So me and the fiance went to this cinema tonight and it was honestly really disappointing... We got gold class tickets and made it into a big date night and got the ultimate date night package thinking we would have a feast with a great movie and comfy seats... Well they where spot on with the seats and the movie... The package... well gold class... ha.... more like snobby rude leaning worker class... most of the staff where quite rude considering there wasn't much happening when we came to wait on the comfortable seats in the lounge for our movie, they would rather talk amongst themselves then give good service.... Then ...Oh no... cold food in a sparatic order where we got cold chips, and salt and pepper squid in the first 20 mins of the movie and the rest of our food came within last hour, this included the plater of 4 bite size burgers and then the chilli bowl which was over 95% corn chips and no meat... for over $30 and you gave us a bowl of $1 corn chips with warm guac and sour cream.... and the big desert which I can say was quite nice.... but since it all came out together the desert melted Infront of us as we hurried to eat while trying to enjoy our 35 dollar tickets, we also got incorrect drinks, but the gentleman let us keep the mistake and hurried to fix it. it was a fiasco....it's hard to speak up and ask for things to be replaced since you don't want to interrupt other people's enjoyment, so we waited patiently... And tried to enjoy the movie... But it's hard to enjoy as the food so far was cold and bland and your anxious because over an hour and a half passes and you still have 3 courses left to go... And at this point in Oppenheimer it was getting to the good part but as we watched everyone else get there food it was hard to concentrate..Yes we got everything but I would never recommend anyone go here for this experience. Save your money, get a meal somewhere else and then go... They aren't a restaurant they are a cinema... Until they change their attitude it's best you treat them the same... Sorry a rant but $200 for a first date night in awhile and this was kinda annoying and I would hate to see others walk into this.

4 Years ago it was there were many great experiences for gold class because the seats were comfy and the staff were friendly, nice lounge room and all. However the recent changes in early 2023 really was a let down. It changed my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. Lets start off with the basics, the general entrance looks awesome and the lounge is more out in the open and public, which is nice to see and a different feel to it. However as you approach inside the cinemas itself, it was a let down. We were expecting the same comfy seats originally from theatres 1 and 2 (before they closed down) and well it was very much a disappointment. The seats are smaller but the idea of reclining is there, it just didn't feel like the same atmosphere as it was before The other disappointment was for people who are pensioners are going to find it hard walking up the stairs and even though there is support for that, in the past we found having an entrance to the rear of the cinema is better than the side entrance. However its good to see those that wheelchair access is available There is some good things though, like the sound and picture quality is nice. The reduction of ads is good as well too. The lighting in the room was good, maybe needed for the railings and steps would be handy. I was rather disappointed with the new look for the Gold Class and it has me rethinking about going there in the near future which is also made me sad rewriting this review. I wanted people to know that even as a loyal supporter for many years, to have seen this change was rather a let down. The food is great though! The prices well not so much but could have been better and more affordable. The best rows in the Gold Class cinema are in rows B to D, or the side seats near the side with the railings are. Overall though, I believe this could have been improved and I would like to see my future review change back

I went yesterday to catch a 4:00 movie in gold class. The girl at the counter you get drinks and food was totally rude to me. She didn’t want to take cash and pretended like none of the registers could... until I said I only had cash and asked her what I do in that instance... she rolled her eyes and made a loud huffing noise and then magically, the register could suddenly take money!! Imagine that! I asked her for a large soda water, which I had done several times at this theatre and told her they don’t have just soda water at the fountain drink area so I had to get it from the bar. She started to argue with me and told me I could only get a flavoured soda, and couldnt give me just soda water. I politely told her that many times I've come and they put soda water from the bar hose into a cup... she continued to argue and tell me that wasnt possible.... and I again said all she had to do was put the water in a cup and I would do it myself but there is not just soda water at the fountain drink area... she made another huffing sound, rolled her eyes again and said "there's probably a good reason for that..." she then said in an irritated tone "I GUESS I now have to go walk over there and get you a cup." I was completely baffled and said politely that I was happy to go grab a cup and bring it back. She let out another huff and sigh and said, "I'll do it, and someone will bring it to you". WHY would this company hire someone who hates their job so much-- and why is this person such a #@%? The theater was not busy, I was the ONLY person in the gold class area, there were no lines. Why and how would the cinema employ such a rude, unhelpful, person? I wont go back to this theater for this experience.

