We’ve ordered delivery from this location repeatedly through grub hub and postmates(before and after uber eats bought them out) and always had issues. Missing items, wrong flavours, dry and obviously old food. But we always assumed it was due to the normal wait times and issues we can come across with using delivery. We made it a point tonight, to download and order via Native’s app directly, so we could order the food 45 min early for live finale of a show we wanted to watch. The order was accepted and started processing. We went to retrieve the food and once at the location, they THEN took the order into the kitchen and made the food. So we waited within shop for a further 40min. After we recieved the food, we noticed before walking out that the sides we ordered were not included. When asked, the cashier insisted we had not ordered the sides and we would have to then pay additional for them to be made now. We showed the reciept she literally just provided, to prove we deserved the sides. We did recieve them after waiting again. So it seems this location is the problem, not the delivery services. We will not be ordering from here again.

This is by far THE WORST Native location you can go to. The staff is slow, rude, and make it painfully obvious they hate their job. I've gone about 7 times in the 6yrs I've lived in the area & each trip is worse than the last. My Final & Most Recent Experience: I called & placed an order for pickup so I could avoid the wait staff. I was told 20mins so I gave them 35mins. When I arrived I was 2nd in line but the greeter proceeded to help everyone BEHIND me. When I spoke up & gave my name she said "I figured you were with the other lady. We don't have any orders under your name". After going back and forth I showed her where the money came out of my bank account. She didn't apologize, just said "step aside & we'll work on it". 1 hour & 35mins after ordering by phone I received my food. The manager took 50% off my total. When I got back home my food was wrong. Not a complicated order (30wings/2 flavors). There's no way I was going back, so I gave up.

These native associates are really un-attentive & lack empathy. I spent $65 on delivery including 8$ tip for the driver. They did not ensure driver had all of the food, driver is just as respond for not making sure all items were with the order. I live literally around the corner and the driver lied and said this is all the associates handed them. Yet the associates say that they asked the driver to wait because they came up grabbing the order with out asking. So it’s he said she said and no one wants to take accountability to redeliver the order. I have a three year old with no car, which is why I got delivery. After back and forth with native and 20 minutes phone call with door dash, they say they are dispatching another driver but who knows how long that’s going to take. My kid was excited when the driver came to the door but the disappointment on his face is infuriating. Why don’t the put bar codes on everything to make sure the drivers scan everything in the order to make sure they are not forgetting anything!! Simple task will fix a lot of these loose ends!

Posting 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. A female walked passed us with attitude and all she said was "four". We all looked at each other and she repeated "four", I in return said HI! so she would realize how rude she was, she rolled her eyes at me. We were given a booth, and every time she walked by our table she would give me dirty looks and it obviously was intentional. Brie was our server and was very friendly and nice, had it not been for her and the busboy the outcome of our visit would have been very different. This is not our first time going here but it was the first time it was terrible both with the greeting at the door, a meal, and 2 drinks. Our burger was undercooked and the bun was soaked with a gray bloody looking goo (pic attached) the drink mixers for the michelada and screwdriver tasted rotten and rancid! DISGUSTING! We definitely will not be back! Brianna was the hostess with the mostest attitude! Do better Native, train your people!!! and check the dates on your food and drinks!!!

Don't forget a fly swatter if you plan on eating here. Flies all around the bar area, tables and windows, and it was disgusting. The high tables are so cramped in the bar area you can touch them by arm length and hear all the conversations in detail over the persons across from you. Food, not cooked according to order and overcooked at that. My dish came out ok but the appetizers were dry and seems to either be reheated or overcooked. The bathroom on the way out had ZERO toliet paper. Thankful for the towel to dry your hands. Dinidg room was closed. We were here for an early lunch, after a family with the crying kid left the music was turned up. So the music did not need to be as loud as it was, which made it unable too hear the other people. We were just visiting from out of town trying to catch up with a friend. This used to be a favorite place, NOW A DUMP. Super unacceptable on many counts and this will be our last time visiting here.

Went for lunch 3pm on a Monday. Only 3 tables with customers, both had their food when we arrived, we got food 20 minutes after waitress put order in. 2 waitresses serving the 3 tables, our server was good, but the other one who couldn't walk very well was complaining every time she went into the kitchen about one thing or another and would even talk low under her breath in the dining room. She was not happy with the schedule that was made for the week, I'm guessing patrons shouldn't be in earshot of this. Food was far from great. Cheeseburger was not hot, meat dry and bland, cheese didnt fully melt and bacon was old. Fries were greasy and different colors. Wing sauce was honey hot and tasted great but the chicken was over cooked. Had a friend chicken texture on the skin. $32 for a cheeseburger, fries and 10 wings. Food slow out of the kitchen and mediocre at best with subpar environment and atmosphere. Oh, and the $3.50 lemonade cant get refills because it has a strawberry flavor added.

