On July the second I went in trying to purchase a two piece bikini. As I was walking through the iles I noticed most of the bikinis sizes weren't matching. I was fortunate enough to find a two piece bikini that was perfect for me. The top was size medium and the bottoms was size large. I decided to buy the bikini, and other items that I liked, as I'm getting ready to pay; the cashier told me that she was not able to sell me the bikini due to the fact that sizes didn't match (even though the bottom and top had different tags and were marked with different prices. Basically the store selling them as separate items) I tried explaining to the cashier that the rest of the bikinis didn't have matching Sizes, but she just kept interrupting me telling me that it was a store policy and that she couldn't sell it to me. Then I said "well if that's so true that means that other cashiers have been selling them incorrectly, because this policy didn't apply to other costumers, since you have so many mix match sizes" she charged me for everything else and didn't let me buy my bikini which was so disappointing. I didn't want to make a big deal at the moment and left without asking to speak to a store manager. A couple days ago my sister and I decided to go buy a pair of shoes, and out of curiosity I asked a different cashier (because luckily the one that refused to sell me the bikini wasn't there) if this policy was true, she said "no it's not" she even asked the cashier next to her if this statement was true, and she agreed and said "you can buy the bikini, top and bottom in separate sizes because they're sold separate" I was so shocked to find out that I could of gotten that item if a different employee would have taken cared of me that day. Specially because I spent hours at this marshals trying to find the perfect bathing bikini suit . Now my point is, if this indeed is a "policy" marshalls should make it fair to all costumers, and train their employees properly and teach them how to do business. At the end of the day I was paying out of my pocket, and their employees obviously have a job thanks to us! Way to go marshalls!! I've never seen this type of policy when a costumer isn't allowed to buy something. Isn't that what business is about? Selling?

Long story short!! A white older looking lady with short hair & glasses is infact disabled... ok!!! But she isn't that disabled to not hear you or speak to you.. she uses her "health condition" to not answer your questions, so she can be rude & give you the worst cust serv ever!! I am all for ppl who are mentally challenged but it is very disrespectful to act like you are disabled so that you don't do your job correctly, the employees seem like it's okay too.. they all gave her a pat in the back when I questioned her about how rude she was being to me n acting like she couldn't talk!I know a fake person when I see one.. this lady Is just lazy, rude & im pretty sure racist!! Yes!! I kept saying ma'am ma'am excuse me.. n one time she replied .. no español that wAy?? Really marshalls? Specially in this area?? Most of the customers are Hispanic! Never coming here ever!!! Better training is needed & managment bc the "Manager" seemed like it was okay & one of the other cashiers just kept laughing & smiling thru it all!

Visited before but didn't get to stay much last time. Visited again yesterday on 6/23 just to look around and now it's become one of my favorite stores overall. 1. Lots of varieties, especially clearance. Make sure to look everywhere since clearance items seems to be everywhere! 2. Staff was very helpful and kind. I found a damaged decor/design book I liked but the price was a lot for a book with a lot of rips. I asked if I can get a discount since it didn't have a price tag either. The new price tag now says $14.99. They gave 10% off and told me that if I end up not liking it I can return it. Haven't skimmed thru that book yet but I'll see if it's worth keeping. 10/10 recommend! I'll be bringing others along to shop soon.

The Marshalls at the corner of forest and Marsh Lane is one of my favorites. Out of the three that I frequently visit this one seems to be more upscale. I have bought some sexy little dresses there and great shoes to go with them. I found some fantastic cashmere sweaters at really good prices. I bought a lot of cute athletic wear there and some really great workout socks. This is one of the places I like to go right before Christmas to see if I can't get some deals and save some money on Christmas presents. They have a nice Home Goods section with great quality cookware. If you'd like to spend time in the kitchen like I do this is a good place to save some money.

Horrible, horrible horrible place. You cannot find anything, everything’s thrown everywhere, not a single associate to help in sight and if you’re lucky enough to get one to help, it comes at a price ( their attitude, holy pumpkin I’ve never seen such a miserable bunch ) unfortunately I’ve had to go here more than once and every time, the store is full of customers, there’s a big line at the register yet they only have 1 or 2 cashiers open. Just stay away and if possible go to another Marshall’s, if not then maybe try TJ Maxx.