Don’t waste your time and money with the new Gold Class. The only good thing is the new bar. Trying to buy tickets was a nightmare, ordering food a nightmare, they were so incompetent we were late for movie though we were 20 minutes early for movie, not including the ads. The Gold Class planning person needs to be shot, you walk for miles around a closed in corridor that twists and turns to get to the no. cinema you need, then it’s like a normal cinema, nothing special, you have to walk up the stairs to get to the high seats. I’m disabled in wheelchair, they don’t cater to people with disabilities, they expect you to sit in front of screen a metre away. I can’t do that, I need distance. Then the staff, we ordered our food and times, what a joke. Food and drinks that were meant to come out at middle came at start, food at start came in middle. Wrong food came. The person who designed didn’t think of staff and distance walking back and forth, running up and down stairs. Just crazy. The movie was great. Then trying to use the toilets, the toilet wasn’t bolted to floor. I can say I will not be going to Chermside Gold Class any more, the standard has severely dropped

Went there today and saw a movie which itself was enjoyable. However staff were not the slightest bit helpful about anything at all. I asked if we could take a coffee into the cinema "yep" started to order then he said "You have to find a coffee shop we don't do it." We went and did that and came back with our coffee.Went onto the Westfield app so would have 4 hours parking. It was totally wrong with my arrival time. Showed the problem to a female staff member at the cinema "you'll have to take that up with the concierge desk" so we went off to find that. It was miles away from the cinemas & the female staff member there said "oh yeah they did an update on the app and it's got the wrong time" I asked why the cinematic staff couldn't have answered that query she had no idea and didn't seem to care less. I said I'm not paying for parking, concierge person assured me I wouldn't be charged. So, late for the movie after all the racing around. AND a fire alarm was going off for ages and we could not understand a word the person using the PA system said. Toilets were filthy at the cinema area to top of a bad visit. Never going there again

A very modern cinema, offering plenty of screens and experiences. The Gold Class screens have a crisp, posh interior and are accessed via a modern looking cafè / bar area. Prices are still way too high for these screens though. Forty-five dollars just for a seat is not value for money, especially when you consider this price tag doesn't come with any food or drink . The 4DX screen is awesome and definitely worth the money since it gives you a movie watching experience like no other. Try it at least once, but not with any food or drink as you'll probably end up wearing most of it . The cinema itself is a very clean, welcoming and relaxing place with plenty of drink and snack options. The staff I've interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. This branch of Events Cinemas definitely provides an awesome movie watching experience on all levels (but just needs to fine tune the Gold Class experience a little).

Saturday night Cinema experience was good but the one staff member that really didn't care to help people out without being prompted to by us was a bit disappointing. We were lined up behind a long queue when the other checkout opened and instead of the staff member asking some of us that had been standing waiting, he served the new comers that saw he was open. Also signage as to wear you go if you have prepurchased tickets through an outside source like RACQ would have been nice. I asked the mentioned staff member where do we go and he annoyingly said " here " He didn't offer to assist us when I asked and he proceeded to serve people that had just arrived. The youngg man that did serve us was super helpful and was very upbeat about us having a great night. You need to hire more people that are willing to give people a great movie experience from start to finish. Not someone who is just there to get their pay check

  • Sophie Simonsen

Went to the cinema with my friends to see a movie and we had our ID’s checked and they gave us the approval and directed us to our cinema. But then we were later told that we were not allowed to see this movie even though some of us were the appropriate age. This would have been fine if they told us initially that we were unable to see the movie due to our age, but after being told yes to the movie and getting our hopes up then later being chased down and told no as a big disappointment. The staff member should have gotten it right the first time around and this made us all very upset. The 2 people who were underaged were only 5 months too young so they should have just been cool with it all. I literally saw this this movie the previous week and I am underaged myself, but was still let through. Staff members were nice but was still a big let down.

