Cinema itself is nice and new. Staff are nice. However we paid for crown class (gold class) to watch a movie and have some food. Spent $70-$80 on food for them to forget it. They refunded our money (obviously) but we left the cinema late on a Sunday starving! Apparently somehow they thought it was a duplicate order so cancelled it without checking (even though no one else in our cinema ordered any food). I tried to reach out to the cinemas twice ( via instant message & email) but never heard a response back for my complaint (I didn't want to post a bad review without talking to them but alas). Not sure we'd go back or just head to Hawthorne gold class next time. Ive never had a gold class experience where they forgot my food (more then half the reason you pay extra for gold class!).

We went to the crown class... there was no one there to buy tickets from and the first machine we found was broken... the machine we found that wasn't didn't print tickets and I wondered the whole cinema before finding someone who looked the transaction up.and wrote a note on a ripped bit of paper and told us just to use that... you can't buy a bottle of wine... only glasses which makes the equivalent to a bottle very expensive... the glasses were filthy... outside the cinema they filled them just above the line but the ones bought in were below the line... the food comes from across the street and a but pricey but ok... good for a local cinema and clean glasses and bottles of wine would make a massive difference... the seats were awesome though

We saw a movie in the Crown cinemas. PRO: The cinemas are nice and new and parking was easy. Tickets are reasonably priced CONS: Some improvements can be made to the crown "experience". We ordered the bottomless soda however when we went to the bar to get this filled up there wasn't anyone there (maybe configuring this through their app so you don't miss the movie would be better). We also ordered some meals through fig Cafe which was good but we weren't expecting to get given our food in takeaway containers, kind of took away from the experience a little bit. Providing serviettes would help also. Overall we'll definitely be back but some improvements could be made to make the experience a little more "luxiourious"

Movie fantastic. Disappointed with cinema as booked into Crown 3.45pm session. Were told, actually the people before us were first told that you could not order food until 5pm. The whole experience of CROWN also like Gold Class is that food can be ordered and delivered during the movie. There is no mention anywhere that food is not available during this time. So if you are looking at this experience, check the session times. Maybe the Cinema should also put this in their advertising. No other food was allowed in the Cinema (hot). Ordering food 3/4 way through the film really is not doable. Very let down with the whole non Crown experience.

Went to the crown session, the cinema itself was great although could use some more seating in the bar area. The air conditioning is very cold so don’t forget to take a jumper. The disappointment comes when ordering the food, it takes much longer than anticipated and the quality is sub-substandard. We ordered the pizza and loaded fries. The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had, so dry and flavourless, the chips were far from loaded and also not very exciting. Very expensive for terrible quality. I would suggest getting a meal elsewhere before going.

First visit to Majestic today, went Crown and was pretty disappointed. The cinema itself is great, and the crown seats were super comfy. The staff were fantastic, from the super bubbly lady at the candy bar downstairs, to the young man in the crown lounge (and the young lady who poured out drinks). And that's where the gold class experience ends. The movie was too quiet, and everything is dependant on the pub across the road. I know the Waterloo own the Cinema, but it should be a separate entity!

Took my mum to see The Courier in Cinema 3 last night and we were very impressed with the new cinemas. Service was awesome & friendly, the coconut caramel popcorn & choc-tops were delicious, the cinema seating was super comfortable and the picture & sound quality excellent! Highly recommend & definitely worth signing up for the membership to access cheap tickets and food & drinks discounts. Well done Majestic Cinemas Wynnum

Fantastic new Cinema for the Bayside area !! These cinemas are perfect for Wynnum and surrounds !!!! Just the right size and not too huge and not too small ! Beautiful New well built theatre with high grade fittings. Seating is luxurious could not fault the cleanliness and build quality. Nicest smelling toilet facilities I've struck but I will say periodic cleaning would be recommended in the males second level toilets. This theatre makes Dendy theatres look 2nd rate. Service is excellent from the young well presented staff.

The place is fine for a local cinema. It's not a shopping centre theatre, but that's what you go there for. But my god the sound was disappointing. Just watched maverick, the sound of that movie should be pumping through your chest. And the best I could describe it as, would be $12 Kmart headphones, yeah they work, but no bass and it's nothing to write home about.

So glad to finally have a local Cinema!! Great location, beautiful theatres and comfy chairs! I have been twice recently and signed up to be a member, $25 for the year, makes movie tickets way cheaper ($17 or so dollars to $9.50) and you get a free movie each year! I signed up for email notifications and they do special discount events regularly too!

Went to Majestic Wynnum with my son today, saw Godzilla V Kong in one of the Crown Cinemas. Fantastic Quality Cinema (Comfort, Audio & Visual) & Great Service. Became a member ($15 for 12 months) so ticket prices are cheap (the discount price of seeing 2 movies will cover the membership costs). Definitely going to be a regular.

I must say i was very dissapointed. You pay good money for a ticket only to have groups of teenagers throughout the cinema talking, laughing, swearing and just being loud the entire time, oh and throwing popcorn around. This is the third time this has been an issue in this place. I recommend making the drive to capalaba or anywhere else but here.

Brilliant cinema!! Each theatre is small but the seats are five star electric, tilt back, foot rest, huge drinks and food tray and you can order hot food into the theatre - Wood fired pizza... hot chips... prices are the best I've when you're a club member. It's so clean and tidy... has that "new" feel to it. Highly recommended checking it out!

Went there for a work function and absolutely loved it. The cinema was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The chairs in the cinema were comfortable and very big. We had meals and drinks come in during the film. Faultless, everything went smoothly. Strongly recommend visiting this gem next time you want a night out.

