After having a nightmare experience with another brand dealership, I thought I would give Myers Orléans GM a try for a new truck. I was not disappointed. Upon entering their dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by one of their sales reps by the name of Nesrin Darrat. I told her what I was looking for, she listened intently and answered any questions in detail that I had. She was down to earth, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable when having to decide on a huge financial decision. After deciding on a particular truck, Nesrin directed me to David Field, the financial services manager. He was super relaxed yet very professional, answered all of my questions clearly and made the process seamless from start to finish. He ended up getting me a better rate than what we had originally agreed upon! When I came to pick up my new truck on Tuesday, November 28/23, Nesrin Darrat seamlessly walked me through the process. She showed me the ins and outs of my new truck and was able to answer any questions without hesitation. By this time it was after 5 pm and the service department was closed, yet Matt Rossi the service manager came to meet me while I signed the paperwork to let me know that if I had any service issues, he and his team was there to take care of me and my new truck. I couldn’t be more happy and impressed with the level of customer service and future support I’ll have with Myers Orleans GM. 10 out of 10

I recently purchased a new Trax from Myers Orleans and couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy, largely thanks to the amazing salesperson who helped me, Nesrin. Nesrin and her colleague Asad from Finance were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the Trax and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. They never made me feel pressured or rushed. Throughout the process, Nesrin and Asad went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, were available to talk, and made me feel like a valued customer. Asad's attention to detail was remarkable during the buying process. He ensured I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase, from explaining the financing options to providing a comprehensive overview on the pick-up day; time was never an issue when reviewing everything and looking out for my best interest. You know what no one looks forward to doing? Shopping for a new car. It's a fraught experience, populated with tough decisions and high anxiety. This is exactly how my wife and I felt when we started our journey to buy a new vehicle after an accident resulted in our old one being written off. Neither of us had any experience with Myers when we booked an appointment with them to see a used vehicle a couple of weeks ago. Within a few minutes of talking with our salesperson Greg MacGillivray it became apparent that we were in good hands. Not only was Greg relaxed and friendly, but he knew the vehicle we were looking at (A 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier) inside and out, and was able to answer all of our questions. It took us 24 hours, and a return visit, but we ended up buying the car and feeling great about it. Credit to Greg for being patient and answering all of our questions, even the crazy ones about tire size lol. His calm and confident approach to selling cars was exactly what we needed, and neither if us felt like we being pressured to buy. This approach was echoed by everyone we encountered at Myer's, including the Finance team and the people who answered the phones. I can't say enough good things about Myers Orleans, Chevrolet Buick GMC. Bill gave us sound advice, and helped us compare vehicles by calculating gas mileage for my husband's work commute. Asad in financing patiently answered our questions and helped us stay on budget. Jeffrey made sure we had all-in pricing info on all of the in-stock models of the Chevy Trax for us to choose from. These gentlemen wanted us to leave feeling confident in our purchase; that puts them ahead of other dealerships in my mind. A few days after our test drive, we picked up our spotless Trax with a full tank of gas and freshly tinted windows. Bill walked us through the vehicle set up, and welcomed us to the family. Couldn't be more satisfied. 5 full stars

I bought a Bolt. It died after only 3,000 km. An official ETA to replace the lithium battery could not be provided, but I heard a month or more would not be unusual. I found out there was an outstanding recall issue that was not disclosed to me prior to purchase. Had I known, I would not have signed. It took a few days to inspire the sales team's empathy, but I can graciously admit it seems they are now making an honest effort to compensate my losses and resolve my grievance. Mistakes happen, but integrity means a lot to me. Of course I am still disappointed about the car, but am grateful for the customer service.

After telling my sales rep Eric Seguin that he would have a hard time making me give up my 2018 Impala, he put me in a 2024 Blazer and sent me for a test drive. Eric seems to know what I want even better than I do. I came back in love with the Blazer. Eric then made sure I received a great deal, and David Field arranged all the financing and paper work with professional ease. This is the 4th vehicle that Eric has sold me. An Avalanche, 2 Impala's, and now a Blazer. I highly recommend Eric, David, and the entire Myer's team.

Service is good, but it seems that service and parts here became way overpriced all of a sudden without notice (labor price rate went up by $50 within a month !), and I've been told I won't find lower prices somewhere else... not true: I did required work at another garage anyways, got the same parts (even better: ACDELCO coated rotors), and saved several 100s bucks . Had a couple of Chevys from Myers Orelans and I'm in the market for a new car, not sure I will buy there anymore because I felt scammed

Leased two 2023 GMC Sierra 1500's in the same day and was absolutely amazed at the service Alexandre Ferrier, Asad Kahlid and the whole team had to offer us. I have been coming to Myers Orleans Cheverolet Buick GMC for 7 years.I always get fast and reliable service.The tire season is very busy but I have never had a problem.Robert always explains what needs to be done and what should be done and I appreciate that.I recently was in for my tire switch and an oil change and a few other things.My car was also detailed and what a fantastic job they did ,my car is close to brand new.I would not go anywhere else and would highly reccomend this location.

Super happy with the service I received here. Thomas Averill was my sales person. He made what could have been a stressful experience, go very smoothly. I was unsure if I was going to make a purchase and walked away feeling pretty knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I've taken my 2012 cruze for service here a fair bit over the last 6-7 years since moving to the area and I've always had a good experience. I've never felt pressured to get unnecessary work done, and they've been very transparent about what's a priority and what can wait a few months, etc, as well as what's realistic based on my budget. I can't speak to the sales department as I've never bought a new car here, but dealing with service/parts has been great.
