We found Andrew at Martel Electrical via Google reviews and so happy we did! We had just moved in and needed a variety of work done, including downlight installation, repairing electrical sockets, installing new sockets, new fans, new sensor lights and spotlights, range hood installation etc. Nothing was too difficult. Andrew was always on time and clearly communicated any issues. At his first quote, he spent about an hour walking us through the house and advising us on different lighting solutions which would meet our requirements. This made us feel confident that we were making informed decisions with the best outcome. Andrew was also able to assist us in ordering a rangehood which we had seen in store and install if for us. It was competitively priced and saved us extra time. Andrew is very friendly, reliable, thorough and has the most meticulous attention to detail. He is definitely our long term electrician now and I would recommend him to all my family and friends, and trust they would be very happy with his work. Thanks again Andrew for such great service! Andrew's service has been second to none. After initial fan installation there was a slight glow on the LED bulbs attached to the fans. Andrew came back TWO TIMES to get the problem sorted for us, swapping out the fans AND dimmer switches once. Andrew's thorough investigation resulted in finding an unearthed earth line, and he solved the mysterious problem for us. I can't speak highly enough about Andrew's fantastic customer service and professionalism. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, understanding and has made our house look fantastic. We won't go to another electrician again.

Drew is a good guy and a better electrician. We have used him on plenty of occassions at our place and have always been more than happy with the work. Jobs he has done for us include installing 2 air con units, repairing power points, installing a fan, checking switchboard, moving power points, repairing light fittings and installing outdoor lighting. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any services around the home.

Called Drew at 8am due to mains power issues emergency works required to property. Drew was unable to come straight away due to being with another customer but took the time to give us some very helpful advise and put us on to another electrician that could help with our urgency. Then still followed up with us later in day to ensure everything was good. Top bloke put his number on your fridge and don't forget it.

From the work go Andrew’s communication was exceptional. With the quotes of the three aircons. To his recommendation of brands. He was fantastic with being on time showing up when he said he would. Andrew installed 2 split system air-con units at our new home. He was quick to come out and do us up a quote for installation, as well as touch-ups on the existing air-con units.
