Murano's Furniture is a great establishment and small business for Staten Island. I recently purchased a new home and got my entire house furnished by Murano's. The sales guy, Anthony, was beyond helpful and patient when helping me decide on what bedroom or living room or dining room set I wanted. I was there for about 4 hours. They even offered us donuts! The delivery was a little long but I was informed of that when making my decisions. On delivery day, they called me before the truck came and set up everything in the right spots, and cleaned up. There was one door on my dresser that didn't close. I called them back and someone came to fix it the next day. It was a great experience all around.

Great furniture with amazing prices . I ordered a sectional by phone to Mike cause I was unable to get to the store and had my daughter go up to sign and pay for it .He was great in all details for my order and so friendly and sincere. I got exactly what I ordered and exactly when promised with amazing delivery people. They helped me so much . I am 67 years old and couldn’t t move too much so they did what needed to be done . One fellow named Charlie went over and above to make sure I Was happy with the set up and was so polite . They were quick and professional which you don to see too much anymore. I will surely purchase there again and highly recommend them .

I recently bought my furniture at Muranos and the whole experience was top notch! From the moment i entered the store the salesman Anthony was really polite and professional, patiently showing me few options and explained to me how to care about my furniture after i received it, salesman was kind enough to accommodate my delivery to a convenient date of arrival and delievery day was a pleased experience, they assamble my furniture in a neat and clean way. I would recommend this store in a heart bit they have a great showcase where you can see the pieces in real time.

I loved my living room furniture and the way I was treated so much that I went back 6 years later and got my new bedroom set from them. Where else would I go but the best place I know? Murano's has awesome products and really awesome prices! They really know how to make a deal and take care of you. My sales man "Mike" even came personally to make sure my furniture was delivered on time and with the best care! I will never go anywhere else for my furniture except Murano's on Hylan Blvd in Staten Island. You want the best then go to the best!

I don't always take the time for reviews but I just had too this time. I called Murano's Furniture after seeing an item on my Facebook. I was looking for a bar for my new apartment. I couldn't find a store near me that had exactly what I wanted. When Anthony answered the phone and said , I have that unit in my warehouse and I can deliver tomorrow. I couldn't believe it. Sure enough it came the next day and my dinner party guests gave me so many compliments. Thank you for your great service.

Always a great experience I buy furniture from them all of the time. Always a great price and easy delivery. I would never pay crazy furniture prices again at the chain stores. Great furniture - I really recommend. Always some stuff in the showroom I actually find places for. On top of my big stuff like couch etc - I Bought some really cool pieces like a vintage looking trunk and a coffee table with some small seats underneath it. Saw them in the show room and liked them a lot.

very happy with this store , i don't usually care about leaving reviews but i really appreciate how the people at this store cared about me and my old mom . i bought an Ashley couch as a birthday gift for 85 year old mom and paid $236 less than Ashley store which made me very happy . delivery men came on time and removed the old couch cleaned up and here i am sitting on the couch watching tv next to my mom . it worked out perfect , thank you all !

Rip off and garbage customer service - they charged me $150 dollars more to put the sofa together because it did not fit - the guy who came was nice but he came alone and I had to help him take it up as i live on a 2nd floor and to put it back together. My wife called the sales person and he was very rude to her and said I had to help the guy otherwise he would've charged us $300 for 2 guys to come put it together! Never again!

I recently was shopping for a recliner. I stopped into Muranos showroom on Hylan Blvd. I was extremely surprised with their selection. The salesperson was honest and knowledgeable, being a tall and big guy finding the right chair has always been difficult. I was able to come to a decision and ordered received and install my new recliner in less than a week. Very comfortable. Thank you Muranos Furniture

I ordered a high quality sofa for a price so good i cant even tell you but i will say this the delivery came a day early, my sofa is huge and beautiful. the delivery guys hauled it up two flights of steps and got it through a tight squeeze effortlessly in and out within ten minutes im so impressed only down side i did have to wait a couple of weeks but it was soooo worth it im elated

The salesmen here are shady. My mother went there to inquire about a Curio cabinet that was on sale, and when she returned the next day to actually order it, the guy upped the price about $300 and claimed that it was never on sale for the price shown in the catalog the day before. He basically called her a liar. Don't waste your time.

We were looking for something specific and searched everywhere. Either the stores said you would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks or the priced were outrageous. We found Murano's online and not only did they have what we wanted but the price was right and we got it the next day. Will go there first from now on. Definitely recommend them.

Bought a couch n wouldn't fit, they wanted to chgarge extra, so I sent it back and bought something different, within 3 months the chase had to be replaced n within a year the sofa berd which was slept in 3 times has to be replaced. I was told I would receive a call by Monday or Tuesday n nothing. I call and no one answers.

My experience was amazing from the top down. As soon as you walk in they treat you like family and their prices are very reasonable. I'm so happy with what I picked out from their store and their delivery service is outstanding. Very friendly and courteous and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!

I just moved to staten island went in the store with my mom to get a dinning table set, Mohammed..Mo was so helpful with our vision that we ended up buy a sofa and a bed my mom wanted a centerpiece for the table which he gifted to her..prices are really good and he is super nice will be going back for another bed set

Murano's is a great furniture store that is very accommodating, has fast and excellent shipping within one week! love my new bedroom set. Ordered a bed, dresser, night stand that has USB plug in and lamp with beautiful crystal detailing. I would highly recommend this store as the service is amazing !!

although the sales reps are nice whats not nice is they charged me extra to have someone put the couch together because they said my couch wouldn't fit. they didn't even take it out of the box to try and fit it in the door will be telling everyone i know not to go anywhere near this place ripp off

He told me that if I paid him cash he would charge me $1,200. I came in 2 days later, cash in hand, to make my purchase. He wanted to charge me $40 more! I did not purchase my sectional from him. I'm glad I didn't because I found the same furniture online $110 cheaper! Shady!!!

The price was great and the people went out of there way to put the furniture together when i had to run out for a emergency, they cleaned it all up and they didn't charge me for the delivery. I do recommend this furniture store if your looking for furniture.

We ordered furniture pretty much for the entire house, and got a great deal. And the most amazing thing was the fastest possible delivery, exactly as ordered. I'm very impressed and definitely know we found our furniture store for many years to come!

Amazing. Its now twice that I've placed orders through them. Just today I actually went in the store. AMAZING AND UNIQUE set up. The storefront doesn't do justice to all the beautiful pieces inside. Really, it was like walking into a NYC showroom.

A black leatherette sofa was purchased July 2020 by my father and the leatherette peeled off at exactly a year later July 2021 - because we could not locate the receipt they would not replace the sofa and this should’ve never happened.