This Native can never seem to get it together. From always missing somthing in the order. Always make sure to check your order before you leave. The worst is the customer service. Mostly the females that tend to the front. I been coming to this location for awhile because it’s the only one close by. This establishment lacks the proper customer service and attentiveness to its guest. I told my wife to stop ordering here because I hate going in there. 8/9 about 10:02pm look at the camera. Was waiting because they missed something in my order so went back. Seen the girl cleaning the tables who helped the first time I was in for my order. Then see her look this way and go clean again. I finally went my self to go grab the pizza box on the rack. No worries I got it since you couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge if I needed anything.

Gotta say, had a great meal. We hadn't visited in years due to bad service and really bad food. Believe it was different ownership/ or management. Friends wanted to try it so with trepidation we went. Fernando and the rest of the staff took good care of us. The staff made it so that they could accommodate our large party. The wings were on point, the pizza was good, and Fernando kept checking on us making sure our drinks were filled, making sure the bar was getting our orders correctly, and the food was hitting the spot. What I loved most was that the music wasn't so loud you had to shout.

We've been here a few rimes since it re-opened. The server we had the 1st time was slow, didn't know what we were requesting, (a package clearly on the menu) and ended up knocking over another waitress he ended up spilling drinks all over a customer and into her purse. It takes so long to get drinks, but by the time you get your food, at least that is good. This last time we went, we walked out. We got the same waiter who knocked the drinks over the waitress the first time we were there. He came to our table 3 times to verify our drink order in a span of 15 minutes. Then he had the nerve to tell us it was busy... 6 tables in between 3 servers is not busy, especially at 11:30 on a Saturday. We ended up leaving and went to Barro's Pizza across the street. Needless to say, the original Native was by far the best and this location is no where near it.

The food is pretty good here, the table side service can be hit or miss from my experience unfortunately. I've ordered and get my drink within 5 minutes then get my partner's drink AFTER the food has arrived about 20 minutes later and probably only because I had to ask for my partner's drink when she was handing out our food, because she didn't check up on us after she gave us my drink. We didn't even recieve an apology for the wait at least. I personally don't see why that happened as it wasn't a busy night. On the other hand table side service can be great here, they'll check up on you consistently and the owner even one time came to our table and checked how everything was doing which felt great. My main complaint would be to have more consistent waiters as they themselves can be part if not half the experience while youre there.

Urgent attention is needed from Native Grill & Wings corporate office. The front desk/host staff are not giving this place a good name and service. I’ve picked up here about 3 times now, and it does happen every single time; they ask for my name, staff get chatty with each other on their phone, they don’t go back and check after multiple people get upset, then they go back to check with the kitchen. It’s ridiculous!!! Today, the same thing happened. I waited for 20 minutes after I gave the lady my name, then went to check back with the kitchen and asked me again because she didn’t even write it down. The lobby is packed with people waiting for their pick up orders. Update, an hour later, I got my order and when asked why it’s been delayed, I was told “I don’t know”.

I order my phone over the phone and paid a good amount of money. When I picked up my food it was wrong. The manager told me I can come back to pick up the correct order. I wasn't going back, then he stated he would refund me for the incorrect item, that was fair I said I would try the 51st and baseline native again, I never got to order because I was left on hold for 20 mins and was told I was number 3 in line. I just hung up because I knew that if I order my food from there it was going to be wrong. Good luck getting your food from there

Hands down the worst location in the valley. My wife and I wanted a quick bite while we were out shopping so we stopped here for lunch. First of all they sat us in the section where someone was signing people up for smartcremation. So no sports on the tvs, no music, just some guy going around helping people with end of life planning. Awesome. Second, food took 35+ minutes to arrive to our table, all we got was a pair of sliders and some wings. Lastly, after all that time the order was wrong!! My wife got a slider duo, they messed it up, and my wings came with the wrong sauce. Give me a break. Will never return to this location. I highly recommend native, decent food at a good price, just don't go to this one. Please, save yourself the trouble.