Nice new store with great merhandise but it is NOT Handicapped friendly. There is no Handicapped Parking near the front doors and shopping carts cannot be taken out of the store to use as walking support. Take your walker or a wheelchair if you want to get into and out of the store...then figure how to carry merchandise if you are having to use your hands to control your walker or wheelchair. I doubt that I will return to this new location even though I love other Marshall's locations.

Lots of items to purchase at a reasonable price! Nice sunglasses, purses, facial and bath products. Plenty of whatnots to buy to give as gifts. Just do not like the fact that I was constantly followed and watched by the employees. Smh. Customers shouldn't be watched at all while shopping, but if employees are going to do so than they should be monitoring ALL customers and not just African Americans!!!

1st time at this location. It was a mad house but then again it's expected when you go last minute shopping on 12/23. You can also tell they are short staffed just like 1000's of other places so go in with a lil patience They have a huge selection of great stuff. So we were able to grab some great deals. Can't wait till the holidays are over so I can shop here again in peace

I usually go shopping after work. I went to Marshalls to shop and picked out two tops both the same size. No dressing room so on to the line to pay. When I got home one was too big one too small ☹️ took them back after work and found six shirts figured I would have better luck. Four fit better odds this new way of shopping will take some time for me

Okay so where I come from the local TJ Maxx HomeGoods is AMAZING. Now that I am in Dallas I was only finding these stores separately. So glad I found this location that offers Marshalls and HomeGoods in one place. The store was a little bit of a mess when I went but then again I went the day before Thanksgiving so that's probably on me.

As a combo store of HomeGoods and Marshalls it is a bit disorganized and a little untidy it had a lot of people there which was good and it did have it a pretty decent selection of items this close to Christmas I think it might be a better time to go after Christmas in the store would feel a little more organized and less hectic

My favorite retail therapy! Love it here, although they keep it a way too warm in the summer. I always leave sweating. I know they’re trying to save money but people aren’t staying there as long, meandering through the aisles, and that’s less revenue for you. Just something to consider.

Previously always thought of them as a mediocre store for buying uninteresting standards or housewarming gifts for people I don't know. But HomeGoods joining them has massively improved their wares. There are a beautiful touches to your lifestyle. They've been bumped up on my list.

Excellent selection of household items for every occasion. I visited during Christmas this time and there was tons of things for decoration, gifts, kitchen items and lots of other stuff. Besides a lot of options of clothing for winter. Get ready to get lost!

Very nice home section, plenty of clothing selections and very well organized. Store is always clean, staff is friendly and layout is easy to navigate. Fragrance section is mediocre, not much to choose from, but overall a very good location.

How they can attach Home Goods to their name is a mystery to me...it has the least amount of Home Goods of any Marshall's that I've been in. They don't take pride in their overall appearance. Despite all of this, I found a few good deals.

I love all the different types of products found there. The have a great pet department ie toys, that's and beds at a great price! They have a fab shoe department and clothes which are brand name, even for guys. Have fun shopping there!

Good selection of clothing, home goods and shoes. Looking for inexpensive Michael Kors purses? They have them. Looking for a huge selecrion of Nike shoes? They have those too. Name brand bedding..yup..they have that as well!

I love shopping at Marshall they have really good prices on brand name shoes and clothes. This location was under in the process of adding Home Goods when I last visited.I will be stopping in soon to see the new changes.

Recently converted to just a Marshall’s it seems, which makes sense because the homegoods portion was never much. Never really find anything that great here, but they’ve got the usual basics and generally well stocked

I really appreciated that carts are being sanitized and they are actually taking head count on the people coming in and out. Keeping up with capacity is taken serious.... Thanks Marshalls for my safe shopping visit$

Terrible customer service. Starting at 9pm, they start calling shoppers to come to the front and they keep repeating the calls EVERY 5 minutes. It’s VERY annoying and it makes you feel like you’re being kicked out.

Worst Marshall ever. I feel like I went back in time. Everything is so out dated. I’m 40 and I feel like these clothes is what I wore in my teens. I’m looking for something casual and couldn’t find not 1 thing…

The employees at this are nice and friendly! Not the best Marshall’s for home goods they have little to no section. Very small location as well. Home goods is coming soon I can’t wait to visit again.

Minimal selection for men. There was like maybe 20 short sleeved shirts. Also almost no jeans for my size which is a normal size for adult men. Will not return. I felt embarrassed for that place.

The store itself can be quite a disaster, especially the clearance section in the back corner, however, their customer service has been excellent every time I have shopped there.
