Extremely happy with their service and professionalism..I was having difficulty finding a meditation my md ordered which needed prior auth and was not covered anyway..they took care of everything from authorization..to calling md..and they deliver! Which is very important for people who can't get around too much..I especially want to mention Michael Lucia..(owner) Michael the Pharmacist who explained in detail of how meds taken..Yana...Mia..all the girls in the front desk and of course Anthony the delivery guy who which Michael the Pharmacist came with the explain the meds again..been overwhelmed with lots of health issues going on and Lucia's Pharmacy helped in reducing stress from all going on..THANK YOU...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.. too many other big chain pharmacies drive you crazy with prior auth.. bothering the md...who I'm sure is used to it but doesn't have time esp when I my instance I needed to get on this medication ASAP..thank you.
