Colaw for being the fitness solution I’ve been searching for.

It's a decent facility for being open 24 hours. However, unless you are going past 10pm or before 5am, good luck using anything you would like to. It gets insanely packed. Most members do not put their equipment away. It's very loud. Also,

I enjoy the atmosphere and friendly environment. The owner was very inviting during my first visit and I love the wellness/recovery areas. It makes me look forward to going to the gym. It’s not too big nor overcrowded.

the gym was amazing!! it was super clean and had a really nice atmosphere. i got lost looking for the dumbbells and evelyn helped me find them. she was so sweet and helpful!! definitely will be coming back!!
