I just spent almost $200 here and I'm a huge Marshall's fan so that's why I keep coming back, HOWEVER it was extremely unfortunate to deal with the coordinator on duty today kyleigh. I asked for a discount on these slides I loved because there weren’t any other ones and these were my exact size and her response was “we are going to try and wipe these off first” to which they proceeded to do in front of me, then when they couldn’t get the marks off she had me wait almost 10min till she price checked and said these are $19.99, “I can take .99 off, would you still like to buy them?” I have been shopping here since I was 14 with my mom and I know items that are defected are minimally discounted at 10%, so the fact that she put me through all that only to give a dollar off CLEARY WORN SHOES was insult to injury. She also told me she wouldn’t discount my sportsbras because I could easily wash myself and they would be good as new. So I asked her for her name and proceeded to pay for the rest of my items and left upset. It’s extremely disappointing to deal with such a negative attitude that has CLEARY been projected onto the store and the rest of the staff around the holiday times. Our cashier Emmanuel was extremely kind and helpful though. I hope this does not reflect badly on him.

My "go-to" store for holiday shopping, baby gifts, & home items. Well stocked store with a good variety. I always find what I am looking for- except for lady's shoes (for some reason). Prices are fair. The baby department is my favorite! So much variety. Toy department is small but still I manage to find "something" for kids to purchase. Name brand items at lower prices. The store is usually well stocked. The aisles tend to be crowded in the home section with merchandise needing to be stocked. I often have to leave my buggy, grab my purse and walk down the home aisles without my buggy because of stock items on the floor. No room for my buggy and me. A bit of a tight squeeze with your buggy and other shoppers throughout the store. It is a "happy" store. I always love going here and seeing what bargains I can find. Check out experience is very good.

The Marshalls and HomeGoods at 11255 Garland Road is one of three at which I regularly shop. This one is in a nice big shopping center with plenty of parking. This Marshalls is close to a Home Depot and Ross so you can get a lot done in one Shopping Center. The thing about this Marshalls that I particularly like is the large variety of Women's Workout apparel. They almost always have some fabulous workout tights by two of my favorite designers, Betsey Johnson and evolution and creation and plenty of coordinating workout tops. The store is spacious and well laid out which makes it easy to navigate and find what you want.

I went to Marshalls today and found a dress for $12.99 and the rude cashier TONY store coordinator said everything that has an alarm is $19.99 like if he was Marshalls FBI ! Then he send for a price check mind you this dress was Not on Clearance! The girl brought another dress for $16.99 but he said I’m suprised is that low !!!! I feel he should of honor that price that dress had bc it was an original tag not a clearance tag !!! He then removed the original tag and put another one for $16.99 ! I thought everything that had an alarm was $19.99 Tony worst customer service ever !!!!

Store has horrible management!!! The associate who helped me was great very friendly but when I grabbed an item that was in the wrong place and was priced wrong the manager or whatever he was (youngish looking guy with braids in his hair) was very rude towards the female associate assisting me. He quickly went back to gossiping with the younger less professional cashiers and showing each other stuff on their phones. Hopefully he's not the store manager (I couldn't see his name or title since he had his badge turned back to not show this).

Raising awareness for people to check their receipts. This is the third time I'm charged for an additional item. I bought 2 things and it was very obvious. I usually buy more than 15 items and it's not very visible unless I'm cross-checking items at home when needing to return an item. I've only seen this happen at this location. Always a different employee. My husband had the same experience wondering if anyone else has seen this too! They usually keep the extra charge below $12.00.

I love visiting this store. While it has your usual clothing, shoes, and accessories, it is my go-to store for all things home. I love the selection of organization containers for fridge, pantry, and bedroom. There are several aisles of kitchen and dining things like pots, pans, placemats, kitchen towels, dishes, and even some specialty food items. In comparison to Ross, it is cleaner, better stocked, and friendlier sales associates. Also, quicker check-out due to 7 registers.

Marshall's & Homegoods have been partnered for a while now and this store is a great place to shop!... They carry everything from wearing apparel, handbags, shoes, skin care, makeup, children's apparel, kitchen tools, items for living room, bedroom, rugs, pillows, decor in general, they have it!...And all at discount prices!... Garland location:...Garland Rd at Jupiter Rd... plus several other store locations in the Metroplex... So many things, so little time, Oh My!!!

I dearly love Marshalls and the Home Store. Great combination. Their clothes are all high quality and a lot of name brands at low prices. It's a big store full of great products. It has everything you need to run your home. I was amazed at how stocked it was and the quality of their merchandise. The prices are great. I will definitely be doing a lot of my shopping here. These two stores are the place to shop at Christmas time.

