I recently visited Mondou and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the store. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products for my furry friend. The store had a wide range of high-quality products, from food to toys to accessories, all at very reasonable prices. The store was also very clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Mondou and would highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for top-notch products and customer service.

Went to get biodegradable waste bags for my dog, found a box that said eco friendly on it but said absolutely nothing about the bags being biodegradable. When I asked the female cashier I was met with a condescending attitude explaining that "they wouldn't just say eco friendly on the box if the bags weren't biodegradable". The nature in which it was said was fairly unacceptable and standoff-ish, not to mention that simply repeating the vague statement on the box does not serve as proof. Used to come here for years but since Eli left, it just hasn't been the same.

A big warning about their return policy. Their “customer satisfaction guarantee” is all BS. They need original packaging when you return according to the staff Michel who said they’d have to sell it again which is a complete lie. You don’t resell used items — you return them to the manufacturer. Bought a bad quality harness which my puppy was able to get loose. I could have sued them if something happened to my dog. Glad he’s ok. It could have been tragic. You’re better off buying at Amazon with seamless return process.

Have to say it was a great experience. Greeted by a friendly young lady who listened to us and then showed us the specific products and offered some information and choices and then left us to make our decision. We were again quickly helped when we had another question. All in all good friendly service! And you can bring your dog!

JUDE is extremely rude he always has a bad attitude. Terrible people skills guy has a dirty look on his face everytime I go in. He always tries to make you feel bad when you ask questions about certain items in the store as if were all supposed to know everything already. I wont be back cause of the terrible service from JUDE.

The big M in the shape of a house with a dog and cat inside under a blanket spells Mondou. This is the place to get whatever regular or luxurious supply for your pet. Properly whatever you can think of you will find. Just be ready to pay for it, to maintain love and harmony inside your own house.

Very disappointed that your squirrel proof bird seeds are only available on line. I liked the price; if shipping must be added it is not so great a deal. Furthermore you mention extraordinary delays before reception: should I watch the birds searching for food where there isn't any while I wait?

Wonderful store! They have super friendly staffs and are there to help you in any situation. It's enjoyable bringing your pets there because it shows that they love their job! They aslo give useful tips and tricks. The shop is clean and well organised!

Very nice staff and well stocked. You can check online on inventory. I found this location is busy so item inventory moves fast. Have seen patrons literally empty out a shelf of an item. Wow... They also offer delivery to your car or delivery online.

Great staff. The lady who cuts nails on Wednesday's is amazing with dogs. My dog.is a very good social dog, but usual has to be musseled to have his nails cut, not with her she was fabulous, not mussule nothing! Great time, highly recommended.

So the staff are friendly they have a wide variety of stuff for most of the pets one would have its not too big of a shop there always parking because its in a strip mall type of thing most of the time i went there i was usually in and out

Staff is always nice but the prices have gone way out of control. $57+tx for 24 cans of cat food (vetdiet), increase of $11 from one visit to the next. Not buying the "inflation" excuse. Profit, profit, profit. Won't be going back.

Only have cat and dog supplies and food. Employees on the floor have been helpful and friendly but when I got to the cash they seemed preoccupied with something else and the service goes out the window.

Very good prices. In fact about the same or less than Amazon. Much better prices here on cat trees. You can also see them and test sturdiness. Highly recommended for cat trees/climbers.

I always take my dog here to give him a bath, they have the perfect bathtub in a little room you can use just clean up when done. Lots of pet products as well, helpful staff too
