On a public holiday, very late in the afternoon we required the services of an electrician as the DC Isolator Switch in the Solar box caught fire and half of the box melted. The fire was extinguished and we needed an electrician to isolate the power from the solar panels to make it safe etc. We contacted Multi Volt Services who was advertised as providing 24hr electrician services and relayed our requirements to Hamish Wilson (no relation) the electrician. He was very prompt in coming to our house and assessed the situation and he subsequently isolated the solar box from the mains until the Solar installers could be contacted the next business day to sort this out for our household. I would highly recommend this organisation as they provided invaluable prompt and friendly service and will definitely will use this organisation for further electrical needs should they arise.

The team from Multivolt are fantastic. They came round to repair work that had been done poorly from a previous electrician and also installed an air-conditioning unit for us in a difficult location. They worked tirelessly to get the air-conditioning unit in place but however due to the rain they were unable to finish the job. A less professional electrician would have just installed the air-conditioner in the rain which may have compromised the efficiency of the air-conditioner by allowing water into the lines. MultiVolt then came back on Sunday to make sure that the job was done. Well done to the team, it's been a long time since I have been impressed by a tradesman of such quality as the MultiVolt team. I can happily recommend them to anybody.

Hamish was very professional, efficient and timely. He gave us really great advice about which lights we should use in our gym space, and they turned out exactly as he advised. He took what we were looking for and created the perfect lighting for our gym. He worked in a timely manner and was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had Hamish come over and do some electrical repairs on my switch board, absolutely fantastic work and completed the work faster than i had expected. We lost power in several rooms earlier this week. Hamish was able to very quickly identify the issue, buy a replacement fuse, rewire some old faulty wire in our electricity box and restore electricicty everywhere in our home. Hamish is obviously very competent, polite and helpful. I could not recommend him highly enough.

If you need an Electrician then Hamish is the Guy to call, he installed two new Aircons for us and even helped me remove our old window rattler which was a job in itself. Very knowledgeable and all was done for a great price, we will definitely be calling on him for any of our electrical needs in the future.