The New Gold class is absolute rubbish! It does not feel at all like a Gold class the entry "tunnel" is pathetic the cinema is the old one with new seats the food was terrible and overpriced the drinks are beyond the joke expensive! Aside from the "blingy" bar outside designed to obviously "attract" the rest of the experience was below average. It's a NO from me I will not spend $200 again for an adapted old theatre that once you are in there you cannot but remember that it was an ordinary one!! Plus entering from bottom as opposed to the top which is how the other one was that gave you that special grand feeling makes all the difference!!!! what on earth were they thinking when they redesigned this??? Absolute rubbish in my view I just wasted $200. sorry folks that's my honest truth.

As a Special Education teacher from a local school, I am absolutely disgusted and appalled after visiting this cinema with a group of students and staff. The lack of inclusion for people with disabilities by the venue and staff was inexcusable. They offer limited and more expensive options for people who use wheelchairs, and need to be accompanied by a carer. The staff member who served us, was nothing but rude, unprofessional and made us feel that we were an inconvenience and burden for approaching her about tickets. She then proceeded to gossip and talk about us from 2m away with a fellow colleague. We will not be returning after this disgusting, appalling and downright unacceptable service from the staff members at Event Cinemas and the venue as a whole.

please bring back the little mermaid in 4DX!!! this is suppose to be one of the best movies to see in 4D. since i’m in high school and had assessment on, I was waiting until the holidays (which starts this weekend) to watch it but was so so disappointed to see that it’s no longer an option. many many people feel the same and I think if you brought it back for at least a week or two, heaps and heaps of people would see it (since most people attend the cinema during the holidays). I would’ve thought a movie as good as this would be shown in 4D for longer than just a few weeks. it’s sad that the only movies being shown for the holidays, the busiest time of the season, is the flash (which isn’t exactly suited for 4D) and some animated kids movie. what a shame.

Visited new Gold Class Thursday night and it was awesome. New bar area is huge and very fancy. Love it!! Cinemas are bigger with new chairs in pods. Very comfy and they resemble something you might get in a Bentley with beautiful leather and stitching. They even heat up! Staff as always really friendly and bring all your food and drink to you on time. Personally I think I prefer the more intimate feel of the old Gold Class better, with a smaller cinema with less seats but this new set-up has many advantages... now 3 cinemas, heated seats that recline further with bigger food table with light, and renovated toilets. Also updated candy bar and box office. Thanks Chermside for continually improving .

  • Tiffany Brockhurst

Went to the movies which we haven't done in awhile firstly the food and drinks are overly priced, when you walk up to the cinemas there is food all over the floor, seats and tables aren't cleaned down and has a funky smell to it, the paper straws to the drinks broke within 20 minutes meaning everytime I wanted a drink I had to lift the lid when I paid 17.50 for a combo, then as the movie finished went to the bathroom and they were absolutely disgusting. Seriously need to do better I won't be back I will take my money elsewhere for the experience and almost $90 later it isn't worth it. Do better chermside .

  • Wintressa

Big disappointment! I know it’s not the fault of the cinema that they ran out of collectables for the barbie movie. However, whilst some people got them and others didn’t. It was stupid. When asked they said you have to have a barcode to collect them and he didn’t elaborate on what that meant. I love to collect movie metal tins and was such a big let down that on day three they already sold out. Plus when the movie session started the cinema was so disgusting popcorn littered the floor and chairs. They could at least just did a quick clean or something. Save us the trouble of cleaning up ourselves.

