There is an older women with grey hair who works there. She is beyond rude. Mean. Every time my friend and I go there, we are baffled by her horrendous attitude. I don't get it because we are quiet, clean, polite and always tip well. We had a male waiter this time and he was okay. He forgot my friend's fries but it happens. She came to pick up our plates when we were done and I politely asked her for the bills to which she practically yelled with attitude "I'm not your waitresses!!!" I looked at her jaw opened and in disbelief. If I were the owner, I'd get rid of her. I'm sure she drives tons of customers away. To top things off, the menu online has different prices than what we were charged. I asked the waiter, and he brought the mean lady and she proceeded to give a hard time. She literally waved the menu at us, which was liquid papered with new prices. I told her we never even saw the menu. We came in knowing what we wanted to eat and drink. We will never be going back there. This place isn't going to survive long. Every time we go, that lady ignores us. We have to always get up and wait for her to address us at the bar when she feels like acknowledging us. It's as if she hates younger women, ethnic women, or whatever. Maybe she just hates her job, or maybe nobody supervises the bully. If this place wants to survive, they need to learn about service and update their prices online and make some new menus. They need better staff. Even when the place is empty, servive is horrendous. FYI, my Cesar salad, which was the size of an appetizer, no chicken, or anything special, was 19$. Lame. Go to the Manoir or anywhere else. This place is depressing and a dump with the worst staff.

Food was great, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Went to see the Washington Tampa game 7 and although the bar was really busy I had wonderful service and a smile. The waitress was polite and did her best to acknowledge her clients as soon as possible. Ross behind the bar was charismatic and on the ball with quick service. Magi was the Busboy and cleaned up quick and always asked if anything else was needed and if so signaled whoever was responsible to take care of an order. Great teamwork, and communication from the staff. Menu needs to be slightly updated as certain beers are available in other sizes than marked, however our waitress cleared that up (and even saved us some money by offering us a 3 liter pitcher which was not displayed as a size on the menu for that specific beer.) Great place, very recent discovery! Good is actually amazing. It's bar grub, but its phenomenal bar grub. Best nachos I've had in ages!! Sweet potatoes fries were a dream, and the philly cheese steak sub was great. Fun place to see live bands play, there are 3 pool tables to play at. Last time I was there, some people set up a game of beer pong on some tables and nobody bothered them. Fun place, nice staff, good food, and drinks aren't overpriced

The only trouble is on the weekends I would much prefer just regular bands or karaoke. Maybe karaoke on Sunday nights? Most bars in Toronto do it Sundays and Thursdays. Full Stars anyways though for being the best bar in the area. Plus they got a pool table too. Staff is friendly. Food is good. It's really your only option. Where are you going to go Duffy's? The satellite doesn't have anything going. So in the end it's a choice between this place or Duffy's. Maybe it's whoever figures out how to do weekends properly will be the winning bar. Anyways going to this bar tonight for the wings and the pool table. Also the music to. They seem to keep a classic rock sort of thing going.

Didn't even get a chance to make it inside. I parked to drop someone off at the SAAQ while I went to eat and was accosted by someone who believes themselves to be the parking police and immediately told me I wasn't allowed to park there. If the person had waited another 2 minutes they would have seen what was going on instead of jumping on me as soon as I turned off my car. So now, I will still park there.. I will not eat there.. I'll go get some food at Lafleurs instead. You may lose some business with people parking in front of your store, but you'll lose even more with some self-appointed parking Sergent accosting people before they even turn their car off.

RUDE/BEYOND SHALLOW/UNPROFESSIONAL. l have no idea how they have lasted as long as they have...the place is practically empty all the time except for the kids that go there on the weekend. The staff is beyond rude, management is judgemental and hostile...very unwelcoming. Creepy uncomfortable vibe. I have frequented many bars and pubs in my years and this is 100% one place I absolutely loath, wouldn’t go back there if you paid me. No wonder why the only people they can repeatedly attract are college students.

1st experience was a disappointment, early on a Saturday evening with barely any customers you would think the service would be quicker. Staff were going back and forth. There was a party of 6 who had just placed their orders. When I finally got someone attention, he wrote it down but said he won't send it through yet not to overwhelm the kitchen. Then, we got some of the other party's food instead of ours. We had only 2 items which came a good 5 minutes a part. Positive thing; the food was good.

The place was good and friendly the waiters were very friendly, the meals were hot and on time. And they have trivia night on Tuesday from 7 to 9:30

The pool tables aren't great. You have to pay per game, and the balls get locked away. The problem with this is in the case you mess up a break, or if you want to train a difficult shot you missed, you have to pay and restart the game. The cues are fairly standard. Unfortunately there weren't any small tip cues. If you're there mainly for drinks, it's a nice place, but I wouldn't come here for a leisurely pool match.

The place is a dive bar. Everything is old and worn.. There isn't a decent pool queue available to play pool. I ordered fifteen chicken wings and they charged me forty five dollars. They told me it was 16.95 for 5 wings. That's an absolute scam.. Not only that, the wings were super spicy. Probably done on purpose So that people drink more beer!

Amazing fun tonight…. BUT … TOO BAD they weren’t on the ball about broadcasting the show to their MANY MANY unoccupied black TV screens for their many customers paying towards many features of the evening. It was packed, but not able to see a single thing. Please broadcast to your MANY TV’s in the future to entice us to come back.

Great location for a "new" club. The staff was great and Gynoh is one of the best. I really hope they keep hiring live bands. I.M.O., The D.J. is terrible. Rude an arrogant. Management needs to tell him that he is there for the customers. He's not the star. I would only go back for a good band. I hope they make it.

Is the Manager "eliot" autistic or something or just incredibly anti-social...doesnt make eye contact, doesnt welcome you into his bar, looks like a robot going through the motions. Somebody send this guy to charm school...hes supposed to be the face of this place. 1 star for uninvolved uninviting manager

This is a great place if you're in the mood for salt! Everything comes with an extra 5 pound box of pyre salt. The nachos comes after the meal and it too is extra salty. Burgers and Philly cheesecake, copious amounts of salt.

So much fun! The live band (Karma) played a great selection of classic rock hits, many people got up to dance. We ordered supper, the pulled pork and jerk chicken sandwiches were delicious! The waitress made sure we were well taken care of. What a great night out!

Really lively place on a Saturday night. I went to catch a hockey game and thete happened to be a great band rocking away. People actually hit the dance floor. Sports on the screens. Next time, I'll be sampling the food.

The drinks are pricey, and the music is way too loud. I had to yell at the bartender so they can hear my order, repeated myself a couple times too. If you're dead set on going bring ear plugs and a megaphone.