Walked in apparently after a rush on Wed. No one clean table in the place. 2 waitresses working. Our waitress was distracted the entire time and had to tend bar also. She was harsh and didn’t listen to our requests at all. Her son was brought in after school which isn’t out of the ordinary for the rest business honestly. But this place has never been clean, never had great service and the food is so so. Only came at the request of another person I was with. Otherwise would never have gone inside. Haven’t had good service at any point in time. Staff is always rude and the whole place is so slow Don’t bother unless you’re a male worker from the area. They were the only people getting any type of service on any of the days I’ve had to sit there

This is the worst Native ! There is a reason why this Native has closed 3 time and has change owners. Tonight I arrived at 1020 pm to have beer and some wings . However the Waitress that was working told me they are closed. I showed her google map Where it clearly states that it’s open till 12 PM. She told they close early on Mondays. I also showed her the front door where it clearly states they close at 12. She ignored it and told they are closed ! The staff is truly Lazy and dose not care about The community or the families that depend on restaurants like this to feed our families. The community of Laveen Deserves better! I personally recommend to stop going here and drive down the 202 to the one on Ray and I10.

This Native is the most mismanaged restaurant I’ve been to in recent memory. Employees ignoring customers so they can eat, not prioritizing anything but themselves, and giving attitude when a simple status update was requested. My order was 30 minutes past when it was quoted to be ready and the only response I got was a snarky, rude, dismissive “well, we are backed up.” Then returned after no sense of urgency with my partial order with no indication of bringing the rest out. After requesting to see a manager to discuss the behavior she was giving more and more attitude and was getting combative in defense of her lack of customer service skills. Never patronizing this establishment or any other Native again.

Came to have dinner and waitress was awesome and amazing. The cleanliness on the restaurant. They should be ashamed of themselves. Chicken wings bones still underneath the tables and urine all over the floor in the restroom. Not to mention little plastic bags that had an obvious drugs in it on the floor. How could anyone want to bring there family there and feel ok sending their kids to the restroom or even take them in there. A complete shame on the management staff. Like your suppose to check restrooms and make sure your hostess are cleaning throughout the day.

Went in on my lunch break. I have an hour so going here on lunch was a gamble. It was kind of busy and I noticed there was only one waitress for all these tables. She did an amazing job! Such great service. Her name is Felicia. Came in and I was out in 45 mins. I’m very hard to plz when it comes to wings but I asked them to be a certain way and they came out just how I wanted them to. They were very delicious! Thank you Felicia for your good service and for being on top of things! She killed it and having to serve so many people she was on top of things.

We go to the Laveen location all the time and we always end up waiting, but we get good service, for the most part and that's what keeps us coming back. However, tonight's food was completely unacceptable! I ordered strippers and they were over cooked and very dry. I also ordered the cookie desserts with the ice cream, and the cookies were burnt. I understand that times are crazy lately, but we patiently waited almost an hour for our online order to be done and the results were disappointing. I gave 2 stars because I normally do like their food and service, but this was just unacceptable and the cookies were inedible.

12/23/2023 update: tried to give it a chance, but was not lucky. NOT WORTH TRYING TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Waited for 10 minutes and no one came to seat us. It seems this place does not want to make money. Will not try this place again. The manager was too busy talking with the worker up front, and tried to get his attention to let him know the food was lacking quality. The wings had less sauce on them, and the appetizers came out with the meals. The solution was to bring extra sauce for the wings. Thought it would change always had a customer service problem.

Service was really slow, it was warm inside and their furniture needs to be upgraded as the bench was not comfortable. The waitress was not friendly, it wasn’t busy but seemed like most workers were moving slow. Ordered 10 wings in honey hot. Ordered 10 wings in medium. I couldn't believe the medium hot wings that were served. It was obvious the wings were old and the sauce was dumped over the wings. It was disgusting to see the odd orange color of the sauce. The cook tried to cover up old wings by heavily saucing them. I couldn't eat the wings because I did not want to get salmonella poisoning. I love their wings especially the Honey Hot sauce, however this location we dined and was enjoying the food but noticed during the visit our waitress not so friendly. Very seldomly came and check on us, we had to always catch her attention when we needed something. Then after we request a few items never came back with the items until we had to remind her. We later explained our dining experience to the manager who was nice to discount our bill although we said was not necessary we just wanted to explain our concerns. Food awesome as always will still continue dining.

Came by with the fiance once and it took a while for someone to come to us and seat us (no one was up front or checking). So we thought they were understaffed no big deal. I ordered my wings and fries. So did my fiance and for some reason they really messed up all the flavors my fiance had picked! I knew if we ask them to fix it, it wouldve taken too much time. Made an online order as I did the week before but made one change to the pizza topping and they couldn't get it right per my order. Very disappointed with the way it was handled when I told them a topping was missing. I was told they would remake the pizza and all they did was separate slices and add the missing topping. This was actually the second pizza in months that they got wrong. I guess if you order a pizza with other toppings other than pepperoni on it you aren't getting what you order.