Food Quality: 4.5 Stars Service: 5 stars Atmosphere: 5 stars Event cinemas remains my all-time favourite movie experience, a league above the rest. Gold class specifically is an exceptional service that will leave you with great memories - feeling pampered with luxury. The food they bring out to you is not only convenient and fresh but competes with restaurants for flavour and friendly service of their staff. The rooms are spacious and the chairs are huge, there is even a bar as you enter to help set the tone of the evening as a relaxed and luxurious night out. Excellent value for what you pay.

  • Deyne Keegan

Ordered $130 of food and drink. Got the most under filled cosmopolitan for $20, a watery almost flavourless spiced rum cocktail. Then our tepid wings arrived with some just cooked arancini, moments later our waiter tried to hand us our second round of drinks despite the table being full. Our New York sliders with large chips arrived. They were the size of golf balls. All three of them. So bland a McDonald’s cheeseburger would have overwhelmed them. Movie screen was great quality. Sound was amazing and the seats are almost too good. Just get beer if you really have to. They can’t stuff that up.

  • sophie chalk

Watched a movie in the gold class tonight was awesome and the seating was great. Was so disappointed with the food we received though, it was all cold and my partners sliders were pretty much rock solid and had near to nothing inside of them (pic attached). I’m really hoping I can get some type of voucher or a refund for the food from event as we are definitely not satisfied with the food side of things, it was really pricey for tiny serving sizes and 2x tickets costing over $100 plus another $100 on food we expected half decent food to be served. besides the food it was a nice experience!

  • Paul Austin

Worst customer service. Trying to contact EVT using a customer service request is about a 5 day wait. Can't call them, so if you want a refund, how can this be done if the purchase online is due to expire from an extremely slow reply from CS. I now have to make time to visit my local Events cinema to find another way..... BECAUSE ONLINE/PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO INEFFICIENT! Errggg. I understand that this is a business but customers have rights.... RIGHT? If I don't get a satisfactory answer from the front desk of the cinema, then I'm off to draft a formal complaint letter to the ACCC.

The complex has recently undergone a major facelift, with a greatly improved comfort experience all throughout, enhanced technology & a huge Snack Bar with loads of variety as well as healthier and light meal alternatives. There is also a large & very comfortable fully licensed cafe/bar adjacent that also serves as the entry area for the new Gold Class Cinemas. The smaller Cinemas have been refitted with comfortable VMAX style seats (some not reclining) or for a few dollars extra certain parts of some theatres have full recline seats as well as beds - absolutely worth it IMO

  • Jass Khinda

I have been there with my family, in the interval we went out side and looking for something to eat. the manager came behind us and said just get out, I was shocked.. he repeated it countinously, he talk to is like we are thief, so rude. he made us cry and ruin our whole night. He didn’t stop and said, he will call the police as this is our closing time. WOW.. that was our fault. The security came but that man didn’t listen and not even apologise. I am asking the management for help us if they don’t.. then I think Karma will surely. Will never visit again. Thanks Jass

  • Michelle Deschamp

Great picture and sound. Seats are comfy, however, the heating option cuts in and out! Awesome self serve candy bar and waiting area. The timed service of the pre ordered food ruined the experience for us though. We pre ordered food and drink for 3 delivery stages. The movie went for 2hrs 16mins, yet all food, drinks and ice cream were bought out in the first 45 minutes! Obviously we couldn't really enjoy it as it was dumped down pretty much every 15minutes! The aim of 3 delivery stages is, in my mind over the duration of the movie.

  • Hazel

Undercooked Pizza made me very ill. Went to the recently opened wine bar - staff pleasant as are the surrounds. Ordered pizza (delivered quickly - as it turned out too quickly). It was under cooked and I did not quite realising thinking it was the melted mozzarella cheese - I ate it and suffered badly afterward from raw dough. I was very sick and had an upset tummy for a couple of days afterward. Minimal topping with 5 pieces of ham. Raw dough & minimal topping = $25! Never again - I won’t be back after such a painful experience.