Angie, the store manager, kept my 40-year shopping experience with Marshalls in tack from personal experience of shopping Marshall to find designer fashions with low prices. She is proud to be part of the company in the community where she works wishing the staff a good evening as they leave for the day and welcome the evening staff into work as we the customer share photos of our grandchildren to her. Attacked by the big roach... Lol... While going through check out on a date.. He notice a huge roach and alerted management..while he told them that they were about to have an episode of when the roach gets loose around woma...lol..he didnt k ow that i could jump hurdles in place... Lol the lady said she needed to sign me up for the olympics..lol..but overal the staff didnt budge.. They took their jobs very seriously..

This used to be a pretty decent Marshall's with tons of clothes and shoes. When they transformed into a Marshall's AND Home Goods under one roof, it feels like the store footprint was too small and so now everything is cramped and the selection of clothing is scant compared to what it used to be. I love Marshall's and I love Home Goods, but the two together in this space is disappointing.

I used to go to Marshalls at least once a week, now it's down to maybe once a month. Marshalls inventory has gone down, everything is scarce. The store got so focused with the home goods aspect they let Marshalls part of the store go down. I'm still crossing my fingers they find a location for Homegoods and relocate there! Otherwise it's just not the same Marshalls

Lol I love coming here. It's really great when it's early and it's not too busy but sometimes I feel like there isn't much to see. If I knew when they add new things I would come that very same day as soon as they open and then I could see peacefully what I want to get and at my pace. The prices are great not too high, not too low. Staff is also very nice.

Very great clothing for the prize a lot of good prices just one employee that got me irritated just by seeing her face like she didn't even want to work there her name is Jennifer but the rest of the employees that were very welcoming and nice and very helpful will definitely recommend this place

Our mission was to go to Marshall's and shop before dinner since we were in the area. My husband and I are never disappointed they always have items we can't live without. I personally was shopping for summer sandals, and home decor. We both found everything we were looking for, and much more.

Cute girls working there (yuhhh boi) found a big fork had to buy it for my fat sister. She is very satisfied. Good service from workers and very neat and clean. Got a gucci belt for only $200 , what a steal!! Love Marshall's ( till i die). Got a date with the cashier. Very gangsta.

I can usually find great items for the low, but that customer service is something else. A lot of the workers seem miserable and are always in a bad mood. Get some sleep, stay hydrated and smile. What happened to good customer service? I probably won't be coming back.

This is my to-go-to place for my shopping emergencies. They carry many brand names clothes, accessories, beauty products and lots of home decor. Most employees are friendly and the check out line runs fast. Definitely recommend this Marshalls in Garland.

Lots of great merchandise for home & to wear. New selections almost daily. Good discounts. Store is clean and laid out well. Staff is friendly. Marshall's Home Goods has really stepped-up from years past. I go 1 - 2 times a week. Love it!

Employees are incredibly kind and helpful, EVEN though they are a little overloaded with merchandise. The line moves rather QUICKLY, and I was able to find everything I NEEDED on my list. Thank you Marshalls and your lovely staff.

It could be better if the store departments were not too crowded-(clothing are not very organized you can’t really tell Where women’s clothing separate from men’s clothing and they also have shoes for sale without a pair ....

This Marshalls is good place to buy what you wanted to have for your house. The place is well clean in there but messy sometimes, the staff were great as always and the prices are good heck of a deal. Give y'all 4 stars.

It's expensive store but they update interior and looks nice inside ck out was well organized and I dont Have to wait long .Parking always hard to find because lots of other store around and everyone use same parking..

Great place! Lots of discounted Fall decor. So load up. Cashier wasnt too friendly amd I wished she had wrapped my breakable but the cart ladies were so nice.. and disinfected the carts and were over all very sweet!

They remodeled this Marshall's a few months ago to add in home goods! I hadn't been to one before and they have so many good stuff, I want everything!! Its so much more organized and their home decor is really nice.

My go to store to pick gifts, home goods, seasonal…. I like that both stores are combined, I always leave the store with a bag of goodies, only issue, they do have some rude employees, not all but some.

It was a good experience I found a few things that I was looking for the lady in the store were nice enough to help me with everything that I needed overall good experience I'll be back sometime soon.

I Love Home Goods ...I realize its difficult to keep the merchandise neat and organized all the time ..My overall experience was good but, I would have liked to see it more organized ..I will go back

The cashier charged me $7.99 for an item I didn't want, then she didn't even put it in my bag. I doubt I'll go back. I called and was unhappy. That was my first time shopping there.

Super underrated, there are some very good rare finds here that are well worth the price. Found 5 shirts and 2 shorts, looking like I came out of Urban Outfitter for about $70!

Marshall's was very nice and clean well stocked with clothing shoes purses etc. I found a lot for my granddaughter for school always love to go there.