Came here last minute. First timer. You’ve been to one, pretty much the same like all. Have to say, Happy Hour All Day Wednesday definitely was a plus but what stood out was Teah, (so sorry if I misspelled). She was very helpful in helping us choose our drinks by describing in detail what they were and how they were served. Yeah was very friendly and conversive but also knew when to approach us. We ordered food from the HH menu and they were lretry big in size for the price. Definitely will be back. Great service and great food.

Always a great time at Native. Typically sitting on the bar side of the restaurant, it is always lively and a great time in the evenings. Awesome, consistent service after many years coming here. Chicken Strippers and Firecracker Shrimp are amazing!

Both my husband and I sick after eating here. Called in and talk to the shift manager who said she would have the general manager call me. Had to call in did not receive a call Talk to the General Manager. Refused to refund the meal and said I had to wait for the insurance company to call. No call from their insurance company. Very disappointing service. Server, who didn't bother to tell us her name, forgot our pizza which was our main dish. Wings were delicious. But then the server tried to play it off like she didn't obviously forget. Also obviously didn't tell her manager. Or of she did they didn't care. She wrote it down. Even asking what toppings we wanted. I'm usually a generous tipper, and I don't believe in stiffing servers, but I left less than half of what I would normally leave. Disappointing ending.

Amazing options on Wing flavors and different styles such as dry rubs and sauces? Breaded or boneless or bone in. The price beats everyone’s .49 cents wings on Tuesdays is our family wing night at Laveen’s Native Grill #WingTuesday. I also notice the the owner with the name of Johnny, stoping bye and saying hi to everyone and that says a lot of great things about this restaurant. Tzi was our waitress and she did a awesome job with our dining experience. Thanks Native Grill.

I find it funny that Google wants people to review big box chain restaurants like this. It's a Native New Yorker. The food is what you would expect from a Native New Yorker. Service was good, but during lunch, there was already guys getting drunk at the bar. Not judging live your life bro, but not something I expected at noon on a Thursday.

The restaurant had trash all over the floor and under our table. The food was not good. The loaded fries quantity was not worth the price. The boneless wings were too hard. I sent them back. Wow! This was my first time to a Native Wings and it was so delicious. I'm a fan. Every. Single. Thing that we ordered was fresh. It was so appetizing I honestly didn't even have time to take a pic lol. I tried the honey hot and strawberry hot. Both were great. The strawberry hot was absolutely tasty. I also had the loaded fries, which were great! Portion sizes are great!! My friends meals were fresh and they enjoyed. Staff was friendly. All around great job!!

This location is a little ghetto. We we're quickly seated but ignored by a total of 4 waiters/waitresses work in that section. After a generous 20 minutes I got up to ask the host to reseat us to a section where they do their job. He ask me to remain there and had to get the bar waitress to serve us. From that point on service and food was great thanks to the excellent customer service from these two individuals. Only wish I had gotten their names.

Service sucked again and they have ove priced wings. No way those are worth $1.50 each. They got my order wrong and didn't bring us utensils. When I ask I watched the waitress continue to take orders while my kids waited on the untensils. I had to ask someone else. Once more people came in we were lucky to be checked on one more time. I blame management and not our waitress. I tried again and they failed again. Never again. Back to Barros.

But unfortunately I ordered the Thursday special and I was told that it came with ranch and it did not come with ranch or carrots and celery, which I was unaware that it wouldn't!? More disappointed in the fact that when I tried to call and make it aware of the mishap of my order no one answers the phone!? And yes I tried more than once within a 30 minute period.?

Literally walked in to pick up order and first thing I hear is how a family received awful service. Not really surprised though. You get charged $20 for $7 worth of food, and items are constantly being messed up. When I picked up order they said I was wrong about what I saw was missing in my bag and they didn’t even correct THEIR mistake. Management and ownership are extremely lacking here. Needs to be replaced with a better business.

Our thousand island burgers and wings were delish!! Our food went well with our ice cold beverages. Our server was awesome! Tired from a very busy week...it felt great to be served by someone who truly new the importance of excellent customer service. We love being able to enjoy a delish meal while watching our favorite sporting events ..just like at home .

This is a very well-rounded restaurant they have two sides one for you to sit and enjoy your meal and another with the bar and all of the sports you can watch their wings are very delicious cooked perfectly my favorite honey hot. Only reason they do not get five stars is because of their customer service waitress was nice but to be attended was slow I felt like I was there 10 to 15 minutes befor I got a menu overall delicious food

Placed an online order. My order was incorrect so I called and spoke to the manager George. He told me he could refund or make it up to me by remaking my order. I decided to give it another try. Ordered for delivery and when it got to us, it was extremely cold. Everything was so cold it was like it had been somehow sitting out for a long time before getting to us. Which was unfortunate since we were at a hotel with no microwave.. we could have looked past it if it tawsted good- but the flavor just wasn't great either. We will have to find a different pizza place when we stay at that hotel.

