The location in Lakeline Mall in Austin/Cedar Park TX is terrible. They are understaffed, and you can forget about using curbside pick up. Why offer curbside if you can't properly operate it? Check-in is provided via email link, allowing you to tell them 15 early you are on the way. When arriving, it automatically registers your arrival. Very nice, Macy's, Inc. The problem begins there. After waiting 20 minutes, I noticed the writing on the main sign of the curbside parking, which states that there is issue with something in the system, and a faded, printed paper taped to the curbside parking sign, with two series of numbers to call. Oookay, calling five digits won't work, so it should say *text*, not call. Or not. Neither resulted in response. After calling the phone number on the mobile instructions, I spoke to a woman with a very heavy, non-English accent, who asked me to hold, then hung up. I tried again, this time reaching a more understandable, female voice. She told me that they indeed received notice of my arrival via the system meshed with the email, and that the girl doing curbside is new. Great training there, HR! Another ten minutes. No sign of my order. I had my dog with me, so I couldn't go inside the store, so I called again. They had my order there, but someone screwed up. About five minutes later, a grumpy woman approached my car with a package. She motioned as though she was going to try to put the package in the front. Where my dog was sitting. In a two-door hatchback. Even though the sign says to pop the trunk and they'll put it in. Apparently, Ms Grumpypants wasn't told this. Ah, well, she begrudgingly tossed my package in the cargo area and walked away. Um, you're welcome, I guess? I thanked her when she tossed the package in. I understand having a bad day. I've worked retail. I waited tables in places where people never heard of tipping. I understand. But when working in public service, it's not the customer's problem, and when they show gratitude, have some effing courtesy. So. A fifteen-minute ahead notice. Twenty minutes wait after arrival. That's 35 for those counting, minutes to get your stuff together. Add 10 more after first call, then another 10 after the second. Third call finally woke someone up. My wait time *after arrival* was 40 minutes and change before my order was brought out. FORTY. And without going Karen on someone! With that, if anyone from Macy's reads this, I ask, why offer curbside pickup if you're not going to properly implement it? And don't stick someone untrained and new in that position.

Will never shop at Macy's chain ever again. My orders were given to wrong person at curbside, the chat agents did not attempt to rectify mistake, they were all rude and treated me as if it was my mistake and problem. They never sent the email stating they were going to refund me, they lost my order numbers and the last live agent was incredibly unprofessional and actually worse than the first agent who lied to just get done with my issue. Macy's needs to retrain all their live agents for lack of professionalism, for saying rude things insinuating a totally wrong scenario of the customer and being just flat out lazy and incompetent.

Macy's helped make my Valentine's Day gift perfect! Most people would think getting your wife a Rocky poster for Valentine’s Day would be I’ll-advised. Most times, I would probably agree. But every once in a while, some off the wall (or in this case - on the wall) present takes first place. We’ve had a lot of struggles over both our lives, with each other, but we’ve always had each others backs. There couldn’t be a Rocky without an Adrian just like without her, there couldn’t be a me.

Tried to pick up two on line orders. The man who waited on me yesterday me like I was the dumbest person and was a waste of his time because I was trying to the Macy's app to show my order number. He informed me I could only show the bar code on the confirmation email. So, I get out of the app and find the confirmation email which ... (wait for it) ... takes me to the app. It would have been funny if the guy hadn't been so rude.

The majority of the store is nicely presented and clean, however the backstage section is horribly kept. The floors are dirty, the fitting rooms smell bad, and it seems as though they don’t put any of the clothes that have been tried on back on the racks. Instead they pile up near the fitting rooms. Some shoe shelves are bare, and the ones that aren’t are mixed sizes regardless of the section they are in.

The only reason it got a star is because it was very clean and the Merchandising was nice and made sense. Other than that, every single item in there you can find anywhere else for a third of the price. I found the same exact sweater in JC Penney that I did in Macy's. And it was $27.99 in JC Penney and $99.99 in Macy's...wish I would've taken a picture of the pri e difference

Great store, went in looking for a bathroom was quickly helped and stayed around looking at the cologn and perform, then wandered in to the mens section to find some workout gear. Plenty of choices and selections for Mens clothing, workout gear, shirts, hats socks and polo shirts. They also had a good sale running on some shirts for 24.99 of good high quality polo shirts.

We usually love Macy’s. And still do. But a mistake was communicated on a final sale of an item. I was told the mattress ( final sale not returnable) was a medium soft. When I washed the outer cover when I returned home a tag fell out of the inside of that cover that said it was a firm. Since we can’t return it we are looking for a good memory foam to put on top.

Worse location. No cashiers anywhere in sght. A MAN cleaned the ladies fitting rooms while guest where changing. Horrible. No care for privacy. Utterly tasteless. Worst macys I have ever been to. Quality customer service was severely lacking. It was shameful. If I could give no stars I would.

Very dirty. Escalator was loud. They have dropped petite sizes entirely. Only one salesperson in shoes and she couldn't keep up. She was trying very hard to help everyone. The only other staff was in jewelry and cosmetics. I never saw another salesperson in any other department

Very kind ladies helped me.. The only bad thing was I wanted one item, and she gave me the wrong item of cologne.. But regardless very helpful, it was just a common mistake made. So now I have to return it back for the correct item I wanted..

Elana in cosmetics is my favorite sales person. She always knows exactly what I need. If she doesn't have it, she does her best to fill my request as quickly as possible. She is very knowledgeable about her products. 5 stars for her.

They have an excellent variety of men's clothing. They also have a Backstage which is their clearance section. Lots of great items. The lady checking us out was super friendly. Love Macy's!

  • SUMMIT Ninja

Very unorganized compared to other stores I have been. 3 hrs before closing time, they close out all the trail rooms and keep just one open. So we need to wait in line.

Needs update on style of brands missing some alot for the mens section. Female section is stock full. The original interior is here which is nice.

This place looks and feels like it was looted. Everything is everywhere, disorganized, careless customers and tired staff..

  • Hanish Momin
