I ordered something online to pick up in-store at this Nordstrom Rack. It was for a special occasion. Unfortunately, after I purchased it and waited for some time, Nordstrom alerted me that the item was delayed and couldn't be picked up until after the special occasion. Their policy states that if you don't pick it up in a few days, they automatically return it for you. Since it arrived so late, I wasn't able to pick it up, and so they were supposed to return it. Instead of refunding me, they marked it as picked up, which was completely untrue. Essentially they charged me for nothing and kept the product. Customer service refuses to refund. This store is clearly either morally corrupt and someone is stealing people's orders, or they're inept and making careless mistakes.

Don't waste your time to find anything at this store everything over priced and bad outdated selections. I was in shock for it to even be located in this area of Galleria and not have good new on the market fashions to offer customers who take their time to go shop there. I walked the whole floor only saw 2 tunics that were made by Umgee but they were older styles. I had seen those same tunics a few months back in other stores. This store looks like a high priced outdated outlet with all the fashions out dated. I go to Ross Dress for Less the next day hopeing to find some new trends and bingo found 122 pieces that cost only 1800.00 for all 122 items from tunics, dresses, maxi dresses, cardigans, tops, blouses.

Can’t dislike a location that sells decent quality clothes for a good price. They always have a similar selection of socks that I have enjoyed purchasing throughout the years and they have nice button ups when you get lucky to find them as they come in. It’s been one of the clothing stores I visit when I do my rare clothing upgrade

This is by far the best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to. It’s across the street from Northpark Mall, which explains why the selection is so good. The shoe section and the beauty section are awesome. You can always expect to find brand name items for half the price. The Shops at Park Lane never disappoints.

Trent was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Last Week. We had a Friendly Conversation. He was Very Attentive to My items I purchased. He admired My Little Black Dress I was wearing. I CAN'T WAIT to come back Today So He can see My Hot Pink Dress & I have to tell Him that I'm going to purchase The Royal Blue one, as well!!!

One star for store manager which she did not solve my problem while she could. 5 star to Jordan Reed and Xiaojang for taking care of me and solve my issue less than a minute. Nordstrom Rack should promote Jordan to be store manager and de promote the store manger who was not willing to solve customer issue.

Drove out of our way to shop here from out of town because it said they were open until 7 on Sunday. At least 15 cars arrived before, during, and after we did and (what looked like) security met them at the door with “We’re closed. We closed at 6.” It doesn’t take much to change the time on Google.

Terrible customer service and no consideration at all for the customer. I bought a pair of Sam Elderman slides for $60 with pearls on them 2 WEEKS ago. Wore them a HANDFUL of times and the pearls are falling off. They won’t let me return at

An outlet store for them. It is a good goto place for women's party dresses. It looks like men's shoes are good, but a bit pricey compared to other places I have been. It's a clean store that is well arranged. I saw lots of help available.

Went there to buy some fall shoes and found some great quality and value booties. Sharon helped me during the checkout process with a great attitude and made sure my suede shoes were well protected for the ride. Will be back!

I set down my water bottle to use the bathroom and i came out 3 minutes later and it was gone, the old guy who took it saw me set it down and go use the bathroom, so I'm leaving my shopping items behind and leaving.

I enjoy shopping here as the products are of the same great quality as the regular store, but at discounted prices. I always leave with either perfume or shoes. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Much better than Burlington and TJMaxx. And don't get me started on Ross. All have been a huge disappointment these last two years. I guess Nordstrom Rack it is.

just the best place to get great deal on good clothing for low price. got to excited and got a Nordstrom card too. lol

Nice and cheap. They have Hugo Boss, polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Michael Kors etc.