Trash. Only tried this place because Pizzeria Bianco doesn’t deliver and I didn’t feel like driving. Wish I would have. I specifically had directions in the order to cook crispy with a side of ranch dressing. Pizza came out flimsy with undercooked pepperonis as if a middle school home ec class made it. Definitely a waste of $23. NEVER AGAIN. Btw…they never included my ranch that I paid for, smh.

We live and work nearby and visit the Laveen Native to party with friends and family. The food is hot & tasty and the beer is cold & fresh. Alicia and the other waitresses are so friendly and co - owner John always greets his customers on a first name basis and makes sure all guests are tended to. I will continue to recommend this establishment to friends & family.

I had a very bad experience today. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches for pickup. I was disappointed when I got home to find no cabbage on the sandwich just a sprinkle of cabbage… the picture shows a mountain of cabbage but yet none. Very very disappointed

The food was good but the service was weird all the workers looked tired and the host girls looked like they didn’t want to be there our server didn’t pass the vibe check she seemed like she didn’t have energy to be there I’m not sure if it’s understaffed here but of what we’ve seen there was other customers who were waiting for their food for like 30 minutes

Probably one of the worst Natives in AZ. The service is non-existent. The waitresses will walk by you 10x before they ever even glance at you. And you can tell that the hostess really hates her job. We walked out without anyone ever checking on us in 15 minutes. And there were only 5 tables including mine

Sat my family down, 10 minutes passed and no one came to even take our drinks requests. Multiple waiters walked by us and even looked at us. Didn’t acknowledge us though. If you’re not drinking , don’t bring the family here. They seem to care more for the bar area than their dining area . Applebees is a MUCH better choice, service and food wise.

They didnt have any ranch. And I ordered 2 extra ranches and had a salad and when they came back they said all they had was 1 ranch left. And did not refund my money. Terrible service and stealing customers money. If I could give you guys 0 stars I would.

Great food and great drinks! Never had a bad experience here. The atmosphere is great and the staff is awesome. Personal recommendations: for appetizers grab the Buffalo chicken nachos or the Buffalo fries. For wings get buffalo sauce with the Asiago shake-on. And I know its a wing joint but TRY THE PIZZA and thank me later. 10/10

Food is as great as always but the service is hit or miss. It takes a long time to even speak to the hostess. It feels like they don't have enough waiter/waitresses working during dinner rush.

My wife ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it horrible; we ended up throwing it away. We told the server and she just said she was sorry. I'm given them 2 stars only because I liked the wings otherwise I would give them 1 start. This is my first and last time I'm going to this restaurant.

Typcial sports bar and grill. Decent food, decent service, decent vibes. Great place to watch sports. The food is mediocre. This time around, I had the sliders... bland, nothing special, not even the meat. Stick to pizza and wings...

The bar area is always rockin and rolling. If you're there during lunch on the weekday, Veronica keeps the drinks comin and Felicia is a hot mess but in a good way. By far my favorite place to eat in Laveen.

Food is good. Service in the front and at the bar is great. Service to the outside back area need a little work in my experience but great place. Manager Elijah is a very pleasant. Had a chance to chat with him. He was very hospitable to all. Lots of the to watch sports.

Poorly owned poorly managed. They cannot even answer the phone properly or professionally. They have a ridiculous policy to not properly cook wings on Tuesdays because "It's a strain on the kitchen" My bad luck I have the worst Native grille franchise 2 miles from me

Lemons for my fish fry were frozen. Very small portion of tartar sauce for 2. Fish was excellent. First time at this chain restaurant.

Food wasn't ready over 10 minutes past my pickup time. Ordered sauce on side for my strippers and they gave me one tiny sauce for it... for a whole pound of strippers... i get more than double from other locations. Never returning here.

Amazing service at this bar from Adam and Crystal! These two are truly good people. My fiance and I sat at the bar, great T.Vs playing our games. Great way to unwind for the weekend. Highly recommend, they will treat you well!

I am so disappointed! The wings I got were all pins and tiny!!! Way overpriced! Also got a ceaser salad w/ chicken and it was lousy to say the least. A few small strips of chicken on pile of lettuce. Won’t order here again!

Best wings I've ever had. Highly recommended. Their medium buffalo sauce is great. Chicken is tender, juicy, and delicious. Prices are fairly reasonable for what is offered. Discount wings on Tuesdays. Great for all ages.
