They make a booking error and cover it up by telling you there are FLEES in the place! They mixed up my grooming appointment so they told me they couldn't take me because they had FLEES and were cancelling all appointments for the day and sending everyone home so they could disinfect the place. They agreed to keep my dog in the front of the store while I went to an appointment which I was late for. The whole time I was away I was worried about him getting flees; I returned an hour later and it was business as usual and they were grooming new dogs. I said to the girl, I thought you told me there were flees, she said no there are no flees not sure who told you this, I said your head groomer. LIARS - These are unprofessional young girls who can't take responsibility for their mistakes. AND they fed my dog so many treats while I was away that he spent all evening throwing up treats! My mistake for leaving him there.

Horrible experience today. There were three staff, one was chatting with a customer in front of me but ignoring my presence. Even if I noticed that there is no other customers in the store other than the one in front of me, I followed their rule of waiting at the door. Sadly, I received a "warm" welcoming by being looked three times by the staff who is still chatting, but decide to ignore me all three times. I always go to this store and never had this type of experience. I have 5 cats in my whole family that needs food, litter, toys and so on. I sincerely think that the staff need to be well trained and keep in mind that the covid is not gone yet, so talking to others face to face (50cm max) without face mask or any sorts of protection is not a smart choice.

Love, love, love this store. The people who work here are so nice and they always have an expert on pet food to speak with if you're unsure what to buy or are thinking of changing. The home brand vet diet is top quality and local so we went with that and never looked back. I just appreciated the detailed information on what foods do what for a pet. i.e. Corrects bad breath, help with the coat, energy levels, etc. They also have baths where you can wash and dry your dogs which isn't at every store. You can't go wrong for your dogs and cats here!

Had a great experience the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I get my puppies nails clipped once a month and the lady that does them is a doll she's very good with animals and made him feel very comfortable his first time. They have a membership card and with that card we accumulated points that give u cash back as well , with that card im able to get my puppies nails clipped for free with the accumulated purchases that I make in the month.

Cold ambience, the staff does not know there product except few. Ive been looking for baby cat milk. been told they won't have it no more, but on another visit I saw on the shelf. When I GOT no choice I go there. Trying to avoid. Pad for the for floor for little dog a 2$ the shop next to it and they selling them 12-15$. so...

There are many beautiful and useful things for my pet. Quality food and treats also, the fidelity program is really helpful if you want tosave some money. Parking accessible and free. Personal nice and helpful many of them have a lot of knowledge about pets and can give you a good advice choosing the right product or article.

Large floor, unfriendly staff, selling poor quality items, agressive employees (Léa, Daryl, Jalal - floor manager) attacking me even when I denied their pointless services. Those employees have poor training as to work with clientele and is marring Mondou’s reputation. A formal complaint to be submitted to the head office.

The staff are great at this location. However, each time I go there, they never seem to have the items that I'm looking for. They will have other sizes but never the size I'm seeking. I don't know why they really seem to be lacking in inventory each time I go there. The other mondous in Laval seem to have more inventory!

Very good service. The staff is very nice especially the ones that usually work on saturdays! Nikkie is very helpful and has great experience with dogs, she recommends good stuff, she’s patient and very calm. She listens carefully to my concerns and gives me advice! My dog Chico loves everything she gave us!

Brand new Mondou store. The staff are very professional helpful and courteous we brought our cat for its first time nail clipping. He usually is uncomfortable and bites when we clip his nails but the groomer was fantastic and handle him like a pro will definitely be going back.

Store rep did not know much about the products and there was only one staff member for the whole store. We were maybe 4 or 5 customers and the girl wasn't able to answer most of our questions. Maybe try to get someone a little more knowledgeable to run the shift by themselves?

For a first time shopper at that location ,I was very dissapointed, the rep didnt seem like he knew much and asked me to wait while he was ringing the cash .I got so tired of waiting that I left, I will try another Mondou , hopefully I will get better service !

The service is great, they always have many people there to assist but they are almost always out of product and they change their inventory without notice so you can't rely on them to have what you need, or even what you got from there just a week ago.

The young guy who works there has a strange attitude and is not very experienced working the cash. He did not enter my points into the system the last time that I was there and no one seemed to care about resolving the problem, so I am not going back.

Honestly just about every Mondou I go to is excellent but I like this one in particular because it's close to my home and the staff are all very polite, friendly, and warm. They even remember our dog every time we bring him in!
