Used to like this place, but recently had a terrible experience. Walked in, the downstairs area was closed, so went upstairs to order. After waiting 5 minutes someone came out, started trying to take our order. She tells the rest of the people that they're "supposed to order downstairs", so they all go. Then after another 5 minutes the order screen isn't working, she tells us to go downstairs. By the time we get down there, we now have to wait at the end of the line. There was 1 person taking orders, and they also had to make drinks so it was taking forever. 10 minutes later we order, the screens stops working halfway through, we have to order again. Try to pay using a card, the EFTPOS machine wasn't working. Poor guy behind the bar has now spent 10 minutes trying to help us, there's no one else serving and the line is massive. 25 minutes after arriving, we can finally go sit down. We asked for the icecream to be brought out later, it comes first thing. The wrong drink was brought out, ordered cider and received ginger beer. The worst was one of the pizzas - completely raw. That's fine, mistakes happen. As we're leaving, I took the pizza out and after looking around for someone to help me, I finally found someone. I explained to her it was raw and inedible, and asked for a refund. No apology from her at all, just seemed annoyed and confused. She disappeared for a second, came back, and told us to go downstairs. She did not come down and help us, so we had to wait in line ANOTHER 10 minutes. I explained what happened to the guy behind the bar, and he just looked confused. No apology at all. I asked again, "we just need a refund for the pizza please". He tells us to go back upstairs. At this point I was so sick of it, I told him we've been told to come down here, and waited. He tells us to wait to the side. Finally had a manager sort it after disappearing into the kitchen for a bit. I get it, things happen. But my goodness, it really shows the service of a place when you can't put some effort in to help a customer who's been given raw food, after spending over $200. I won't be back.

We came to see A journey to Bethlehem, the whole experience was concerning and worrying. As a Disability support worker, engaging someone in the community and getting them to be relaxed and except and it’s all part of the experience. We approach the lift on entry. We could not work out for the life of us. Finally a staff member came along and tried to assist. She had to open up a bucket compartment where the mechanical part of the left was to engage it to work. Inside at the lift was ridiculous senses. The lift would not go anywhere if you weren’t Exactly in the centre of the lift. The buzzers kept beeping at us until we Manage to put two people and a walker in there to start the very slow/old lift. I had so many concerns, Will we get stuck in here for hours? Surely they would have fixed the problem, while we were in the movies. Sadly they had not. It was actually worse going down, two staff members had to help this time, Again opening the back of the mechanics of the door for the lift. Lots of calming down from myself to my client to act relaxed and in control of the situation. Called today to speak to the manager who wasn’t Available. Instead they asked me to write a email.

Go once and they'll send you marketing spam every few days Edit in response to owner: I didn't opt in to your garbage, don't sign people up for spam and then tell them to unsubscribe. Invite them to opt in. Plus your spam emails don't have one click unsubscribe so instead of doing that I just block your address which is much worse for you. After reading some of your other review responses you'd do well to listen more and argue less with feedback and you'll lift your customer experience.. I'd you want that

Paid nearly $60 to see Aquaman The Lost Kingdom with the family and the colours on the screen were terrible reds were green and geens were red and actors had terrible glows around them. Spoke to staff 3 times to eventually be told it must be the movie as they have not had any issues prior to this. Do not waste your money the projectors are clearly old and out of date along with the cinemas need to be renovated.

Love the experience watching a movie here.Very clean, in the hallway there'sa redd carpet like their treat you as celebrity. Wanted to watch movies here with friends and eat after. Thanks it was lovely experience not only the movie but the place itself is so inviting and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

This is my special treat place - not cheap, but worth it. The food could be of better quality for the price, though. The thai food is not recommended. The drinks are always good. Good service. I'd like to see more limited release, niche films, 'art house', rather than blockbuster mainstream.

The seats were beautiful and comfy. Unfortunately something went wrong with my order and I waited 1.5 hrs into the movie before I received my food and then my popcorn came out literally 10 min before the movie ended. I’d come back if the service was better and I got my food on top

This is my lil secret spot to watch movies. A treat! Has been for 3 yrs now. Not only is it close to the city but a hidden gem there's cheap tix, food delivered to your seat, pillow, foot stools and feels like a private screening. I won't go cinemas anywhere else now:)

Fantastic cinema with cosy theatres, comfy seats and delicious food! If you're lucky enough to attend a premier showing, you're in for a real treat! The Jurassic world opening was spectacularly presented with heaps of on theme decor, snacks

I really appreciate the beauty and the character of The Rosalie Cinebar, the first time I went there I saw the little mermaid with my best friends which was absolutely amazing. So I had no bad words to say until. My second time in which was

It used to be a cinema for a special occasion and now it’s just tired, and pretty expensive for the amount of food you get (karaage chicken today was a handful at most for $14.50). I’m also really disappointed in the lack of accountability

I really do hate to leave bad reviews, but after our recent experience I felt it was important to bring it to the managers attention. I'm not sure what's happened to this cinema over the last 6-12 months, but the quality of the service and

Place used to be a gem in the city. Unfortunately either covid or something changed it. Have been here a lot, but the past few times it has had that distinct odour when you walk in the door, the food had very cheap ingredients and the

The Blueroom Cinebar at Rosalie in Brisbane is a wonderful boutique cinema. We ordered our food and drinks at the awesome bar area downstairs on arrival. From a wide range of choice on the menu, and with friendly service, this was

Very pleasant and creative ways, to enjoy watching a movie and be able to have a meal and drinks. Nice cosy ambience, like in your own studio. Great for family and friends gathering together, have a meal and watching a great movie.

It should be advertised on the website that some of screens are akin more to a home theatre than a traditional cinema screen. We bought tickets and were left disappointed by the experience and didn’t bother

Absolutely loved my experience here! The movie was great and the facilities were stunningly beautiful. There are pillows and footrest's for comfort, and the plush seat backs recline for ultimate relaxation.

EDIT: like I stated I understand some things happen but doesn’t mean you should let your customers know. Also last time I visited I didn’t receive food or my drink and had to wait 3 days for a refund*

I do love going here. Well priced and mostly friendly staff. Nice bar to have a pre drink in. The premieres are cool. They do things big corporates don't.

  • Paul Hope

Great little cinema with some lovely restaurants attached that can send food directly to your seats during the movie. Food was delicious.