  • Ben Slater

As of this review there is still work being done to the cinema space, but what is being rolled out is amazing. It feels open and modern, with the Gold Class experience and bar rivalling many city bar experiences. You can even order champagne and caviar to take into your movie! Although the movies are still comparatively expensive, the movie experience is great. Unless you go to the 4DX showing of Avatar Way of Water which sprays water at you the whole movie and as a result the movie theatre smells like a gym locker….

  • Min Oo

We are frequent customers. However, When all the other staffs were nice, the first time, we had very bad experience with Very unfriendly+ unprofessional manager who wore glasses (didn’t give us his name) ruined our night. I wonder how he became a manager? the job is not suitable to him. he doesn’t like his job and surly doesn’t know how to treat customers. What a shame of Westfield event cinema to have a manager like him. Just Reading other’s reviews about this manager , I surprise he is still allow to work there.

  • Nicole Pares

A group of us bought tickets to Gold class and wanted to use the new facilities. We were having a good time then we’re cut off from the bar after the movie because “the session had finished” and then told without any advance notice that we had been too noisy (although there were no other patrons in the venues). Looks like they don’t want customers actually enjoying the premises, won’t be returning. The staff were not customer friendly and had no idea about customer service.

  • t Coops

Great movie but the staff were useless, couldn’t care less about anything. We ordered a bottle of wine when we arrived at the gold class bar which wasn’t brought out to us until half way through the movie after asking for it twice !! Also the “Gold Class” cinema still had all the leftover rubbish from the previous viewing !! It was obvious the staff disliked their jobs and couldn’t be bothered to put in an effort. Bad form all round. Give this place a miss.

  • Justin O'Grady

Overall, very happy with the service my family received during our time seeing the new spider man. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful with our orders and it made a huge difference. The only downside was during the film where our table became rather crowded and we had to request that some glasses removed. Understandably, it was busy but it made the experience a little less then right. Overall, a really good time.

  • Allanah West

I booked a movie in the Gold class wanting to treat myself for the first time in forever and the lady who served me ruined my whole experience. She gave me a negative response when I ordered food, then when I asked questions about the drinks and menu it was like I was asking her to pay for it. I was told the Gold experience was amazing at chermside and it was actually heartbreaking

  • Stephen Booker-McLay

I don't like giving negative reviews and I could handle the expense but cold food was delivered; also wrong size coffees delivered at the wrong time. We never had this problem before. Better value for money to be had with the smaller cinema chains. No way I am returning. I note that they don't respond to negative reviews which means they don't care about it which is fine by me.

  • Amelia Boneham

Went here last night to watch ‘talk to me’ and what a let down. Not just the movie itself but the cinema we watched the movie (cinema 11) was so loud I couldn’t even make out the words the characters were saying. Was also expecting the cinema to be somewhat cold but we ended up sweating. Will never be back here and would not recommend this place to anyone…

  • A Shep

Cinema seats had stains all over them, the floors were covered in food, and dust along the edges of the walkways. Parents room had no toilet paper in it, and the disabled toilet where my wife went to find toilet paper was diabolical. The place is dirty and run down and the staff looked like they were a few pennies short of a pound.

  • Ryan M

Gold class is well worth a try. And Mondays they have discount tickets. The service is good and the food was plentiful when we did the 2 small and two large meals deal. And the money you would spend on the food and drinks would be equivelant to a date at a nice restaurant anyway so why not... Treat yourself and ur partner

  • S Saltmarsh

I haven't been for a while and it's all different and new. There are now 3 gold class cinemas and they are in a new spot with a bit new bar and lounge area, very flash. The recliners are great and the table comes with a little lamp which is nice, helps you see your snacks. I'm looking forward to the next visit

  • Blee Ding

Overpriced and dirty. No Reclining chairs in standard (is this 2012?). No free parking with ticket validation. Even with our free tickets, it would have been cheaper to go somewhere like Reading or Five star cinemas. There are so many better cinemas in Brisbane than Event, Northsiders are getting ripped off.

