From the time a technician came to do an on-site assessment of our house air conditioning installation job, we knew these guys are really good at what they do. The concerns we had with the other two companies we invited for quotation were fully addressed by the Spanos team. On top of that, we asked that we needed the installation done before the weekend having only accepted Spanos’ quote on Wednesday morning, the job was delivered on Friday, even to the surprise of the other two companies which only presented their own quotes on Friday. To have a 4.9-star good review is no small feat, I must say, these guys’ professionalism and timelines backed with an excellent communication prowess of the office team have put them in the class of their own in the comity of the electrical and air conditioning companies around. We had the most outstanding service ever today from Kyle to fix a problem with an apartment air-conditioner. We could not get anyone to assist us for a week. I was fortunate enough to stumble across his business online. It is nice to know that there are still great tradesmen out there! He is an absolute legend and the service was speedy and excellent and communication was brilliant for arrival times! He will now become our regular electrician and I can't recommend him enough. So polite and kind as well!

Throughout the entire process Spanos and Jonathon were excellent. They kept us informed from beginning to end of the process. Amazing service! Our ducted air-conditioning system was releasing a terrible smell. After some research I learnt that Spanos's quote was by far the best. The team came quickly and did a full check and clean of both - our ducted and split system air-conditioners. They kindly removed the dead rat that was the source of the bad smell and fixed the spots where the rats nibbled on the system. Absolutely worth the money!

Spanos were awesome! Called them 4 days before Christmas after 20 others laughing at me or not returning calls. All Spanos promised was that they would do their best. I was their last job of the year. The boys did a great job, had a great sense of humour and even though they wanted to get home, not once did I feel like they were rushing to get it done. Prompt service, answered my questions re possible new power point. Turned out it would be not as simple as I had suspected, this in turn bought cost up. As a renter I couldn't justify the outlay.