Took my Grandies to see Tom and Jerry this morning, Cinema is lovely, and yes the bayside is very lucky to have a beautiful venue, but the pricing is way more than what I have paid at other theatre's in the area, very close to double the cost, you may need to look at this as there was only 6 maybe 7 people at the morning session.

Brand new and modern facilities, 6 rooms including 2 Vip with reclining wide seats. Candy bar with delicious popcorn. unfortunately, they don't have Coca-cola it's Pepsi:( For the VIP rooms, they have a separate Candy bar. Loved the experience to be at a brand new cinema and part of this is thanks to the super friendly staff.

Small but spacious luxury seating in these theatres. A good viewing experience because of the limited number of seats in the movie. A 'Crown Session' means you can scan a QR code and order from a basic cafe menu of the Waterloo Hotel across the street for delivery to the 'table' adjoining your large recliner-style seat.

Lovely new cinema that delivers movies with brand new high quality screens and sound. Fantastic new comfy seats too. Only down side was how expensive it is. No concessions for seniors, pensioners or children. Hardly anyone there when I visited, sad as I know the local community was very keen to embrace our new cinema.

I saw Godzilla vs Kong today not in crown but the regular ones. The food, seats and the sound was amazing the only thing that could improve is the volume it was good but I wish I was a little bit louder like the ones from BCC but overall good cinema huge thumbs up! Can't wait to watch more in the future.

There’s two deluxe cinema s with lounge chairs and 4 ordinary cinema s There was plenty of staff on hand to make a welcome visit the cafe had an exceptional view of the bayside vista! It was a lovely place to go and I'll be going again next weekend to see two movies, 1st movie is with , Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones and the second movie is with Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible part one, but I will be there and totally enjoy myself at at great Cinema at Wynnum. Clayton …

Very welcoming friendly staff. It's still a very new cinema complex however for local convenience and by taking advantage of signing up for membership the film prices and special deals will be worth staying closer to home for a movie outing rather than traveling further away to Balmoral complex.

Love these new cinemas! have watched several movies already and each visit was fantastic! facilities and service are 5-star, seats are spacious and roomy, bathrooms are as nice and clean as a fancy hotel..got the membership which makes tickets cheaper...going back again this weekend!

Very excited to have our local cinema open and it doesn't disappoint A good loyalty programme for cheap tix, bike and car parking, comfy seats, good choc top flavours and well thought out design (toilets on same level as screens!). Staff were lovely and so welcoming. So happy!

My husband and I went to the late showing of The Dry on the 3rd day of opening, only $6 tickets. We loved the Cinema, great sound, comfy seats. Nice little bar upstairs and an outside terrace. We can walk to the Cinema too, how lucky are we to have this new Cinema in Wynnum!

Great little cinema in Wynnum. Ticket prices are quite reasonable, snacks are comparable in price to other bigger cinemas. Cinemas are always clean and tidy, as are the amenities. Sound and picture quality were great. Online booking was quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

Nice new cinema in CBD of Wynnum. Gold Class is good value for money. Service is friendly. Parking was easy underneath the cinema. Only recommedation is Gold Class tables could do with a wipe down between movies, other than that everything else was excellent.

Crown Class for the first time absolutely great. Free refills of softdrink and popcorn from the crown lounge.Ordering food was easy and not to long of a wait .The movie was spectacular. The surround sound was amazing. Super clean and lovely helpful staff

Clean but expensive. 2 ice creams, med popcorn, med fizzy, 2 tickets and a bottle of water 78 dollars. There were only five people in total watching movie, including us pricey for the area, better value at Hawthorne or Balmoral... humble opinion. …

Awesome cinema. Brand new, clean, comfy chair and screen size is good. Audio quality is good. Wheelchair accessible. I would have given a 5 star rating if there is a proper meal available, light light snacks only. Staff are friendly and professional.

This was our second movie at Majestic and had a great night again. Going to do this with friends each month at least and take it all in as a great experience and event. I am a club member and the cost has been reimbursed fully with discounts.

Very neat and nice place. Parking is convenient- there are basement spaces with lift access. Staff are super sweet. Well managed. It is close to the esplanades- you can alway plan activities before or after the movie over there.

Love the seating very comfortable. Our last experience the kids were active and we had to take one home mid movie but it was a promo offer and didn't make a difference as one ticket was free. Love the comfort and location

Took kids to Peter Rabbit 2. The cinema was amazing, the seats were super comfy, screen and sound was awesome. We bought yearly memberships so the movies are at a discounted rate. Will be going back again soon !!!

Great modern cinema with friendly staff. We had technical issues at the start of the film today, it was solved relatively quickly, with the staff handing out a couple of free movie passes at the end! Well done.

Pretty expensive compared to others (double+ cineplex $) - even food for grandchildren:- choc top ice cream + two drinks (slushie type) + lollies = approx $27 (& I didn't even add in my popcorn ) …

Excellent venue! Comfortable seats! Unfortunately we found accessing our tickets a bit challenging and while 1 staff member was extremely helpful another was extremely rude so experience was mixed!

Place was neat and the staff were polite. Tho at $17.50 a ticket I'm not sure I'll be back. Unfortunately they don't have the cheap Tuesday movie tickets or pensioner prices, maybe once they do

Great small local cinema, went to there version of Gold class. Was very well priced, seats were comfortable lots of room. 4k with awesome sound. Didn't try the food but plan to next time.

It's awful when you pay for crown and you can't wait for rhe movie to finish because it's freezing cold in the cinema. Cold air blowing out. It's so uncomfortable.

I went to see Avatar, the movie is 3.5 hours so got Crown seats that recline. So comfortable and great price for Seniors. The screen and sound are fantastic.

Only been once, parking was easy. Not too far to walk and the cinema was big, I had not tried the smaller theatres yet, but I'm looking forward to going.