  • Cheryl Bartlett

very disappointed at the changed seating at Chermside - unable to raise the legs without the headrest reclining until you are watching the ceiling not the movie screen - did nobody test it before purchasing & I wasnt the only one who had to give up on raising the legs - will not go again - not gold class

  • Drew Kosh

Event cinemas is very behind the times with over priced uncomfortable seating. The chairs aren't recliners in all cinemas only Vmax and gold class has recliners and they are very expensive. I highly recommend Hoytz over event. Way cheaper with a much better experience and all recliners in all cinemas.

  • Stevie Lopez

Customer Service has officially died here. A simple mistake and no assistance or help from a single person from this company. No phone number to talk to a person. No response from automated online forms. No help from face-to-face staff. Really sad service from a company that used to do it so well.

  • Joy O'Connor

Had a good experience overall but Chermside cinemas are more expensive than Stafford City cinemas by $8, seats are not as good as either. The sunday we went, it took some 15 mins to find a car park and then we had to walk a fair way to get to the cinema level. Won't be going back anytime soon!

  • Mark M

The cinemas are modern, well maintained and comfortable. We went to a special screening of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan here recently and it was great. Other than new releases, tickets to most sessions are reasonably priced but the popcorn and drink prices at the candy bar are steep.

  • LW1

The gold class facilities are great. Perfect amount of room and the seats have warmers Chicks and the flicks always bring a good vibe. Pre-drinking area is perfect for a classy drink and relaxed snack! Facilities were clean and staff friendly. Enjoy the movie!

  • Mystery Z

We love this cinema. They have midweek specials and member special prices.Much better value for cinema tickets than Hoyts. I have to say that the water mark-up is my only gripe! $6 for a bottle of water is madness. But everything else is great!

  • prod. figi

Went to see Avatar: The Way Of Water in 4DX today! I had a brilliant experience as the combined effort of the flashing lights, spraying water and wind helped fuel the immersive experience! However, when I finally sat down in my brilliant

  • Jason Alford

The manager there does not seem to care about accessibility. My family and I need open caption on the movie but they do not provide that - so we basically have no access to the cinema. We know that they provide closed caption (captiview)

  • Yianni

Gold class experience was amazing, food not so much. The bar and lounge was beautiful. Seats were incredibly comfortable, great reclining options and even has a seat warmer which we loved. Surround sound was amazing and watching a long

  • Kitty Dunn

Went to see Indiana Jones V-Max with recliner seat option. Love those seats but get the ones furtherest back. Front ones behind the daybeds are too close to the screen. Sound is fantastic. Food area is well setout and lots of choices.

  • paddy moore

My wife and I went to the Barbie movie. We sat in the back row of the recliners. They were fantastic seats, very comfortable. The food and drinks are expensive it's the movies. It was the most comfortable movie watching I've had.

  • Sandra Woo

Good cinema experience but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Two young female staff members have been quite dismissive and a little rude. I understand bad days but this has happened more times than I’m comfortable with.

  • Bryan Williams

Nice theater. I am in visiting from Canada and met up with friends in the area. This place is clean and I found the self service snack bar wick and easy to use. Inside the theater the seats were comfy and roomy.

  • Russell Black

Tried the Gold Class. They have just converted regular cinemas, so whilst the seats are great it doesn't have the cosiness of small Gold Class cinemas. There are heaps of people and waiters delivering foid.

  • hani Alb

This is my favourite movie theatre in Brisbane. The setings are very comfortable. Als, multiple Showtimes available all day. I love that they have a coffee shop close to the entrance of the cinemas.

