I won't recommend this place to anyone. I would have given a zero star, if there would have been an option. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived for my appointment (Saturday, Jan 2, 2021), I was told that the message therapist (Ramandeep Kaur) won't be coming and she wont be taking appointments on Saturday's anymore. There was no communication at all from them to inform me in advance about it. It was only when I arrived, the receptionist told me about this. I ended up wasting my time and waited 3 weeks for nothing. This place doesn't value the time of their clients and is highly unprofessional based on my experience. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

Gurdeep and front desk staff is very knowledgeable and well trained to help you feel better ASAP ! .The team accommodates to your needs and are flexible to suit your schedule. They treat you like family and take the time to ensure you are comfortable at all times. I recommend this physio (drew Rd Mississauga location ) to anyone looking for a reliable physio location to assist you with your healing.

From the moment I entered New Hope Physiotherapy, I was highly impressed by their patient handling, service and most importantly treatment. This is my go to Physiotherapy Clinic and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place. Physiotherapist Gurpreet Kandhole is the BEST . I suffered from acute back pain , and just a few months of continuous treatment from her; has relieved me of, 90% of my pain. Sandeep is very accommodating and so good with her patient follow ups and patient handling. Keep up a good work guys.

I recently got treated by Gurdeep, the best physiotherapist in town. Gurdeep's expertise and personalized approach significantly contributed to my recovery. The care provided by PDA Harpreet was also noteworthy, helped in speedy healing process. Special appreciation goes to Prabh, the receptionist, whose outstanding customer service skills made every visit seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking excellent physiotherapy services and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

Physiotherapists are very polite and did listen to my problems . I had lot of pain relief at this clinic . Highly recommendable . Best thing I liked with this clinic is that they are not greedy . They will not eat all you all money.
