I've been there a lot and I get most of my clothes and shoes from there. All I have to say is if you guys have problems I will be working there soon and there will be no more problems because I'll always be there to check you out or help you whenever you need it I will be the perfect employee I remember the customer is always right. Who'll buy from someone who's rude? I wouldn't I'll be the employee I wanted when I was a customer

I recently just left out of here and while I was shopping I noticed one of the Hispanic employees following behind me as if I was going to steal something. If you guys are not going to follow behind people who like you don’t follow people who don’t look like you. I wouldn’t steal from a store that I can afford any and everything inside while I have a $1500 purse on my arm. Does it make sense?

I have been to this location about 8 times and every single time it doesn't fail. I do not get greeted at the door nor offered assistance not that I need it but it just common courtesy. I don't go in dressed girly like what the store has to offer mostly because I am usually shopping after work and I feel like I am being judged and watched for my appearance they are just rude over all.

I love this place all the workers are great But the down fall this place needs security really bad all the time I shop there always shop lifting people running out with clothes & that is not safe corporate needs to fix that get security there while they are open & be there at all times “Security” …

Me and my friend waited to be checked out.they were just talking by the emoyee back door.saw us and kept on. the cashiers were just playing around they saw us and ignored us. while playing they were arguing who was going to check us out, then they both left to the back until they came to check us out.

Today I really had a very BAD experience at this store, the products a prices are very good. But when it comes to customer service, thats the big down side of this store. The cashier was very rude and NOT helpful at all. Please people, find another location to go to.

I love the fact the clothes are more trendy and have extended sizes. You can shop for the entire family and pick up home goods. But, the store is very congested and crowded. It’s in a great location and it’s always someone on the floor you can ask for assistance.

They took forever at the registry I asked the lady that was at a register if she can please check me out and she said she couldn't cuz she was in the middle of something ridiculous customer service their clothes are nice though and their shoes and hats

I found what I was looking for but only one cashier while other 3 were doing nothing walking around and even drinking Starbucks at registers. The line was very long at least one could of bagged items or helped! Thank you for your time.

Terrible experience. They apparently hire rude Employees and have long lines due to only one cashier working, unless of course the second cashier felt like processing every other customers transactions.

Great customer service but nothing fabulous in the store anymore...I feel like I have to shop online and I hate shopping online...I like to try before I buy! Please get some better clothes.

They have the cheapest throw away clothes here. Nothing would last more than a single wash cycle but still great for small tank tops or cheap party attire that your just gonna trash anyway.