  • MOMO WARA

Avoid this place choose elsewhere. used to be great place. Rude Manager (East/West) eyes. Treating people like trash. Don't act like you own the whole entire Westfield. All of us remember you.

  • Charlie-Frances Phillips

Phoenix Rodie was one of my waiters tonight at the gold class viewing of barbie, he was honestly lovely. He had amazing people skills and outstanding hospitality skills. Very kind & gracious.

  • Jiahui Thum

Nearly renovated cinema. The Gold class seats are awesome and now offer more privacy than before. Love the food too! Hot buffalo wings are a must and also the salt and pepper squids too.

  • Squichy Peach

The Gold Class experience is something I always go to whenever I visit Event Cinemas in Chermside. A comfortable seat + sliders, what more do you want? I highly recommend trying it out

  • Adam Scott

A true pleasure to visit the Event Cinemas at Chermside. The candy bar is world class and the screens are a cut above the rest. Experience the 4DX cinema if you DARE! good coffee too

  • Mekenna Woods

Great place just when I visited last which wasn't to long ago there was a bunch of popcorn on the floor where you get popcorn out front aside from that nice staff and great place

  • Hayley Pullyn

I had a positive and negative experience at this gold class. Positive: comfy seats, recliners with heated seats, lit area so you can see when eating your food & plenty of room.

  • Marcus shin

I base my review from the previous Gold Class experiences. Big comfortable reclining seats with food brought to you is excellent. Waiting room and atmosphere is quite good.

  • Andrew MacQueen

Arrived in to go to Gold class after the recent renovations, and found it very impersonal, open, non-cosy cold to what we have experience in the past over the years

  • Aftaar Atik

Watched Topgun in 4DX. Highly recommend it. With seats moving, lightings, windblowing this is a new way to watch action movies. Hold on to your popcornsEnjoy. …

  • Linda Derrick

Appeared clean before movie started....one issue ads prior to movie sound way too LOUD !!! I have a hearing loss but it is too high volume for all in cinema....

  • Ruth Smethurst

online booking, self serve snacks and drinks... only had to show ticket to one person and no fuss going to the cinema. Clean efficient event ciname location

  • Alex

Absolutely loved our gold class experience. Friendly service. Clean bathrooms. Clean seating. Yummy food. It's is expensive, but I do it for the experience.

  • Colleen Slee

Great recliner seats. Easy to scan your barcode for pre bought tickets. Good choice of snacks available to make a proper movie night indulgence.

  • STEFANO FIRRINCIELI

We tried the day bed in the VMAX theatre. It wasn't cleaned after the previous film. I don't recommend it because it's too close to the screen

  • Cameron Smith

Excellent movie - Expendables 4 along with very comfortable recliner chair. Will return to this cinema. Great customer service at the counter.

  • John Glynn

Comfortable theatres, relatively clean, good sound and picture. It would be nice if the theatres had Dolby Atmos. Staff are usually friendly.

  • Steve Randall

Really like these cinemas. Big comfy seats, huge screens, cool sound system. A very upgraded Cinema experience. Come and relax.

  • Stars And Moon

Get rid of online booking fees edit 2023 new gold class is cool, the mini bar has been changed yet again …

  • Jeremy Dent

Gold class is not worth it, staff were rude and food is trash when it finally came out after an hour of waiting.

  • Azad R

Super comfy recliner seats with regular class tickets. Clean cinema. Sound & picture quality top notch.

  • Astrid Morgan

Loving the reduced fee Gold Class tickets on Tuesdays. Perfect outing for a (near) midweek date night.

  • Brandon Maris

Best time here, friendly staff, great movie selection with affordable pricing, can't recommend enough

  • Andrew Price

Above average cinema experience. Miss the days of face to face customer service booths

  • Alan Spender

Seat was comfortable, screen and sound was awesome, but the cinema (cinema 1) stunk.

  • Gary Richardson
