August 2021, I had my truck in for regular oil change and check up. I was anxious given my brother's experience at another dealership for a different car make/model. I am so impressed by the Jean Marc and the service team. This dealership has skilled staff focussed on client service excellence! Everything about our experience has been amazing. I had my heart set on a very specific Blazer with very specific features. 3 other dealerships gave us the runaround (1 of them just didn’t even answer back), wouldn’t help us with test driving one, and wanted to severely undervalue our trade in. I was starting to lose hope and then I saw THE Blazer of my dreams online, at Tubman, and messaged them immediately. It was the Saturday evening of the Feb long weekend and within 15 mins I had a text message from Ryan answering my inquiry. We test drove the vehicle a few days later, got a wicked trade-in value for our Colorado, and left with the Blazer all in the same week! Very impressed with both of my recent experiences at Tubman’s. I had to take my truck in due to stalling... among other issues. I had spend a lot of time tracing and searching but couldn’t diagnose the problem myself. They were able to locate and fix the problem within a few hours. They even found a way to save me a bunch on money on the repair. They could’ve just sold me a new part at full price and it still would’ve fixed it. But I think it showed a lot of integrity, experience and honesty that they came foreword with a better solution. They’re staff is kind and professional. They also brought to my attention a factory recall on my truck so I set up an appointment and brought it in. They told me it would be a certain amount of time and i got a phone call that they were done in half of that time. I was very happy. I miss when people in service handled themselves this way. I will definitely be back. Happy to have found them.

From parts to service, this location has some of finest staff in the industry. Courteous, humble, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Always super friendly, honest, and funny. First the parts guy needs to acknowledge that people are there. I thought I was a ghost for a moment. (Ok, that's out of my system) Brought my Chevy Sonic in, it had a few issues. Jason was quick to help and was very polite and friendly. Gary did the work and well... so far so good. The car is running better than ever. I called the night before and they got us in the next day. They checked it out and called me to let me know the issues. They got the work done the same day. My experience started in service when i brought my car in. I mentioned to Phil that i was on my way to work and had minimal time to spend with him , by the time i got there he had everything ready and had called an uber to take me to work. If you want to deal with HONEST PEOPLE, then put your money in this business. They are the best there is...in my humble opinion. The car has been in their hands numerous times with what we thought were problems only to be told there was nothing wrong with the car. When there was work done they were beyond reasonable and did not over charge. Phil and Jean- Marc were so easy to deal with. Jean Marc took the time to explain the car to us. I went in this afternoon for a simple rear wiper replacement figuring I'd get the parts and have to Google the replacement steps. Within 20 minutes of arriving, service adviser Jean-Marc had shown me how to do it (for next time) AND solved a related issue I hadn't even mentioned: why the wiper wasn't staying firm to the window. I recently visited Jim Tubman for a complicated electrical/sensor issue, it truly felt like the whole service team was working on it.
